Within the framework of cybernetic theory, this study adopts the descriptive survey method to examine the relationship between the two variables under investigation. Multi stage sampling technique was used to draw a sample size of three hundred (300) participants for the study. Data were collected from the sampled population, and formulated hypotheses were tested using Pearson Product Moment Correlation Coefficient (PPMCC) statistical tool. The finding of the study reveals that there is a significant relationship between the use of ICT and the effort by the police force to effectively combat crime in Nigeria. The study also discovers that the use of ICT in the fight against crime by the NPF is faced with some challenges, which includes among others; lack of infrastructure, lack of adequate training, uncooperative attitude of ICT service providers and lack of inter-agency cooperation. The existence of an economic recession is one form that is often encountered due to the COVID-19 pandemic. This study aims to examine the relationship between government and society in tackling poverty in the city of Tasikmalaya. A qualitative approach with a case study method is used in this study, data collection techniques using observation, documentation, and interviews and data analysis using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. This study uses the theory of structural change which explains that economic changes occur in the community due to a shift from the agricultural sector to industry, this condition indicates that the relationship between government and society is intended to be able to create an economic structure that is able to prevent and overcome poverty. The results of the study show that the government and community relations have not been effective in tackling the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic which has an impact on invalid data on the poor in Tasikmalaya City, community empowerment that has not been optimal, and the vulnerability of women in the category of poor people. This research focused on two study locations, namely RW 06 Kelurahan Kebon Blank (Central Jakarta) and RW 07 Kelurahan Kebayoran Lama Selatan (South Jakarta). The selection of these two study locations was based on high initiative and sustainability in the implementation of Proklim to address problems related to climate change. The data in the study were collected through interviews, field observations, and document analysis which were then analyzed qualitatively. The analytical method used is a two-dimensional matrix mapping that describes the strengths and interests (two-dimensional power-interest matrix) of each stakeholder and the division of their roles. From the results of research in the field, it was concluded that the key actors in the implementation of Proklim were dominated by local people living in the area, because local residents were the parties who directly felt the benefits of Proklim and were parties who had direct access to resources and had a high interest in the implementation. The problem is focused on the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) during the pandemic which has an impact on increasing poverty rates. To approach the problem. The research uses the theory of Merilee S. Grindle to build a network that allows public policy goals to be realized as a result of government activities. The research was carried out qualitatively with a descriptive approach to solving problems. The results showed that the Family Hope Program during the pandemic increased, but did not reach all affected families due to data synchronization problems. The research was done in Palembang City with informants from Rural Banks (BPR), Palembang City Government, and MSME actors who issued loans to BPRs. This study indicates that there is a good interaction between BPR, Palembang City Government, and MSME actors in executing economic development strategies in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic. The assistance given by BPR and the City Government can allow MSMEs to tackle numerous challenges in the middle of a pandemic. Previous study has not often explored the interaction between the three stakeholders (MSMEs, Regional Governments, and the Banking Sector) in economic recovery in the age of the Covid-19 epidemic. However, the debate on this matter is more focused on Malaya and Sarawak, causing the documentation on the development of nationalism among the people of Sabah to still be far from what’s expected. This situation indirectly influenced the meaning of the writings of Western scholars who stated that Sabah is a “state without politics” before and after the early years of World War ll. Whereas, the development of nationalism among the people is also not much different from the national consciousness in both the regions centered on Indonesia. Even so, the effort to trace this linkage is not given enough attention that it is possible the influence of Indonesia in raising the nationalism spirit of the Sabah people is not known by the general public. Therefore, this writing aims to reveal the development of nationalism in Sabah which was also directly driven by Indonesian figures in Sabah based on the emergence of Barisan Pemuda (BARIP). This effort was highlighted by elevating the role of Indonesian figures in mobilising BARIP as one of the political organisations that fought for independence from the British since they had earlier been exposed to the disadvantages of imperialism and colonialism. The data collection