This research aims to develop a verification study, a descriptive study, and an exploration of several theories and concepts of Voting Behavior. Second, the study aims to analyze various factors influencing millennial voter preferences for a political party, legislative candidate, and presidential candidate in the 2019 election. The approach in this study uses a quantitative approach with a survey research design. While the survey research design is limited to research in which data is collected from a sample of the population to represent the population. It can be concluded that survey research takes a sample from one population and uses a questionnaire as the primary data collection tool. This research belongs to the type of explanatory research, Sig. (2-sided) 0.05, then there is a significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. If the Asymp value. Sig. (2-sided) 0.05, there is no significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. Asymp Value. Sig. (2-sided) 0.000 0.05, it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. It was concluded that there is a significant relationship between campaign issues and voting behavior. The change is that there is a new gap inside the society between the new born capital owners and the proletariat. These problems lay a ground work for many resistances thought that seek to liberate the people and oppressed nations from exploitation one of them is the prominent idea of Marxism. Marxism that was born in 19 th century from works of Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels later got many followers including the prominent Russian revolutionary, Vladimir Lenin who led the succsessfull Bolshevik Revolution in 1917 giving birth to world first proletarian state. Lenin lay a ground work for Leninism the developing theory of Marxism and later become known as Marxism-Leninism. From there, rise two prominent figure that later contributed in more development of Marxism-Leninism, these are Joseph Stalin and Leon Trotsky. This research seeks to find out: How was the performance of voting activities during the Covid-1 pandemic in the regional head election of Southwest Maluku Regency? and How effective was the role of the Election Supervisory Board in supervision the during the Covid-19 pandemic in Southwest Maluku Regency? This research is qualitative in nature with the number of informants as many as 8 people. Data were collected and analyzed through qualitative analysis techniques. The findings of this research suggest that the performance of voting activities in the regional head election during the Covid-19 pandemic was in good condition. Meanwhile, the effectiveness of the role of monitoring the performance of these voting activities by the Election Supervisory Board of Southwest Maluku Regency was in an optimal position. Ekonomi hijau merupakan konsep pembangunan yang berfokus pada pengembangan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan, mengurangi dampak negatif pada lingkungan, dan meningkatkan kesejahteraan sosial. Literasi digital pada UMKM di desa menjadi penting karena dapat membantu meningkatkan efisiensi bisnis, mengakses pasar yang lebih luas, dan memperluas jangkauan pemasaran.Dalam artikel ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif untuk mengumpulkan data melalui wawancara mendalam dan observasi partisipatif dengan pelaku UMKM di Kabupaten Langkat. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa UMKM yang memiliki literasi digital yang baik memiliki kemampuan untuk meningkatkan produktivitas, efisiensi dan efektivitas dalam bisnis mereka. Pemahaman tentang teknologi dan digitalisasi membantu UMKM mengidentifikasi peluang pasar baru dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan yang mereka tawarkan. Namun, masih ada beberapa UMKM yang belum sepenuhnya memahami literasi digital dan tidak mampu memanfaatkannya secara optimal. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, penulis merekomendasikan penguatan pelatihan literasi digital bagi UMKM di desa-desa Kabupaten Langkat. Pelatihan tersebut harus disesuaikan dengan kebutuhan UMKM dan diadakan secara teratur untuk meningkatkan kesadaran dan keterampilan mereka dalam menggunakan teknologi digital dalam bisnis mereka. Selain itu, pemerintah dan lembaga terkait perlu memberikan akses yang lebih mudah dan terjangkau terhadap teknologi digital serta mempromosikan produk-produk UMKM secara online agar dapat diakses oleh pasar yang lebih luas. Artikel ini memberikan kontribusi penting dalam upaya pemberdayaan UMKM di desa-desa Kabupaten Langkat melalui literasi digital dalam ekonomi hijau. Dengan meningkatkan literasi digital, UMKM di desa dapat mengurangi biaya produksi, meningkatkan efisiensi operasional, memperluas jangkauan