Foi elaborada uma versão “piloto”, contando com 50 (cinquenta) termos, extraídos da obra Diccionario dos Termos Technicos de Historia Natural, de Domingos Vandelli, publicada em 1788. Após selecionados os termos, foram elaboradas as definições e os textos das informações histórico-etimológicas para cada verbete. Em seguida, construiu-se uma estrutura computacional que permite a consulta online e a atualização de maneira eficaz. Por fim, são apresentadas as perspectivas futuras de ampliação e contínua atualização da obra. Therefore, he was condemned several times in contempt, but proud and indomitable, he kept a spirit always oriented to the search for beauty, a free spirit capable of rescuing man from the bonds of his own misery, which through art represented the only regenerative force. The Renaissance intellectual with “Le rime del signor Don Diego di Sandoval di Castro” (1542) expresses his philological stance and underlines his fidelity to the female cause through the figure of Isabella Morra. Between the two there was a simple literary correspondence, a friendship or perhaps a love. Critics speak of an innocent epistolary exchange, while detractors of an exchange of loving senses, of a sentimental relationship. This rumor dictates his death sentence. The Morra brothers, upon learning of this alleged relationship, decide to wash with blood the shame of dishonor. Diego Sandoval was married but, more seriously, he was Spanish, while they were French edge. The moral value, but also spiritual and philosophical, was determined above all by the figure of Eve, traditionally linked to a negative image of women. Those who defend the female sex are based on theological arguments in their writings, since they are fundamental arguments to show the moral value of women. Si tratta di un brano che fa parte del volgarizzamento del trattato Liber de consolationis et consilii composto nel 1246 da Albertano da Brescia. The volume’s wide circulation gave it a major role in Europe’s literary tradition, where it ended up establishing a new genre: the compendium of women’s biographies. The noticeable modernity in his description of the mulieres clarae is particularly remarkable in chapter LXXIX, where the Certaldo author offers unprecedented praise for Sempronia and celebrates her great intellect. In this work he offers the reader arguments to resist the misogynist onslaught and siege. Billon details the arguments for (and against) women in order to combat misogynist prejudices. The superiority of women that he defends is based primarily on intellectual, moral, technical, inventive, poetic, artistic, legal and rhetorical grounds. In his work, we can find the influence of authors such as Cornelius Agrippa to combat classical arguments such as those coming from Plato or Aristotle. However, he does not only stick to these \"inherited\" arguments since, thanks to his immense culture, he incorporates original motifs. She includes in this work many contemporary authors by praising those who wrote in favor of women (Héroët, Ronsard, du Bellay, Saint-Gelais, Jodelle, Baïf, Thiard, Pelletier...) and by criticizing those who displayed a misogynist position (Gratien du Pont de Drusac, Rabelais or Erasmus, for example). Therefore, we undertake here the study of some of these texts, both anonymous and known authorship (always masculine). Their female protagonists are usually portrayed from a male point of view. Sometimes, as lascivious creatures, sexually active and dominant, which leads to a social role reversal. Nevertheless, even though Erotic Poetry could be seen as a space capable of discussing openly the female sexuality, is finally revealed as insufficient since most of times does not show a positive image of it. The insatiable sexual appetite of women, always highlighted with a predominantly mocking tone, appears to have become a traditional topos within the genre. Taking into consideration the unique views on motherhood and breastfeeding in the Italian Renaissance context, this article shows how the majority of the literati of the time were advocates of breastfeeding as an unequivocal symbol of affection and mother-child bonding. The philological analysis of the treatise entitled Dell’economia o vero del governo della casa (1555) backs up the keys to this position so deeply rooted in Italian Renaissance culture. The author of the text, the distinguished Aonio Paleario, shows from his intellectual vantage point how breastfeeding constitutes a decisive element in the baby’s proper physical and spiritual development.
