Analiz bulguları kısa dönemde taşımacılık, seyahat ve finansal hizmetler ihracatının ekonomik büyüme üzerinde pozitif etkisi olduğunu göstermektedir. İnşaat hizmetleri ihracatının kısa dönemde ekonomik büyüme üzerinde anlamlı etkisi yoktur. Uzun dönemli sonuçlar hizmet alt sektörlerindeki ihracatın ekonomik büyüme üzerinde etkisi olmadığını açığa çıkarmıştır. Mal ihracatının, ekonomik büyüme üzerinde hem kısa hem de uzun dönemde pozitif etkiye sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Private international transport companies transport foreign engineering from the oil fields to Iraqi airports and vice versa, and other international security companies take action to provide protection for foreign engineering experts during transportation. Hence, this process is very costly. \u0000     The objective of this research is to construct helicopters airport in the oil fields of the Maysan Oil Company, which can be reduced the required time for the arrival of foreign engineering experts and required equipment to the oil fields of the company by using the Critical Path Method (CPM). This may assist finding the time and cost of completing the project and drawing charts the project in light of the existence of non-traditional relationships between some activities in the project network, depending on the computer engineering software such as Primavera V6. 478 days were required to complete the project. Hepatitis causes inflammation that destroys liver cells, and it occurs as a result of viruses, bacteria, blood transfusions, and others. There are five types of hepatitis viruses, which are (A, B, C, D, E) according to their severity. The disease varies by type. Accurate and early diagnosis is the best way to prevent disease, as it allows infected people to take preventive steps so that they do not transmit the difference to other people, and diagnosis using artificial intelligence gives an accurate and rapid diagnostic result. Where the analytical method of the data relied on the radial basis network to diagnose the disease, in addition to using the classification of the regression tree as well as the use of the genetic algorithm to improve the classification accuracy of both methods and by comparing the methods used to find out the most efficient methods of classification through criteria. The researchers made a checklist to test the research hypothesis, which states (there are no applications of lean internal auditing methods in the local environment). For (6) private banks listed in the Iraq Stock Exchange, which number (69) banks, after reviewing the periodic reports prepared by the Central Bank of Iraq. \u0000The researchers concluded that the banks of the research sample applied to the graceful internal audit in the Iraqi economic units is the Ashur Bank, as it obtained the highest arithmetic mean reached (2.55) and the highest relative importance as it amounted to (85.0%) and the second place the Iraqi Investment Bank got the arithmetic mean (2.48) and importance Relative (82.7%). In third place, the Khaleej Commercial Bank got an arithmetic mean (2.39) and relative importance (79.7%). In fourth place, the Trans-Iraq Bank got an arithmetic mean (2.28) and relative importance (76%). Organizations’ view of their members as internal customers could be made them more realistic in dealing with the reasons for leaving and going to other organizations. This can promote business organizations to build an organizational environment that contributes to making the organization look like the homeland of those workers. The research method is descriptive and analytical. The tool for data collection was the questionnaire. Statistical software (SPSS V.23 and AMOS V.23) was used to analyze the data. The research sample was randomly selected and consisted of 290 faculty members. The results of the research indicated that there is a positive effect of the independent variable “internal marketing” on the dependent variable “organizational citizenship behavior”. Also, the dimension of development has the most impact on organizational citizenship behavior, then comes the reward, and the vision, respectively. The research selects the sulfuric acid factory in Al-Furat Company for Chemical Industries and Pesticides as a sample for the study. {"title":"تشخيص ضغوط العمل بين الأطباء الاختصاص ومدى انعكاسه على الرضا الوظيفي بحث استطلاعي على عينة من المستشفيات العامة في محافظة ذي قار","authors":"مشعل زوري جبار عناد الغزي","doi":"10.33095/jeas.v27i126.2458","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33095/jeas.v27i126.2458","url":null,"abstract":"يتعرض القطاع الصحي في العراق في الوقت الراهن الى معوقات متعددة، وبخاصة المستشفيات، وقد انعكس ذلك على أداء الأطباء الاختصاص الذين تعتمد على خدماتهم المستشفيات، ويعد الأطباء الاختصاص هم ثروة لابد من المحافظة عليها وتنميتها، ولكن للأسف يتعرض هؤلاء الأطباء الى ضغوط متنوعة، منها ضعف وعي المجتمع وتفشي الطابع القبلي في المحافظات العراقية، ولذلك يتعرض الأطباء الى ضغوط بالاعتداء بعض الأحيان، ومن ناحية أخرى وجود نقص في الملاكات الطبية وقد برزت هذه المشكلة اثناء تفشي جائحة كورونا، وبرزت عوامل أخرى وهي قلة المستلزمات والأجهزة الطبية، وقد برزت ظاهرة الدوران الوظيفي الخارجي للأطباء الاختصاص، مما انعكس على أداء المستشفيات في محافظة ذي قار عينة البحث، وتأتي أهمية البحث الحالي في تشخيص الأسباب الأساسية من هجرة الأطباء من المستشفيات وضعف اداءهم وتلكؤ في أداء واجباتهم الوظيفية، لذا يهدف البحث إلى تشخيص ضغوط العمل من وجهة نظر الاطباء الاختصاص في المستشفيات ومدى انعكاسه على الرضا الوظيفي. ونسعى الى تطوير نموذج لقياس ضغوط العمل ومدى تأثيره على الرضا الوظيفي، واستكشاف اي من ابعاد ضغوط العمل اكثر تأثيرا في الرضا الوظيفي.  