pasar, dan meningkatkan kualitas produk dan layanan. Therefore, researchers conducted research related to the Implementation of BNPT RI Counter Terrorism Cooperation with The United Kingdom. The theory used is neoliberal institutional theory and the concept of counter terrorism. The concept of counterterrorism as defined by the United Kingdom CONTEST document in 2018 is utilized in this study to examine the research topic. The concept consists of four strategic pillars namely prevent, protect, prepare and pursue. The researcher’s finding confirmed that the collaboration was conducted in accordance with the agreement. If most candidates concoct political slogans and deliver campaign promises, Hendi’s Instagram portrays more amusing content with a minimum amount of campaign messages. Dramaturgy theory used to analyze framing processes on Instagram as frontstage, and what backstage and offstage factors could affect this single candidate manage to get 91,4% of votes, even though activists consider election in the midst of pandemic as less humane, and single candidate could lower voters’ turnover. Qualitative analysis data collected from interviews and articles shows that amusing content on Hendi’s Instagram designed to pacify the public affected by covid-19, followers are easily extracted by amusing content, and as a method to sheer away from sensitive political issues. On that reality, researchers are interested in conducting studies with the aim of answering the problem of how pandemic government is formed? and critiquing it from the perspective of Government Ethics. The research method used is the critical-ethical method, which falls within the scope of the critical-transcendental method of Neo-Scholasticism. Data collection techniques using observation literature plot, in-depth interaction with selected literature and documentation. Data Analysist used hermeneutic-etis methods. The results of this study indicate that in the face of the threat of Covid-19 and an abnormal situation, it turns out that the pandemic government is able to form itself and the government continues to exist with teleological and contextual methods. This means that the pandemic government is formed through the art of governing: governing, managing, serving. So this research was conducted using comparative qualitative methods to explore primary data on research subjects spread across senior high schools (SMA) in Tuban Regency such as Deputy Head of Student Affairs, Citizenship Education Teachers, Coaches and OSIS Students (Intra-School Student Organizations), including the General Election Commission of Tuban Regency as secondary data in this study. The results showed that the political culture of schools in shaping the character of novice voters in Tuban Regency with an understanding and emphasis on students about politics in Indonesia through classroom teaching, then the implementation of democracy in Indonesia in the OSIS election, as well as school innovation in carrying out the student council selection process that is packaged online. Furthermore, the adaptation of political culture that is applied forms the character of students as novice voters. The character of students as novice voters is behavior that is active in practical politics, starting from following, criticizing and participating. IKN yang telah ditetapkan untuk dibangun pada tataran wilayah Pulau Kalimantan tepatnya Kota Penajam Paser Utara memiliki banyak potensi untuk dikaji secara ilmiah berdasarkan data, analisa, prediksi, dan proyeksi pembangunan dari pihak pemerintah. Kajian kritis dalam mengurai aspek-aspek penguat dan penghambat dalam pembangunan IKN telah dibahas dalam penelitian ini mulai dari aspek lingkungan, sosial, pemerataan, pemanfaatan sumber daya, dan lain sebagainya. Dalam konteks pembangunan berkelanjutan (sustainable development), maka proses pembangunan IKN dapat dicermati secara jangka panjang. Berdasarkan kajian kritis dalam penelitian ini, IKN mendapat banyak sorotan yang secara garis besar esensi nya adalah mengkhawatirkan melemahnya ekosistem alami akibat kepadatan aktivitas di masa depan. Modernisasi era dan kemajuan teknologi memberikan referensi dan dorongan kuat kepada pemerintah agar menerapkan kebijakan tepat guna dalam aktivitas pembangunan, sebagaimana konsep Forest City di kota-kota dunia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metodologi yang memanfaatkan pustaka ilmiah (studi kepustakaan) sebagai basis untuk memperjelas penelitian sebelumnya, dan menambahkan analisa-analisa baru untuk menguji kualitas prospek pembangunan Ibu Kota Negara (IKN). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pembangunan IKN memiliki sejumlah potensi masalah kompleks terutama keberlangsungan lingkungan hidup dalam jangka panjang.
