Each form of activity may be expressed as a kind of narration or personal emotional involvement experienced by a child in different periods of childhood. One of essential kinds such experience is playing activity, engaging collective participants in a global social situation: children and adults. Playing activity with variety of modes and types of games, different in diverse social and historical conditions, may provide interesting psychological opportunity to study content, structure and stages of same activity. Games may differ by a variety of parameters. In this study the authors are interested in presenting two kinds of expression of playing activity: organized games with external orientation introduce by adults. Such types of games imply communication and collaboration within groups of preschool children in preschool institutions. The article presents phases of introduction of playing activity, kinds of means of external orientation proposed by adults and examples of concrete games with procedure of implementation. The authors discuss qualitative achievements in psychological development of preschool children as a result of participation in playing activity. The authors conclude that essential methodological approach of historical and cultural conception of development should be used together with conception of psychological structures activity. Such an approach might be useful for qualitative understanding of meaningful development at preschool age.","PeriodicalId":53021,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational and Psychological Studies","volume":"84 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80676345","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

These characters of conceptual play are of the dual nature: while they reason and act as concepts that come alive, they feel and communicate as humans in flesh and blood. In the elementary school, the development of students’ learning activity employs the conceptual plays as a successful conduit for introducing concepts, which cannot be constructed through hand-on activities. In the preschool, the conceptual play opens the way to coach knowledge and skills traditionally associated with schooling. By teaching preschoolers with the help of the conceptual plays, adults get the opportunity to design the learning content that combines affect and intelligence, lays the foundation for operating with schemes, and most importantly, promotes children's initiative in intellectual pursuits and expands its scope. The outlines of conceptual play are exemplified by episodes of teaching literacy in the first grade with the ABC textbook by D.B. The article presents the results of a pilot study of indicators of the state of the inclusive process by interviewing experts with subsequent content analysis. The possibility of applying an activity-based approach to creating an educational environment (V.V. Rubtsov, I.M. Ulanovskaya and others) as the basis for the implementation of inclusion in an educational organization is being investigated; indicators are proposed for assessing its inclusiveness on the basis of the activity approach with the addition of their value-based approach to assessing the educational environment (S.L. Bratchenko). The answers of the experts correspond to the prevailing understanding of inclusion in Russia (inclusion of persons with disabilities), and experts give priority to indicators of adaptation of individuals, rather than to the results of their mastering the program. The conclusion is drawn about the productivity of the activity approach to the development of inclusion in the educational organization and the compliance of the criteria developed for the inclusion of the educational environment based on the activity approach with the main domestic and foreign scientific developments on this issue.","PeriodicalId":53021,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational and Psychological Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"91124570","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that the active model of disability aimed at fostering students’ own activity may become a basis of psychological and pedagogical support for university students with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities includes a variety of forms (pedagogical, social, psychological support, self-support) aimed at enriching the psychological and pedagogical conditions of the educational environment through: 1) support groups organization and functioning; 2) self-support groups functioning; 3) creating an optimally accessible educational environment using distant technologies. The system of psychological and pedagogical support of students with disabilities can be built on the basis of «understanding relationships», suggesting barrier-free understanding, overcoming the stereotypes of disability and erroneous interpretations of the multidimensional world of persons having disabilities; the full participation and involvement in the experience of disability. The article provides data of empirical studies conducted by students with disabilities themselves in the framework of their master theses which allowed to detect the most problematic and resource zones in: 1) support groups (parents of students with disabilities); 2) readiness of students with disabilities to self-help, their self-activation and hardiness resources; 3) the role of inclusive distance educational environment to develop motivation and psychological well-being in all students: with and without disabilities.","PeriodicalId":53021,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational and Psychological Studies","volume":"11 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89281687","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The authors followed L.S. Vygotsky is considered an imaginary situation as the criterion for the game and distinguishes two-positional nature as its essential characteristic. The article proves that the game in cultural-historical psychology has characteristics similar to the zone of proximal development. Developing preschool education is considered from the point of view of creating conditions for the formation and development of bi-subjectivity. According to the authors, developing preschool education should solve three problems - the task of forming psychological readiness for playing activity, the task of learning the game, and the task of using the game as a learning tool. There are two patterns that determine the developmental nature of learning at preschool age - this is the creation of situations in which the child should realize a strong-willed effort and purposeful development of a central psychological neoplasm.","PeriodicalId":53021,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational and Psychological Studies","volume":"21 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"72402762","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

There are not enough references to the studies of the specifics and forms of civic activity in the psychological literature. The aim of this research is to study the psychological aspects of citizenship manifestation in early and late youth. The hypothesis was the assumption that the indicators of the civic activity formation increase during the transition from early adolescence to youth and decrease in the period of late adulthood. The study involved 729 subjects (217 boys and 512 girls). The research method is an ascertaining experiment using the \"Models of measurement of citizenship: diagnostics of civic activity\" questionnaire. On the basis of the obtained results, we can make the conclusion about the formation of the civil position of schoolchildren and students, their active attitude to social reality. The results of the experiment allow us to state that the highest level of development has the parameter of civic activity \"the presence of moral guidelines\", which decreases in late youth. The presented study can serve as a basis for further study of the issue of civic activity and its psychological regularity. The obtained results can be useful for further practical development, as well as used in training courses on pedagogical psychology and developmental psychology.","PeriodicalId":53021,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational and Psychological Studies","volume":"1 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"89776527","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The study sample included 89 children from 3 to 7 years old. The hypothesis that the development of cognitive activity is interconnected with the development of visual-figurative thinking and imagination is experimentally confirmed. To identify the age specificity of the relationship between the development of cognitive activity and the development of cognitive abilities, a comparison of the results of the study was carried out using factor analysis separately in each age group. On the basis of this, the psychological conditions for the development of the cognitive activity of preschoolers are defined — this is the development of sign-symbolic mediation and the formation of an inter plan of action. The identified psychological conditions make certain adjustments in the identification of priorities in the educational content for preschoolers, and open up opportunities for creating new educational strategies that will enrich and harmonize the child’s cognitive and emotional development.","PeriodicalId":53021,"journal":{"name":"Journal of Educational and Psychological Studies","volume":"2 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2019-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"79757244","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
