Fatur Rahman, Akhmad Harum, Abdullah Sinring","doi":"10.30653/001.202371.251","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.30653/001.202371.251","url":null,"abstract":"Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui; kebutuhan media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC; Model prototype media booklet karir orientasi RIASEC sebagai layanan informasi karir bagi mahasiswa; Untuk menghasilkan media booklet karir model orientasi RIASEC yang valid dan praktis sebagai layanan informasi karir bagi mahasiswa. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (RnD) dengan model pengembangan Borg and Gall yang telah dimodifikasi oleh peneliti menjadi 7 tahapan yakni penelitian awal dan pengumpulan informasi, perencanaan pengembangan, pengembangan preform produk, validasi ahli, revisi produk tahap 1, uji coba lapangan (kelompok kecil) dan revisi produk 2 (produk akhir). Instrumen yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah kuesioner dan pedoman wawancara. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa; Siswa mengalami kebingungan dalam memilih studi lanjut karena kurangnya pemahaman tentang karir sehingga diperlukan media seperti buklet karir model orientasi RIASEC untuk mendukung penyampaian layanan informasi karir di sekolah. The design used is a one-group pre-test post-test with a target of 6 students who have a high level of online learning saturation obtained from the pre-test questionnaire scores. This research is classified as quantitative research using non-parametric analysis with the Wilcoxon test. The result of this research is Asymp value. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.012. Value is smaller than 0.05, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted. The final results of the post-test scores given to the six students showed a decrease in learning saturation scores from the six students in the high category to the low category. The sample was taken based on Purposive Random Sampling, with 58 respondents of sales promotion girls. This research found that every aspect of Interpersonal Communication of Sales Promotion Girls at the Competence level. Only Support communication there are 25 (43,10%) in Very Competence. İn another aspect below of that. And teenagers are expected to have an optimistic attitude so that they are able to actualize themselves. This study was conducted to analyze the differences in optimism attitudes of late adolescents before and after being given group guidance services with cognitive restructuring techniques, using the quantified research method of one group pretest posttest design type experiment. The sample used in this study was 8 late adolescents. The data collection techniques used in this study were questionnaires related to optimism attitudes compiled by the researchers themselves, and data analysis techniques using the wilcoxon signed rank test. The results of this study showed an increase in the optimistic attitudes of late adolescents after obtaining group guidance services with cognitive restructuring techniques. In this research design, the researcher used an experimental model, namely a research design that contained a pre-test before being given treatment and a post-test after being given treatment.The results showed that the level of discipline of students of SMP Negeri 1 Dawarblandong with cognitive-behavioural counselling was practical. This is following the results of a score of 0.000, where 0.000 <0.05, then there is a significant difference between the pre-test and post-test data, meaning that there is a change after cognitive-behavioural counselling was carried out in improving student discipline SMP Negeri 1 Dawarblandong Mojokerto. This study aims: 1) To describe the level of academic procrastination of students who follow the organization carried out by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 2) Describe the level of academic procrastination of students who do not participate in the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. 3) Describe whether there is a difference between students who join the organization and students who do not join the organization conducted by BKI FADA UIN Banten students. In this study, the researcher used a comparative quantitative method where the researcher compared two variables, whether there were differences in academic procrastination between students who joined the organization and students who did not join the organization. Based on the research conducted, it can be concluded that; 1) The level of procrastination in students who do not join the organization is in the low category with an average score of 81.4. 2) The level of academic procrastination of students who join the organization is in the high category with an average value of 92.4. 3) There is a significant difference between students who do not join the organization and students who join the organization. The subjects of this study were students of SMA Negeri 4 Madiun who had a high level of narcissistic personality disorder. The sampling technique used in this research is purposive sampling, namely the selection of research samples based on the research objectives. The research instrument used is a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used a different test or t test.
