However, it offers both a precise theoretical framework and various methods of analysis, which make it possible to deal with issues at the heart of psychology and the missions of the practicing psychologists. All discourse is the result of a join construction; it integrates cross-perceptions as well as inter-individual and inter-group relational dynamics. There is no border between the individual who produced the discourse, and the individual who receives it. One is in the other and the other is in one. This conception is particularly relevant when it comes to analyzing what takes place at the heart of social relations, whatever the field of intervention: health, training, work and even more broadly the political and societal debate. This special issue does not aim to be exhaustive but presents different possible applications of discourse analysis, in order to provide the reader, reading grids and tools, which inform practice and nourish theory.</p></div>","PeriodicalId":54590,"journal":{"name":"Pratiques Psychologiques","volume":"26 4","pages":"Pages 259-263"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-12-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1016/j.prps.2020.07.001","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"42901797","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"心理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

After presenting some methods of collection and analysis of the narrative, we will suggest an application of this approach by analyzing narrative interviews of people with cancer. However, we have few data regarding the impact of these different supports on the terrorist attacks victims, especially in France. Thus, we’ve carried out a clinical survey in order to assess the psychopathological development among 27 patients regarding to their perception of the sociomedical, psychological, judicial and police support they got. An assessment has been made based on the sociodemographic and psychopathological data of the subjects we included. We made the assessments 3 and 12 months after the terrorist attack, regarding to depressive, traumatic, peritraumatic (dissociation and distress) symptoms, sleeping disorders and the perceived quality of social support. Otherwise, they answered a subjective inventory of the quality of the help, support and care they were offered after the attack. Those data confirmed that the traumatic, peritraumatic, depressive and sleeping disorders were severe after such a traumatic event. We stated the fact that the clinical development was partly positively correlated with the favourable perception of the different supports. The welcoming and support from the various actors in victimology are key features in lowering the avoidance and improving the perception of the social support, which we know are two essential criteria in the traumatism development. A first part will be dedicated to the acquisition of disgust in the framework of evaluative and Pavlovian learning, we will then describe in detail the assessment tools available in the literature allowing to evaluate the different dimensions, then we will address the continuum. Across the Atlantic, many Parent Management Training (PMT) programs have emerged over the last 40<!--> <!-->years. These are evidence-based interventions, recommended for the management of children's behavioral disorders. Literature findings Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), recently translated into French, is a PMT providing in-vivo coaching, based on attachment and behavioral theories. PCIT is structured into two distinct intervention phases: the child-directed interaction, and the parent-directed interaction. Each phase begins with a parental skill teach session, followed by in vivo coaching sessions, where parent and child dyads together. It is a brief therapy (14 sessions on average), individualized, and adapted to families' difficulties. Numerous studies and meta-analyses highlight high effect sizes, equal to or greater than existing PMT. Discussion Although PMT is a best-practice treatment for behavioral disorders, and although attrition rates are low compared to other forms of child psychotherapy, treatment retention remains a concern. Promising adaptations of PCIT are now also being studied: in-home, intensive, short format or remotely. Conclusion PCIT can therefore allow many professionals to develop a stronger repertoire of effective treatment for childhood behavior disorders.</p></div>","PeriodicalId":54590,"journal":{"name":"Pratiques Psychologiques","volume":"26 3","pages":"Pages 167-182"},"PeriodicalIF":0.8,"publicationDate":"2020-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://sci-hub-pdf.com/10.1016/j.prps.2020.02.002","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"45903163","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":4,"RegionCategory":"心理学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The exploratory research approach is through the qualitative analysis of the content of interviews conducted with parents and children received by the Medico-Judiciary Unit (UMJ) and the Youth Victims Reception Unit.