of this article was conducted through interviews with several proto witnesses who were either directly involved or saw the BARIP radical movement. The authors also conducted library studies by collecting intelligence reports in the National Archives and Zakaria Gunn’s private collection in the form of personal letters. Putting the civilian functions such as aids, building of schools and other civil functions hitherto performed by such agencies as USAID and State Department into the operational obligations of Department of Defence suggests that AFRICOM’s utilitarian value in terms of its benefits to Nigeria is nil. Nigeria cannot benefit from AFRICOM. This is because AFRICOM is militarily structured with less capability to deal with issues of development in Nigeria. As a result of this, Nigeria should see AFRICOM as an extension of the American foreign policy of militarism. This paper considers that Nigeria should not accommodate AFRICOM on its territory. The theory that AFRICOM would bring cooperation between America and African countries on one hand and between Nigeria and America on the other is a hoax as far as difficulties of cooperation in international politics are concerned. Such impediments as the Problem of cheating, Problem of relative gains, Problem of absolute gains and Problem of interdependence are distinct quandary to cooperation between United States and Nigeria. The assumed cooperation is a unidirectional relationship that will tend towards favouring America and creating problems for Nigeria. Such problems include the recycling of terrorism in Nigeria and encircling Nigeria with terrorists. Intuitively, in an era of globalization, national governments do not have much influence in shaping their own destiny. The research method used in this study is a qualitative approach with the type of library research. The data sources used are secondary data sources, obtained from the collection of documentation related to the development of Islamic economic politics in Islamic banking in the reform era in Indonesia. The data that has been collected is analyzed through content analysis and the validity of the data is checked through triangulation of secondary data sources. This article uses the political theory of Islamic economics in the reform era and the theory of the development of sharia banking regulations by Dr. Itang, M.Ag. This article finds that the influence of the State of Indonesia with its political economy oriented to the Islamic economic system in developing Islamic economic practices is very significant. This also shows that there is a rapid progress in the practice of Islamic economics, especially in the field of Islamic banking, which is increasingly attracting the whole community to invest in Islamic banking because the formal regulations are very clearly stated in the Act. This study aims to create a corruption map by Muhammad Tamzil (Bupati Kudus period 2018 to 2023). This research uses a case study research method of content analysis on the Supreme Court's decision, data analysis using Nvivo12plus with data presentation in the form of graphs and tables. The results of the study revealed that the criminal acts of corruption committed by Muhammad Tamzil were in the form of gratification for the appointment of several parties and also receiving gifts from several inaugurated employees. Transactional becomes the highest action because in this case it involves many people and also the stages of the process are gradual. In every crime there is a correlation with each other, the 3 highest correlations are transactional and gratification with 0.982908 points. Transactional and bribes which have 0.949911 points, bribes and gratuities which have 0.949741 points. This research is expected to provide information to the public about what are the factors that cause corruption. The limitation of this research is that the data used is still limited to the type of secondary data, namely the Supreme Court decision document. This article analyzes GreenPeace's strategy for handling plastic waste problems in Jakarta during 2017-2020 and the obstacles that occur in implementing the strategy. The research uses qualitative research methods, data collection comes from primary data through interviews with informants and secondary data through literature studies from various sources. Using the theory of NGO strategy put forward by John McCormick to see the GreenPeace method in solving the problems that occur. The results showed that GreenPeace carried out several strategies in handling plastic waste in Jakarta with a tendency to use five of the nine strategies described by John McCormick, namely the strategy of working with Elected Officials, Bureaucrats, and Employess of corporations by holding activities with the theme of plastic waste, raising and spending money. for campaigns on environmental issues including plastic waste, campaigning and organizing public protests conducted several times with other communities, promoting media coverage of environmental as a tool to expand the issue of plastic waste, exchanging information in the form of workshops and educational activities, undertaking research to produce accurate data, generating local community involvement in environmental protection to increase public awareness. GreenPeace's obstacles in carrying out strategies from the government's external side in addressing existing problems and industrial companies that continue to use single-use plastic without immediately looking for other alternatives.
