The problems faced are the lack of student interest in accounting subjects, and the difficulty of maintaining focus during class. This has a negative impact on their academic performance. The proposed solution involves utilizing the peer tutoring method, whereby students receive assistance from their classmates in understanding accounting concepts. The research was conducted using the Classroom Action Research (CAR) method and involved 20 students as research subjects. The results showed that there was a significant increase in student achievement after the application of the peer tutoring method. In cycle I, 13 students successfully completed their studies with an average formative test score of 74.50 and a percentage of learning completeness of 65.00. In cycle II there was an increase in the number of students who completed their studies, with a total of 18 students. The average score of formative tests also increased to 88.00, and the percentage of complete learning reached 90.00. The research was conducted in two cycles at SMA Negeri 1 West Malacca. Data were obtained through observing learning activities, formative tests, and summarizing student scores. The results showed that there was a significant increase in cycle II compared to cycle I. The number of students who completed learning increased from 23 to 32 students, the average score of formative tests increased from 69.57 to 84.29, and the percentage of learning completeness increased. from 65.71 to 91.43. PBL implementation yields gains in increasing student participation, student-teacher interaction, student engagement, and overall student learning outcomes. Problem-based learning encourages students to engage in critical thinking, collaboration and discussion. The integration of relevant information sources also increases students' understanding of the subject matter. In conclusion, the application of Problem-Based Learning (PBL) significantly improves student learning outcomes and makes a positive contribution in the context of learning in SMA.

To find out whether a phoneme is a phoneme, a phonemic analysis rule is used that states: (1) mutually exclusive neighborhood of complementary distribution, known as the allophone of the same phoneme, (2) a phone in a minimal pair, known as the different phoneme, like /p/ and /b/,(3) a phone in an environment analogous to, like for example /Z/, (4) a phone as a free variant is not another phoneme, but a variation of a phoneme of /c/ the phonemes /č/ and /čh/ are variations of the phoneme /č/. A prosodic phoneme is recognized by a toneme and a chronoma. Daniel Jones' consonant and vowel analysis rule proved inadequate to solve all consonantrelated problems. Trubetskoy and Jacobson made a breakthrough in analyzing a phoneme by a distinguisher and a contrast. Due to a lack of creativity and innovation in teaching strategies, students are less motivated to learn. The aim of this research is to facilitate academic progress among Grade 11 students at a faster pace. The above objectives will be achieved through the use of the Learning Discovery Model which is available for students of class XI AK.1 for the 2022-2023 academic year at SMK St. Willibrodus Betun. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the Discovery Learning model on student learning outcomes and skills. This study used a sample of 22 students of class XI Ak. 1. The results showed that the average score of students who were classified as \"Good\" in Cycle II increased from 74.54 in Cycle I to 80.45, and student achievement in Cycle II increased from 72.73% to 86.36% . Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the application of the Discovery Learning Model has the potential to improve academic achievement of students in Accounting class XI Ak. 1 at SMK St. Willibrordus Betun. This research focuses on the utilization of the Discovery Learning model as a means of increasing academic achievement in the context of Accounting education. In addition, it is to find out whether cooperative learning using the STAD method can improve Pkn learning achievement for class XI IPS 1 students in the 2022/2023 academic year. The teacher provides a good, fun, and stimulating learning environment so that students can think and develop according to their needs. Cooperative learning encourages students to work together to achieve goals. It is interesting to observe the extent and understanding of students in class XI IPS 1 about Civics after the STAD-type cooperative learning method was implemented in the 2022-2023 school year. Academic achievement is the final result of learning, which can be measured by the grades or scores achieved by students at the end of a given course. This research involved 36 enthusiastic students of class XI IPS 1. The use of observation sheets and test questions can facilitate data collection. The results showed that student participation in cycle II increased to 75.28, a significant value when compared to the value of cycle I 69.03. It is very encouraging to see an increase in student learning outcomes from 61.11% to 86.11% between cycles I and II. The driving force behind this inquiry stems from the less-than-ideal level of English proficiency detected among the eleventh graders of the science program at SMA Negeri 1 Malaka Barat throughout the 2022/2023 academic year. The study group consisted of 31 students enrolled in the grade eleven science program, part one. It is reasonable to assume that certain obstacles can be seen in efforts to increase linguistic talent, among them the utilization of linguistic competence for the purpose of social interaction and participation in recreational activities. The aim of this investigation is to evaluate the effectiveness of the fundamental approach used on the TGT platform with respect to students' linguistic proficiency in English. The aim of the inquiry was to evaluate the configuration of students enrolled in the Teams-Games-Tournament (TGT) curriculum. Utilization of multiple choice questions serves as a data collection method in the realm of the eleventh grade English course, especially with regard to Personal Correspondence subject matter. Initial and successive iteration of evaluations have the potential to provide in-depth discernment while scrutinizing student progress. The scientific findings from the student experiment showed a noteworthy increase from cycle I to cycle II, with a sizable jump from 58.06% to 93.55%. Empirical evidence suggests that involvement in TGT may have the capacity to enhance one's personal aptitude for understanding English. This research focuses on looking for forms of anthropomorphic, animal, abstract to concrete, synaesthetic metaphors and looking for the function of metaphorical language style which consists of personal, interpersonal, directive, referential, and imaginative functions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative research method. The researcher uses a stylistic review to analyze the forms of metaphors and the functions of metaphors in this study. The research data are in the form of quotations, words, phrases, clauses, and sentences which contain metaphorical language styles. The results of this study show that the most dominant form of metaphor in this novel is synaesthetic metaphor. The contents of this novel contain many synaesthetic metaphors to deepen what the author conveys in the story so that the story is interesting with the expressions included by the author. 
 The metaphorical language style is presented by inserting a message of the reader's sensitivity in interpreting each series of stories. Meanwhile, the function of the dominant style of language in this novel is the directive function.
