This study aims to determine and describe the implementation of a healthy canteen and the pattern of organizing a healty school canteen in improving the quality of education at SD Negeri Krapyak Wetan Sewon Bantul Yogyakarta. This study uses a qualitative descriptive approach. Data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis in this study used three stages, namely data reduction, data exposure, drawing conclusions and verification. 食堂是为学生和其他学校工作人员提供食物和饮料的服务。本研究旨在确定和描述在日惹市SD Negeri Krapyak Wetan Sewon Bantul实施健康食堂和组织健康学校食堂的模式,以提高教育质量。本研究采用定性描述方法。使用的数据收集技术是观察、访谈和记录。本研究的数据分析分为三个阶段,即数据还原、数据暴露、得出结论和验证。结果表明:学校食堂卫生义务、日常营养履行、学校内部管理和第三方管理是实施的基础
