Attitudes of the reference group usually play the biggest role in creating consumer attitudes in real world towards luxury brands. However, in collectivist societies, social norms and expectations of society can lead to conformist behavior of individuals in order not to be excluded from the social community. Conformist behavior and adoption of attitudes towards luxury brands can be motivated by the desire of an individual to present themselves as a member of a higher social status, to which they do not otherwise belong, or to stand out from representatives of their own status group by using such brands. Normative conformism is also present in the digital environment. Users of social networks often blindly imitate and adopt the views of the creators of public opinion. Micro and macro influencers are perceived as credible sources of information, which are mostly unreservedly trusted. The central problem of this research is related to the analysis of the impact of business process standardization on its efficiency. The aim of the research is to determine whether and to what extent it is justified to standardize the business process. The realization of the defined research goal will be achieved by answering the following research questions: What are the results of existing research in terms of the effects of business process standardization on process performance? Do the characteristics of the business process affect the possibility and level of standardization of the business process? Systematic analysis of the literature has identified a number of positive effects that the standardization of the business process has on the performance of the process: reducing costs, improving quality, shortening the production cycle time, increasing the satisfaction of process stakeholders. However, in addition to the stated benefits, Business Process Standardization also has a negative effect on the functional flexibility of the process. For years and decades, these provisions did not change because they were considered clear and unambiguous. However, there are situations in which this basis can be questionable when deciding on determining, extending or abolishing the detention of the accused. For example, what good is it that a defendant who is in custody cannot influence witnesses, when his family, friends, lawyers, etc. can do so. The epilogue is the same, which is that the impact on witnesses, accomplices or cover-ups still exists, but not by the defendant, but by the above persons, which essentially discourages the defendant from being in custody. Seemingly indisputable legal provisions on detention even though they exist for decades have their shortcomings, which are therefore subject to different interpretations and abuses. The loss of freedom, even if it is temporary, must not be a consequence of existing provisions and the facilitation of detention of persons prosecuted. After all, because of such behaviour by the courts, Serbia as a state pays millions in damages to those individuals in the name of unfounded detention. Therefore, the impact on witnesses, accomplices or concealers as grounds for determining and prolonging detention should be very restrictive. The main contribution of this paper is the presentation and analysis of IMF projected GDPs for China and the EU27 in the period 2020-25, and assessing the impact of divergent GDP growth trends of the two economic giants on the further development in their bilateral relations. Namely, since the change in the global economic position causes geopolitical consequences, it is clear that the very expectation of such trends influences the decisions of political and economic actors today - such as the signing of the investment agreement between Brussels and Beijing, despite Washington's opposition. The EU's response to China's growing influence could be an attempt to mitigate Beijing's strategic challenge by creating a stronger transatlantic partnership, but it is uncertain that Washington will be willing to offer significant concessions to Brussels. An alternative scenario could involve strengthening the EU's \"strategic autonomy\", which would imply an attempt at a more independent geopolitical positioning, which would enable better relations with China and easier access to the country's huge market. The aim of this study is to present the results of research on the subjective feeling of safety of employees in the gaming industry in Serbia. The results showed that almost half of them feel insecure in their workplace. Analysis of the results of research tells us that the socio-demographic characteristics of subjects, such as sex, age structure, but also the Serbian region in which they live, and also if they belong to the student population, have an impact on their perception of the level of safety in the workplace. Other socio-demographic characteristics of an individual which have been studied have shown no statistical significance. Stress in respondents who feel very insecure in the workplace increases most when there is a physical conflict with someone or a major material loss. A linear correlation between indicators of stress and feelings of safety in the workplace was confirmed. Knowledge, skills, and abilities, but also character traits of the teacher (competence), are therefore very important, which is why this paper focuses on the competence of teachers in preschool facilities, with a special accent on their emotional competence, which, as the most important aspect, include recognizing emotions and impulse control in yourself and others. The goal of this research is to determine the development level of teachers' emotional competence. The research encompasses 108 teachers, and the questioning was done using an assessment scale which, using grades 1 to 5, assesses the level of agreement with claims devised based on the theory concept by Suzic (2004). The results of the research have shown that the younger teachers (by age and job experience) have scored higher on the instrument compared to older teachers, on almost all subscales (except recognizing your own and others' emotions as well as confidence). This data show that younger teachers assess their own emotional competencies as better developed compared to older teachers. In the Era of digital communication, marketing gained a neuro character, mostly thanks to EEG, fMRI, PET, eye tracking, facial coding, GSR, BVP, fNIRS, polygraph, TMS, indoor GPS etc. Marketing is still an assessment and decision prediction but now both directly and indirectly so to determine shopping preferences. Big industries like FMCG, fashion, automotive and so on, invest significant amount of money to make sure they know the needs and wishes of customers and in order to keep brand profitable. Shifting marketing to social media drastically changed strategies of global companies that are yet to see the outcome of this new approach of consumer involvement in PR. Likewise, the trend of consumer setting the tone of marketing caused gradual price correction and fabric procurement. Also, some number of consumers is especially interested in company's ecological awareness which includes best practice policy and a decision (not) to buy. That implies both on product and service. At the same time, in digital era, commercial is now subdued to comments, criticism and even boycott. Therefore, it's not uncommon for companies to have to hire PR machinery in order to solve the problem. New forms of marketing are subtle which doesn't mean that aggressive campaigns are gone for good, the ones that look more like propaganda that advertising. That is the basic marketing differentiation - is company nurturing an inbound or outbound/push or pull strategy. However, the dilemma remains; are companies really opening up for consumers to participate in their marketing campaign or is it a strategy of illusory influence that in fact represents a good marketing. The research focus is on the definition of strategic goals and on the selection of strategic priorities. In order to meet goals, each strategy defines appropriate action plans for its implementation. Action plans thoroughly define activities, measures and projects, activity-bearers, implementation deadlines, success indicators, funds, financing sources, legal and institutional framework. Paper investigates the current practice of strategic documents implementation. Further, issues with monitoring, reporting and evaluation are examined.
