Main causes include imperforate hymen, obstructed hemivagina with ipsilateral renal anomaly (OHVIRA), congenital lower vaginal atresia, and complete transverse vaginal septum. Without early diagnosis and treatment, complications such as tubal adhesion, pelvic endometriosis, and infertility can occur. We analysed the clinical manifestations, imaging findings, treatment and prognostic follow-up of 12 patients with spinal PA admitted from January 2010 to July 2021, and reviewed the relevant literature. Radiological assessment, especially magnetic resonance imaging, can help to provide effective diagnostic information. Symptoms mimic conjunctivitis, causing diplopia, exophthalmos, and ophthalmoplegia. Diagnosis relied on computed tomography, magnetic resonance angiography, and digital subtraction angiography. Management involved transarterial embolization with coils, achieving successful outcomes. Clinical and radiographic examinations revealed an extensive, undefined osteolytic area around these teeth. A subsequent bone biopsy diagnosed diffuse large B-cell lymphoma, a high-grade non-Hodgkin's lymphoma. The hematology team prescribed six cycles of chemotherapy, supplemented by two cycles of methotrexate.
