The obligation to pay zakat has certain conditions and pillars that must be fulfilled in advance. The performance of BAZNAS is also recognized internationally, this is evidenced on November 17, 2017 BAZNAS collaborated with the United Nations through the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) or the United Nations Development Program Agency by participating in the success of a sustainable development program called the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) program in line with the programs, visions and dreams of BAZNAS which both have the goal of alleviating poverty in countries. Therefore, the researcher conducted a research about the BAZNAS program, especially Jember Regency in improving the rural economy which is related to one of the ideals of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). This research is a qualitative research. The data is collected by several methods: observation, interviews and documentary. The data collected were analyzed using descriptive methods, and the validity of the data using the technique of persistence or constancy of observation. Based on the results of the research conducted, the conclusion is the SDGs rural program in Sukorejo village is in line with the SDGs program even though the data in the field still does not show the maximum level. Located at an altitude of 600-1250 masl on the slopes of Mount Argopuro, it is very potential for the development of Robusta and Arabica coffee. This potential makes Kemiri Village develop with its superior products and innovate itself into an ed-ucational tourism \"Coffee Producer Village\" with the brand \"Pondok Kopi\" and its Coffee Shop \"Jember Coffe Center\". The development study using the SWOT analysis method in this study can describe and identify the efforts made to further introduce and expand the superior product of Kemiri Tourism Village, especially as a Coffee-Producing Village. The challenge faced is the ability to survive to continue to exist and expand widely. The purpose of this study is to analyze and determine the development of a tourist attraction as a Coffee-Producing Village located in Kemiri Village, Panti District, Jember Regency. This study uses a qualitative approach, conducting in-depth interviews and observations. The findings from this observation are that the existence of the Kemiri Tourism Village is able to increase the education business, especially among Al-Hasan Islamic Boarding Schools as the main manager and the Kemiri Village community in general. Indigenous peoples are a group of people who have the same goals and interests in groups, live and settle in one place. The existence of indigenous peoples is constitutionally regulated and protected. In reality, the existence of indigenous peoples in Indonesia still needs more attention, especially in terms of protecting the privileges that are their rights. Protection of privileges, one of which is given the authority to restore government in accordance with the prevailing customary system. One of them is the existence of Nagari in West Sumatra as one of the Traditional Villages whose existence is recognized in the constitutional system in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine the protection of the origin rights of the Nagari customary law community and to determine the mechanism for restoring the authenticity of the Nagari customary law community. The research method used in this research is normative juridical research. Where earnings management can be viewed based on two perspectives, namely the opportunistic perspective and Messod (2001). According to Watts and Zimmerman (1986), one of the hypotheses of managers in earnings management is related to the political cost hypothesis. The research was conducted in 6 sub-districts in Bondowoso Regency. Determining the location of research using Purposive sampling and interview techniques using Snowball sampling. The experiment was carried out by morphological characterization of 14 Robusta clones, 13 Arabica varieties, and 2 Liberica varietes using a descriptor list that was modified for coffee plants. Qualitative data were analyzed using triangulation and tabulated based on morphological tables of coffee plants. The morphological identification results Robusta, Arabica, and Liberica coffee plants showed that there were many differences, especially on the morphology of the leaves, fruits, and seeds. Although Jember Regency has an airport as the entrance for tourists, the existence of tourist destinations needs infra-structure such as hotels, restaurants, promotions, and so on. A growing tourist destination is Sky-land paragliding in Wuluhan Subdistrict. Skyland paragliding tourist destinations carry the concept of aerospace sports and offer the beauty of the natural charm of the south side of Jember Regency. This research aims to analyze the strategy of developing Skyland paragliding tourism destinations using SWOT analysis techniques. The analysis method used is a qualitative approach, with snowball sampling data collection techniques. From the results of the SWOT analysis, Skyland paragliding tourist area is classified as able to compete competitively to be a tourist attraction in Jember Regency by maximizing the existing potential by building facilities, amenities, attractions, and accessibility to attract tourists. Strategic target of Jember District through Department of Food Security is in line with the work program of central government. However, ratio of production and food demand for three commodities (rice, corn, soybeans) in general has not met the targets that have been set. The purpose of this study is to identify and analyze the driving and inhibiting factors, also formulate alternative strategy and determine strategic priorities in context of developing food agribusiness. Data analysis method uses Force Field Analysis (FFA). The results showed that the dominant driving factor was the use of agricultural technology, followed by sufficient farming capital. While the inhibiting factors that need to be considered and reduced are inadequate irrigation facilities, followed by fairly high level of yield loss. In the context of achieving the goals of education in the law, one of which is that students have religious spiritual strength and good morals, it is very important that science learning is contextualized with educational verses. Because with this contextualization model in each sub-theme of learning can strengthen understanding of the material theoretically and in general can increase the faith and Islam of students. One example, students are more grateful for the majesty of Allah and increasingly believe that science learning is still related to the Qur'an. This contextualization has been carried out by a science teacher at a Muhammadiyah 3 junior high school in Jember Regency by providing verses related to sub-themes. The purpose of contextualization is to strengthen the position of the material and explain the content of the verse related to the greatness of God in the creation of humans, nature, and the surrounding environment. Please note that science material is listed in the Qur'an such as the human reproductive system which has been clearly explained in the letter Al Mursalat verse 20, At Tariq verse 6, Al Insan verse 2, Al Mukminun verse 13-14, Al Haj verse 5, Noah verses 13-14. Thus, the need for good self-management so as not to cause stress, anxiety in the face of pandemics. One of the self-management used by improving self-compassion. Self-compassion is an attitude to be able to be open, to be aware of mistakes that occur to yourself, so as to positively interpret negative experiences. Self-compassion can increase the body's immunity, reducing anxiety. The purpose of this study is to describe the self-compassion of Jember people during the pandemic.The study used a descriptive quantitative approach with the subjects of covid-19 affected communities in Jember, numbering 349 respondents. The data collection method uses questionnaires with purposive sampling techniques, adapted from Neff's Self-compassion Scale (2003) containing 26 items with a total reliability of 0.93. The results showed that as many as 60 respondents (17%) people in Jember had moderate Self-compassion, with the highest percentage of Mindfullness aspect as many as 65 respondents (19%). While the lowest percentage in Isolation aspect is 60 (17%). Reviewed by gender, female subjects had a low self-compassion of 39 respondents (15%), compared to 14 male respondents (14%). Based on tribe, Madura has low self-compassion compared to other tribes, 12 respondents (18%).
