The research uses the description of the quantitative method. The research instrument was a questionnaire in the form Likert Scale which five choices of answer that have been tested for validity and reliability by using application SPSS 16.0 version. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui motivasi Intrinsik dan Ekstrinsik pada siswa dalam Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani. Penelitian ini menggunakan analisis deskriptif, yang bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran secara umum distribusi frekuensi variabel penelitian. berdasarkan klasifikasi dan distribusi data penelitian instrumen penelitian, digunakan metoda belah dua (split-half method), Untuk menghitung tingkat reliabilitas digunakan formulasi korelasi (Product Moment) mengetahui reliabilitas setengah test, dilanjutkan dengan rumus (Spearman Brown). Hasil penelitian, yaitu (1) Ketercapaian skor motivasi intrinsik siswa dalam mengikuti Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, sebesar 37.72 %. (2) Ketercapaian skor motivasi ekstrinsik siswa dalam mengikuti Proses Belajar Mengajar Pendidikan Jasmani, sebesar 42.98 %. Ifdil","doi":"10.23916/08402011","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.23916/08402011","url":null,"abstract":"Permasalahan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh banyak terjadi kasus kekerasan seksual yang bukan hanya terjadi kepada orang dewasa, akan tetapi saat sekarang ini kasus kekerasa seksual juga terjadi pada anak-anak yang masih dibawah umur, dimana pelaku kejahatan dari kekerasan seksual tersebut adalah orang dewasa bahkan bisa jadi orang terdekat mereka yang mereka anggap sebagai pelindung bagi mereka. Kekerasa seksual yang mereka dapatkan dilakukan oleh pelaku dari kekerasan seksual dengan cara memberikan iming-iming kepada anak tersebut dengan membelikannya permen atau es cream sehingga anak tersebut mengikuti kemauan dari pelaku kekerasan seksual, pelaku kekeresan seksual pada anak-anak lebih dikenal dengan tindakan atau penyakit yang disebut ‘’Pedofil’’ dimana pelaku pedofilia ini lebih menyukai anak-anak dalam meluapkan hawa nafsu seksual nya ketimbang kepada orang dewasa. Mahasiswa cenderung senang menunda-nunda dalam mengerjakan tugas kuliah dan lebih senang beraktivitas lainnya. Salah satu faktor dari prokrastinasi akademik adalah locus of control. Locus of control yang rendah menyebabkan mahasiswa melakukan penundaan dalam mengerjakan tugas sehingga kalaupun selesai tugas tidak optimal karena dikerjakan pada waktu deadline. Locus of control dapat ditingkatkan dengan memvisualisasikan kemajuan, mengoptimalkan potensi, tentukan deadline tugas, beraktivitas sebelum feeling in the mood, hindari rasionalisasi berlebihan, lawan hambatan, fleksibel terhadap tujuan, kurangi perfeksionis, dan berikan reward pada sesuatu yang dicapai. Prokrastinasi akademik ini banyak dilakukan oleh Siswa di sekolah. Siswa cenderung senang menunda-nunda dalam mengerjakan tugas sekolah dan lebih banyak melakukan kegiatan lainnya. Beberapa faktor dari prokrastinasi akademik seperti kecanduan dalam bermain game online, kemudian karena adanya keyakinan tidak rasional yang dimiliki oleh Siswa, Keyakinan tidak rasional tersebut dapat disebabkan oleh kesalahan dalam mempersepsikan tugas sekolah. Kesalahan persepsi ini seperti menganggap tugas sekolah sulit untuk dikerjakan atau akan mendapatkan nilai yang cukup asalkan mengumpulkan tugas. Prokrastinasi akademik ini menyebabkan Siswa melakukan penundaan dalam mengerjakan tugas sehingga jika tugas bisa selesai, maka hasil dari tugas tersebut tidak maksimal atau tidak memuaskan. Prokrastinasi akademik dapat dikurangi melalui Layanan Bimbingan dan Konseling. Guru BK dapat memberikan berbagai jenis layanan salah satunya layanan penguasaan konten. Melalui layanan penguasaan konten ini Siswa diberikan materi keterampilan dalam mengatur waktu terutama mengatur waktu dalam belajar, sehingga diharapkan Siswa dapat mengerjakan tugas-tugas sekolah dengan baik, maksimal dan juga dapat dikumpulkan pada waktu yang tepat. Various obstacles faced by teachers, principals, and supervisors currently in an effort to create active and effective activity groups. The purpose of this study is to describe efforts to improve teacher competency in developing learning implementation plans through empowering teacher working group activities. This type of research is the principal's action research. The data analysis technique was analyzed descriptively using the percentage formula. Based on the results of the study it was found that: 1) To improve competence in the learning process carried out through empowering competency activities in the learning process carried out through empowering teacher working group activities on a regular basis as much as 2 cycles, each cycle of 2 meetings, each meeting to make four stages of the planning activities, the implementation of actions, observations and reflections. 2) Observation is carried out by the principal as a collaborator supervisor, ending with reflection to see the positive and negative aspects as a basis for planning the next action in cycle 2.