تم الاستعانة بالمنهج الوصفي الاستطلاعي، للتعرف على اراء الأطباء بخصوص ضغوط العمل والرضا الوظيفي، وكانت الاستبانة هي الأداة الرئيسة لجمع البيانات، وقد اتم اختيار ثلاث مستشفيات مهمة من مستشفيات محافظة ذي قار، وهي (مستشفى الحسين العام التعليمي، ومستشفى محمد الموسوي، ومستشفى الحبوبي العام التعليمي)، والتي تخدم ما يقارب (815) سريرا، وقد تم استهداف الأطباء الاختصاص كونهم الاكثر تحملا للمسؤولية، وجرى اختبار الفرضيات من خلال استخدام بعض المعالجات الاحصائية، لقد تم توزيع الاستبانة على 68 طبيبا، واسفرت النتائج الى وجود ضغوط عمل عالية لدى الأطباء العاملين في المستشفيات الحكومية، وقد انعكس عبء العمل وصراع الدور وانعدام العدالة التنظيمية الى انخفاض في مستوى رضا الأطباء العاملين في المستشفيات المبحوثة في محافظة ذي قار.  توصل البحث إلى اتفاق العينة على ان ضغوط العمل في المستشفيات الحكومية تؤدي الى عدم رضا الأطباء في مستشفياتهم، وهذا يولد انخفاض الأداء والتوتر في العمل، وقد أظهرت النتائج ان صراع الدور وعبئ العمل وعدم العدالة في الوظيفة تؤدي الى المزيد من ضغوط العمل. يبين هذا البحث اسباب ضغوط العمل على الاطباء الاختصاص في المستشفيات الحكومية، ومحاولة معالجة الاسباب وتوفير بيئة عمل ملائمة تعزز من اداء الاطباء في المستشفيات . تتعهد هذه الدراسة بمساعدة مقدمي الخدمة الصحية في القطاع الصحي لمعالجة التحدي المتمثل في زيادة ضغوط العمل والعمل على الحد منها، وتعزيز الرضا الوظيفي للاطباء.","PeriodicalId":53940,"journal":{"name":"Eskisehir Osmangazi Universitesi IIBF Dergisi-Eskisehir Osmangazi University Journal of Economics and Administrative Sciences","volume":"5 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"82095382","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"تقانة النانو كخيار استراتيجي في القرن الحادي والعشرين للنهوض بواقع التصنيع العراقي واللحاق بالدول الصناعية المتقدمة (دراسة حالة لواقع تقانة النانو في أفضل 20 الدول تقدما في هذا المجال)","authors":"عمار عواد محمد, أحمد جدعان حماد, عمار عواد محمد","doi":"10.33095/jeas.v27i126.2457","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.33095/jeas.v27i126.2457","url":null,"abstract":"يهدف البحث الى تحديد ماهية وواقع ومستقبل التصنيع باستخدام تقانة النانو للعقود القادمة بوصفه خيار استراتيجي للنهوض بواقع التصنيع العراقي لكي يكون بمصاف الدول الصناعية المتقدمة في هذا المجال وتتمحور مشكلة الدراسة في ان واقع التصنيع في العراق متأخر كثيرا عن واقع التصنيع في الدول الصناعية المتقدمة  وان احدى الخيارات المطروحة للنهوض بواقع التصنيع في العراق للحاق بالدول الصناعية المتقدمة  هو التصنيع باستخدام تقانة النانو بوصفها خيارا استراتيجيا تبنته منظمات الاعمال وخصوصا الصناعية منها والدول الصناعية المتقدمة  بوصفها منظمات كبيرة ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة صيغة الفرضيات لبلوغ اهداف الدراسة واستخدم المنهج الاستقرائي من اجل بلوغ الاستنتاجات. \u0000وخرج البحث بعدد من النتائج أهمها، يمكن للمنظمات الصناعية العراقية ان تنهض بواقع التصنيع العراقي واللحاق بركب الدول الصناعية المتقدمة من خلال التوجه نحو التصنيع باستخدام تقانة النانو كما حدث مع الصين والدولة الاسيوية الشرقية التي استطاعت خلال سنتين فقط (2012-2011) ان تزيد حصتها من نسبة عدد براءات الاختراع المسجلة للدول العشرين التي شملتها الدراسة الى اكثر من 3%. ،  وسوف تكون هناك اثار عظيمة لو طبقت تقانة النانو في العراق اذ ستوفر طفرة نوعية في الاقتصاد العراقي من خلال الارباح العالية التي تجنيها المنظمات عند تطبيقها لهذه التقانة ، كما ويساهم البحث في تعزيز والحث على استخدام تقانة النانو التي من شأنها تتفتح افاق جديدة للباحثين ، وبالتأكيد سوف يكون اثار اجتماعية عن تطبيق تقانة النانو في المنظمات العراقية والتي تنعكس في رفاه الافراد العاملين في هذه المنظمات كما قدمت الدراسة مجموعة من المقترحات في ظل تلك النتائج يمكن للمنظمات الصناعية العراقية العامة والخاصة الاستفادة منها، وتحدد اصالة البحث من خلال طروحات (Clunan & Rodine-Hardy,2014) التي ترى ان الاستحواذ والمحافظة على التقدّمِ التقنيِ في مجال تقانة النانو يُنْظَرُ اليه في الغالب على انه أولوية للدفاع والمنافسة في الاقتصاديات العالمية في القرنِ الحادي والعشرونِ وطروحات Elsevier report,2015)). بان تقانة تمثل المفتاح الذي يُمكّنُ التقانة للوصول الى طيف واسع مِنْ التطبيقاتِ في عِدّة حقول مختلفة.","PeriodicalId":53940,"journal":{"name":"Eskisehir Osmangazi Universitesi IIBF Dergisi-Eskisehir Osmangazi University Journal of Economics and Administrative Sciences","volume":"66 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.5,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80534290","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
