One of the customs that are still preserved is the tradition of Bapalas Bidan. Bapalas Bidan is a mother's gratitude to God for giving birth to a safe and healthy child and a thank you to the midwife who served her, from the womb to the birth of the baby and until the umbilical cord broke. The tradition of bapalas bidan has several stages, the process includes: first bathing the baby, second set foot to the ground, third ritual meayun bayi (swinging baby), fourth ritual batapung tawar and salvation. The research method used in this study is a qualitative research method that is processed by descriptive analysis approach. The Data obtained through interviews with Dayak people who experience or perform the tradition of Bapalas Bidan and from literature studies, namely books, theses and journals which will then be correlated with the views of the Shafi'i school. The results of this study is that the tradition of Bapalas midwives for them Dayak tribe is possible. Meanwhile, according to the Shafi'i school, this tardisi should not be done because it contains shirk which is categorized as ‘urf fasid. However, if the implementation does not contain elements of shirk or signed with the Shari'a, this tradition is categorized as ‘urf Saheeh and the Shafi'i school allows ' ur Saheeh as evidence for the tradition of Bapalas Bidan. This tradition aims as a form of gratitude to God for having been blessed with a healthy and safe child and as a form of appreciation to midwives who have helped all the pregnancy process until delivery. Adapun rumusan masalah yang akan dibahas dalam artikel ini fokus pada upaya metode dakwah Liqok lembaga dakwah kampus Al-Qudwah IAIN Kerinci dalam membina mahasiswa serta hambatan dalam proses pelaksanaan metode dakwah. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif, yaitu satu metode penelitian yang menggambarkan tentang objek penelitian dan bertujuan untuk memperoleh informasi-informasi mengenai keadaan objek penelitia tersebut dengan menggunakan data observasi dan wawancara sebagai data primer dan dokumen dan arsip, serta buku-buku literatur sebagai data sekunder. Tknik yang digunakan dalam pengumpulan data yaitu observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Dari hasil analisis, artikel ini menunjukkan bahwa Metode Dakwah Liqok Dalam Membina Mahasiswa Studi Pada LDK Al-Qudwah IAIN Kerinci sangat konsisten didalam mengupayakan dan mengembangkan metode dakwah terhadap mahasiswa, sehingga LDK mampu memberi gagasan serta trobosan dalam upaya mewujudkan efektivitas metode dakwah dikalangan mahasiswa. It was even predicted that the spirit of the idea could give a feeling of peace to every believer in religion. On the other hand, its presence is seen as weakening religious belief. In addition, other accusations seem to support certain agendas degrading religious values, especially Islam, such as liberalism and secularism. Referring to this case, Lukman Hakim Saifuddin as a scholar and intellectual who received an honorary degree in the field of religious moderation, also expressed his thoughts through a book entitled “Moderasi Beragama: Tanggapan atas Masalah, Kesalahpahaman, Tuduhan, dan Tantangan yang Dihadapinya,” published in 2022, which is the focus writing of this article. By using the descriptive-analytic method, a number of findings were attempted in this article, including an overview of the book on moderation understanding, which significantly influenced the life of religious communities in Indonesia. However, despite the majority of the population being Muslim, there has been limited research on the roles of Islam in Ambon. This study aims to analyze the role of Islam in community development in Ambon, Maluku Province, using a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was obtained from in-depth analysis of the field and interviews with Islamic community leaders, government officials, and Islamic institutions' administrators in Ambon. In addition, data was collected from relevant documents and archives for the study. The results showed that Islam plays a significant role in community development in Ambon, especially in education and economic empowerment. Islamic educational institutions such as madrasah and pesantren have contributed to improving human resources quality in Ambon. Furthermore, Islam also contributes to infrastructure development and public facilities. Islamic institutions such as social and charitable foundations are active in providing social and humanitarian services to the people of Ambon, especially in emergency situations and natural disasters. However, there are still obstacles in implementing the role of Islam in community development in Ambon. One of them is the lack of coordination and synergy between the government and Islamic institutions in implementing development programs. Additionally, there are still differences in views and understandings among those involved in community development in Ambon. This promise is subject to cancellation due to various factors, either from the man or the woman. However, according to the prevailing customs in Aceh, Indonesia, when a marriage proposal is canceled, the party responsible for the cancellation is subjected to customary sanctions. This research explores the forms of customary sanctions imposed for the cancellation of marriage proposals and examines their compatibility with the concept of 'Mashlahah Mursalah' (public interest). This study employs a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. The findings reveal that customary sanctions for canceling a marriage proposal involve the forfeiture of the gold given as a symbol of the bond if the man initiates the cancellation. On the other hand, if the cancellation is initiated by the woman, the gold must be returned twofold. The 'pinangan' gift is considered a non-refundable grant in case of cancellation, regardless of whether the man or the woman initiates it. Inheritance law governs the rights and obligations concerning the transfer of inherited property to the surviving heirs after the deceased's death. Among the eligible heirs entitled to receive an inheritance from their parents are children, including those born through test tube baby procedures. This research aims to analyze the inheritance status of such children by Islamic law and inheritance law in Indonesia. This study employs a qualitative literature review methodology. The research findings indicate that in Islam, the inheritance rights of children born through the use of sperm and egg from a legitimate couple, where the embryo is transferred into the wife's womb, are considered equivalent to the rights of biological children. The child does not receive the inheritance if a third party is involved. Suppose the child is born out of wedlock (an illegitimate child). In that case, their share is attributed to the mother and her family. In Indonesia, there are three rules governing inheritance cases: customary inheritance law, determined by local customs; Islamic inheritance law, established by the Religious Courts; and civil law, which determines the inheritance share of legitimate children recognized by law. The purpose of this study is to know and describe the development of Indonesian criminal law and to analyze its relevance to Islamic crime. This type of writing is library research using data in the form of seconds. which consists of literature on Indonesian crime and Fiqh Jinayah as well as journals related to the issues studied. Data is collected through studies in the library, after the data is collected, the data is processed and conclusions are drawn to produce new observations. Based on the results of the research, it can be concluded that the criminal law provisions in force in Indonesia are a legacy of the Dutch colonialists in the form of the Criminal Code (KUHP). With the development of the times and the increasing complexity of problems related to crime, several laws and regulations have been made as a legal umbrella to resolve all cases that arise. From several criminal provisions there is relevance to Islamic criminal law, such as the death penalty known as qishahsh in Islamic criminal law. Likewise the punishment for thieves in various forms contained in the Criminal Code as a statutory regulation imposed by the government.
