This study was conducted to analyze the reduction of resistance in this mini-submarine by examining the positioning and shape of NACA hydrofoils. The process involved adjusting the positions of NACA hydrofoils and incorporating different configurations. This was indicated by the inclusion of nine speed configuration in the hydrofoil mode, eight in the conventional mode, and five in the submarine mode. Moreover, Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) simulation was applied for analysis using the Ansys CFX software. The results showed that the positioning of the NACA hydrofoils at close proximity reduced the resistance. The selection of symmetrical and slender configuration was also observed to optimize the reduction of resistance. Moreover, the combination of position and NACA hydrofoil 0012 produced an average resistance reduction of up to 12.52%. The configured model successfully reduced the total ship resistance and also identified the optimal position and shape configuration for the NACA hydrofoils. In contrast, it is not fully clear what effect synthetic and biofuels will have. Modern engines, traditional fuels and lubricants should be used to provide a research basis for characterizing novel fuel-related phenomena in engines. This study makes an effort to characterize how lubricating engine oil behaves over the course of its service life using data on friction and wear. Every 20 hours, oil samples from the engine were obtained to evaluate its chemical makeup. On a reciprocating test rig, friction and wear measurements were taken. Kinematic viscosity, density, and wear metals such as cadmium (Cd), cobalt (Co), and lead (Pb) were measured for the lubricant oil analysis. In general, n-pentanol aids in the reduction of engine wear debris, contamination, and lubricating oil oxidation. According to the findings of this study, a D60WCO20Pe15 ternary combination can be used in a diesel engine without any alteration. The sound pressure level (SPL) increased by 7.8 dB at engine speed of 1300 RPM in the case of the DF95WCO5. This riveting experiment uses a semi-automatic riveting tool to set riveting parameters. The parameter set is the operating pressure of the rivet gun with a semi-automatic riveting tool, while the drilling process on sheet metal makes the hole clearance. The results of riveting using an automatic rivet tool show that the operating pressure of the rivet gun and the hole clearance have a direct effect on the shear strength of the rivets; the higher the operating pressure of the rivet gun and the greater the hole clearance will increase the shear strength of the rivets. Mismatch Repair (MMR) proteins such as MutL homolog 1 (MLH1), Mut S homolog 2 (MSH2), Mut S homolog 6 (MSH6), and postmeiotic segregation 2 (PMS2), including B-rapidly accelerated fibrosarcoma with V600E mutation (BRAFV600E) protein and forkhead box P3 (FOXP3) protein, are important for colorectal cancer diagnosis. The IHC staining was performed using different archival tissue controls and commercial antibodies. MLH1 and PMS2 showed higher staining intensity after an overnight incubation at a higher concentration of primary antibody (1:50) compared to BRAFV600E (1:100). The enhanced MSH2 signal was likewise generated at a one-hour incubation period with an equivalent antibody concentration. However, even with a shorter incubation duration of one hour, MSH6 and FOXP3 generated good IHC signals when incubated with primary antibody at a lower antibody concentration of 1:100 and 1:300, respectively. The addition of a primary antibody linker improved the IHC signals for all targeted proteins. One type of ginger that is in great demand in the herbal beverage industry is red ginger. The bioactive compounds found in ginger include 6-gingerol, 6-paradol, 6-methylshogaol, 8-methylshogaol, 8-gingerol, 10-gingerol and 6-shogaol. Red ginger contains various bioactive compounds with pharmacological effects such as analgesic, anti-inflammatory, anti-cancer, antioxidant and cardiotonic effects. Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM) is a microscopy technique used to produce high-resolution images of the surface of an electron sample. This study aimed to analyze the porosity of red ginger powder against variations in temperature and sugar content. The temperatures were 80 and 90°C with a sugar content of 60 and 100%. The results showed that the increase and decrease in the percentage of porosity values were caused by differences in temperature variations applied to the crystallization process. The rate of red ginger powder's porosity that approaches the fresh red ginger rate is red ginger powder at 80°C and 60% crystallization agent. This existed before the advent of social networks, and cyberbullying has a wide impact, including a person's mental and physiological conditions such as sadness, anxiety and depression. The main objective of this research is to develop an effective cyberbullying detection system using natural language processing techniques. The method used in this research includes the application of the BERT (Bi-Directional Encoder Representations from Transformers) and Bi-LSTM (Bi-Directional Long Short-Term Memory) models as a deep learning approach to analyze text and detect cyberbullying behavior. This approach allows the system to understand complex language contexts and capture patterns that traditional methods may find difficult to identify. Testing was carried out using a dataset that included various types of Indonesian language texts containing cyber bullying acts. The research results show that the combination of BERT and Bi-LSTM is able to provide superior detection performance with a high accuracy rate of 90% and the ability to identify variations of cyber bullying.
