Partner during the time have run the effort shallot fry traditionally, yielded to be product to be sold to whole sale. Special goals to be got by partner are skilled way of making shallot fry which with quality evaluated from health side and competent sell. Owning knowledge and earn system applied of management marketing and its business activity, owning good packaging and also have permission legality of is effort. Efektivity and of optimalization of program through giving of training and adjacent in making of shallot fry, giving training of managemen of marketing, assisting to make packaging desain and manage permission legality is effort. Results of this activity indicate that partner very enthusiastic followed of training phase and is adjacent effort which is conducted. Partner feel to like because its effort permission of its fair to middling quality of goodness, its legality also have fufilled big sebagain so that partner feel balmy to run the effort. In physics learning, conceptual understanding with direct learning experience might be able to carry out through experimental or practicum activities by utilizing practicum tools in the Physics Laboratory of school and also by holding out some demonstrations during class. The development of thermophysical practicum tools and the arrangement of related student workbook (LKS) are mainly purposed to improve the pedagogical and profession competence of high school physics teachers who are members of MGMP Fisika SMA Dinas Pendidikan Kabupaten Bojonegoro, to be accustomed and skillful to make and use of high school physics learning which is simple and can support high school physics learning. The training activities by the 2017 PKM Team are carried out in three stages: designing, manufacturing of thermophysical practicum tools, and comprehensive evaluations. This activity is expected to increase the pedagogical and profession competence high school physics teachers of Kabupaten Bojonegoro, especially in the manufacture of media and practicum visual This activity is expected to increase the competence of pedagogy and profession of high school physics teachers of Bojonegoro Regency, especially in the manufacture of media and visual practicum visuals as well as a form of teaching a physics-based approach to a scientific approach. Workshop activities are planned to be followed by several high school physics teachers of Bojonegoro Regency. The time of the workshop is on Saturday 21st of October 2017. The average performance of the trainees this time has been very good. The participants' responses to this activity are also very good. This weaving industry is AJZ's weaving industry, owned by Mrs. Asih Tri Tanti, a full-time female worker. According to the results of an interview with Ms. Asih Tri Tanti on April 13, 2017, it is known that her weaving skills are currently acquired while working as a migrant worker in Brunei Darussalam. Then in 2013, this craftsman returned to Sidomulyo Village to develop the potential of weaving craft in his village. However, there were many obstacles. Finally, from 2013 to 2017, Bu Asih worked with businessmen from the Sultanate of Brunei Darussalam and had been contracted for 10 years by this country. Each sheet, this woven fabric is sold at Rp. 5,000,000. The potential of Asih bu is very likely to be developed. The development of these handicrafts can open employment opportunities from local residents and certainly improve the welfare of the community, especially vulnerable women and women with disability. This service aims to (1) increase the availability of human resources from diffable groups and vulnerable women, (2) shape the mindset of the people who have the character of independence, (3) establish coordination between the government and the community regarding the development of weaving potential, and (4) provide a place for people with disabilities who are members of PPDI to develop their skills. The method of implementation is carried out through seminars and weaving training for vulnerable women and women with disabilities. Saragih","doi":"10.26740/JA.V4N1.P12-16","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.26740/JA.V4N1.P12-16","url":null,"abstract":"PKM Activities Drug Users are conducted in two institutions in Medan City, which referred as Drug Rehabilitation Center are Narcotics Prevention Rehabilitation Agency (LRPPN) and Rumah Ummi, according to the guidance of the dedication partner of the North Sumatra Narcotics Community Information Center (PIMANSU) each involving 10 drug users from LRPPN and 5 drug users from Rumah Ummi. The problem in both centers is the high number of relapse from drug users because of the lack of attention into build stronger mind and behavior patterns to return to vulnerable communities. This relapse problem can be minimized by increasing abstinence of self efficacy (ASE) that is a belief to refuse using drugs again. Therefore, the main objective and target of PKM Drug Users activities is to enable drug users to face high risk situations through increasing ASE. Target activities include restructuring the irrational mind to be rational as well as understanding the techniques on facing high risk situations. Several methods are used in the achievement of the objectives of field surveys as well as group discussions, frequently asked questions, assignments and reviews.
