The research was conducted at the Faculty of Tarbiyah and Teacher Training (FITK) and the Faculty of Ushuluddin and Islamic Studies (FUSI) State Islamic University of North Sumatra Medan with the participants of akhlak tasawuf lecturers and students of both faculties. The research and development steps are guided by the ADDIE model consisting of Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation. There were two results obtained in this study. First, the learning scenario product was declared very valid in the validity test with a percentage of 90% on design validation and 85.33% percentage on product content validation. Revision I was made based on qualitative data related to design and content based on comments from each validator. Second, the scenario of wasathiyah-based akhlak tasawuf learning was stated to be very practical, as shown in small group trials, which obtained practicality percentages of 87.05% (respondent was one lecturer) and 80% (respondent was seven students). One of them is by utilizing ICT (information, communication, and technology) or ICT-based learning media (information, communication, and technology) or what we often call ICT (technology, information, and communication). This study aims to explain how the implementation of ICT-based learning media (information, communication, and technology) in the learning process of fiqh education in madrasah aliyah. This research method is qualitative research. The nature of this research is descriptive, namely regular decomposition analysis, so the whole concept of providing understanding and explanation to get a description of the results. The data analysis that the writer uses in this research is an analysis of the tracking process and systematic arrangement, field notes that the authors have obtained from interviews, observations and other materials so that the authors can report the results of the research. This research is a library research, in which documents as a source of data can be obtained either directly or through internet browsing. To achieve these ideal principles of competence, MTsN 2 integrates the values of Furudhul Ainiyah into various activities. This study aims to describe and understand the reasons of MTsN 2 Malang to make Furudhul Ainiyah as a basis for strengthening character education. Describe and understand the implementation of strengthening character education based on Furudhul Ainiyah. This research uses a qualitative approach with a single case study type. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. Analysis of the data using the interactive analysis of Miles and Hubermann. The results show that strengthening character education based on Furudhul Ainiyah is in line with the vision and mission of MTsN 2. Terutama tentang sejarah dan perbandingan sistem pendidikan multikultural di Turki dan Belanda. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kualitatif berbasis historis, mengingat data yang akan diteliti merupakan kejadian yang telah terjadi. Pendekatan penelitian historis ini dilakukan dengan cara menelaah data kepustakaan (library reseach). Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan mendiskusikan data hasil bacaan sumber primer dengan data hasil bacaan sumber sekunder. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dua negara ini sama-sama menerapkan ideologi multikulturalisme dan penerapan pendidikan multikultural, hal tersebut dilakukan karena kedua negara ini menjadi tempat pelarian para imigran yang memiliki latar belakang yang berbeda-beda, namun demikian dalam pengaplikasin sistem pendidikan multikultural kedua negara ini dalam penerapannya ditemukan adanya perbedaan, hal tersebut disebabkan oleh perbedaan mayoritas agama yang ada di Turki dan Belanda. Peran komunikasi dalam pemasaran mutu pendidikan merupakan interaksi positif yang harus dibangun oleh stakeholders sebagai upaya untuk menjaga eksistensi lembaga pendidikan. Pentingnya komunikasi harus dibangun secara internal lembaga pendidikan dan juga eksternal lembaga pendidikan berupa masyarakat sebagai upaya untuk membangun sinergitas lembaga dengan masyarakat. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian fenomenologi. Seumber data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Informan yang dipilih adalah Kepala Madrasah, Tata Usaha (TU), dan guru yang terlibat dalam komunikasi pemasaran mutu pendidikan. Sedangkan keabsahan data melalui derajat kepercayaan (credibility). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: pertama, pola komunikasi dalam pemasaran mutu terdapat dua pola komunikasi. (1) komunikasi dengan siswa, meliputi bidang akademik dan non akademik. (2) komunikasi dengan stakeholder madrasah. Kedua, unsur-unsur yang mempengaruhi komunikasi yaitu (1) prestasi madrasah (2) ciri khas madrasah. Ketiga, gambaran efektifitas strategi komunikasi dalam pemasaran mutu pendidikan yaitu, (1) meningkatnya jumlah peserta didik. (2) komunikasi yang baik dengan masyarakat. (3) prestasi siswa. The management carried out resulted in something extraordinary, where students who were still on average 7-12 years old managed to take part in the acceleration program for mastering the kitab kuning and master a series of other Islamic disciplines in just 2 years. If we relate to psychological theories, this is certainly a remarkable thing, considering that at their age in general they still live in the world of playgroup and education in the family. However, this does not make the management carried out ineffective, in fact this institution is able to create a pleasant learning atmosphere, and the target of this program can be achieved properly. This study focuses on the implementation of the kitab kuning reading acceleration program and its management in the pesantren. This research uses a qualitative approach and the type is descriptive research. As in the qualitative approach in general, the data collection techniques used are interviews, observation, and documentation. Analysis of the data used is by reduction, display, and verification. The research results show; first, the implementation of the acceleration program is by grouping students into 5 to 10 small groups with direct guidance for 24 hours by a musyrif.
