Para esto primeramente define la teoria de la justicia a traves de las esferas del reconocimiento y posteriormente construye un modelo analitico posible considerando la justicia social a traves de grados. Se proponen tres grados de justicia (grado maximo, grado medio y grado minimo), que no son camisas de fuerza a lo social, sino puntos de partida para pensar la constitucion y las practicas de los sujetos. Se concluye que las esferas del reconocimiento, pensadas a traves de grados de justicia social permiten analizar las disimiles experiencias de los sujetos, pero comprendiendo las esferas y finalmente la justicia, a la luz de relaciones de poder y dominacion que configuran ciertos contenidos morales de la justicia, pero no necesariamente contenidos que favorecen un mayor progreso moral en los ordenes sociales que prevalecen. El modelo analitico presentado permite considerar como se institucionalizan ordenes morales que definen formas de justicia que coactan la critica, la lucha y el cambio. EnglishAbstract: This article explores the performances of Axel Honneth’s theory of justice to understand the subject’s experiences in contemporary societies. For this, it first defines the theory of justice through the spheres of recognition and then builds a possible analytical model considering social justice through degrees. Three degrees of justice are proposed (maximum grade, average grade and minimum grade), which are not social straitjackets, but starting points for thinking about the constitution and practices of the subjects. It is concluded that the spheres of recognition, thought through degrees of social justice, allow to analyze the different experiences of the subjects, but understanding the spheres and finally justice in the light of relations of power and domination that configure certain moral contents of the justice, but not necessarily content that will favor greater moral progress in the prevailing social orders. A partir de los conceptos asi formulados, se proponen dos lecciones que se desprenden del trabajo intelectual del sociologo bearnes: lecciones teoricas y algunas lecciones metodologicas derivadas de las primeras, con el fin de contribuir a una sistematizacion explicita de su modus operandi para la investigacion social, toda vez que el autor nunca lo hizo para evitar que sus aportaciones quedasen atrapadas con la rigidez de los esquemas escolasticos. En este sentido, el autor es tanto objeto como instrumento de la reflexion propuesta que mira a la nocion de capital como la metodologicamente mas importante para la practica de la investigacion social. EnglishAbstract: In the formula Field + [Capital + Habitus] = Social practices, the contributions of an author such as Pierre Bourdieu are condensed on a theoretical level, and from there it is possible to detach the approached method for social research by recovering the objective and subjective aspects of social practices based on the concepts thus formulated, two lessons are proposed that are derived from the intellectual work of the bearnese sociologist: theoretical lessons and some methodological lessons derived from the former, in order to contribute to an explicit systematization of their modus operandi for social research, since the author never did it to avoid that his contributions were trapped with the rigidity of the scholastic schemes. Based on the notion of incommensurability proposed here, the common ground between incommensurable theories is neither determined by the sense nor by the reference of the relevant terms, but by a given phenomenon type, which fixes the subject matter of inquiry. Phenomenon types are understood as expressions that are associated with some phenomenon and describable or understandable in some language. In this proposal, two theories can refer to a same phenomenon type even if they are mutually incommensurable about the concepts used in them to grasp it. Asi, la realidad como constructo discursivo, el caracter semiotico-perceptual de la observacion, los procesos de transcodificacion entre doxa y episteme o el peso estructural de la disciplina, seran los ejes fundamentales planteados para esta relacion. A partir de este planteamiento, se proponen como criterios de integracion semiotico-epistemica dos paradigmas claves en la construccion de un proceso de investigacion cualitativa: la adopcion de estructuras interdisciplinarias y el enfoque de la complejidad, que permiten problematizar las categorias anteriores, integrandolas como elementos fundamentales en la organizacion social del sentido. EnglishAbstract: The present article proposes a descriptive review of those moments in which the social sciences semiotic turn borders with some epistemic categories that results fundamental for the construction of a conscious approach to the social. Thus, the reality as a discursive construct, the semiotic character of observation, the transcoding process between doxa and episteme, or the structural wealth of discipline will be presented as fundamental axes to this relationship. Esto significa que nos encontramos frente a un tipo de territorio tradicionalmente invisibilizado, en gran parte, por la subalternizacion de los discursos y la no consideracion recursiva de los territorios. Por tanto, esta investigacion pretende dar cuenta de los componentes que hacen de los territorios discursivos una realidad territorial con sentidos reconocibles, tanto en sus aspectos simbolicos como materiales, desde un origen epistemologico que atiende a la naturaleza del fenomeno. EnglishAbstract: Discursive territories are created through the conformation of two dimensions, one that attends to its discursive components and the other that responds to the territorial characteristics where everything unveiled through discourse is constituted in a territorial-identity hologram. This means that we are facing a type of territory traditionally rendered invisible, in large part, by the subalternization of discourses and the recusal of territories. Here we reconstruct each of them separately and we analyse the formulation in nuce the theoretical basis of critical and morphogenetic realism, a scientific research programme that she establishes as a nonconflation sociological way, supported by critical realism and analytical dualism. La relacion difiere del papel que tiene en la sociologia de la ciencia y en la construccion social de la tecnologia. Suele afirmarse en CTS, contradiciendo conocimientos humanistas, que la naturaleza de los actores sociales no estaria definida por adelantado. Asumir lo semiotico como algo excepcional del sujeto humano, donde los objetos solo acreditan sus agencias a traves de procesos simbolicos, seria perder de vista la riqueza empirica de las practicas colectivas que articulan lo humano y lo no-humano. En cambio, sujetos y objetos suelen pensarse en CTS como efectos sociomateriales reconfigurables de relaciones in situ. La figura del actor-red, la lectura situada de actores material-semioticos, el estudio de objetos frontera y el uso de metodos de ensamblaje son algunas de los virajes en este giro de la teoria de la accion. Aqui voy a delinear un recorrido parcial a traves de sus argumentos, introduciendo el debate sobre las divisiones entre naturaleza y cultura, para examinar la nocion de agencia con los conceptos de traduccion, configuracion, multiplicidad y no-coherencia. A modo de ejemplo, termino con una lectura sobre la socialidad y espacialidad de los cajeros automaticos. EnglishStudies of science, technology and society (STS) are characteristics in relating objects and practices. The relationship differs from the role it has in the sociology of science and in the social construction of technology. It is usually affirmed in STS, contradicting humanities, that the nature of the social actors would not be defined in advance. Considering that the semiotic is something exceptional of the human subject, where objects only accredit their agencies through symbolic processes, would be to lose sight of the empirical richness of collective practices that articulate the human and the non-human. Instead, subjects and objects are often thought of in STS as reconfigurable sociomaterial effects of in situ relationships. The figure of the actor-network, the situated reading of material-semiotic actors, the study of boundary objects and the use of assembly methods are some of the conceptual turns in this variation of action theory. Here I will delineate a partial route to travel through its arguments, introducing the debate on the divisions of nature and culture, to examine the notion of agency with the concepts of translation, configuration, multiplicity and non-coherence.
