The use of additives is one of the alternatives used to get a good quality pavement layer. This study aims to obtain the value of Optimum Asphalt Content (KAO) and to obtain the performance of VIM, VMA and VFA of a mixture of AC-WC layers with the addition of High Density Polyethylene (HDPE) plastic waste. The method used in this study refers to the Technical Specifications of Bina Marga 2018 Revision 2 Division 6. the KAO value with the Marshall method is 6.45% at 0% variation of addition of plastic waste, 6.3% to variation of 1% addition of plastic waste, 6, 25% in the 1.5% variation of the addition of plastic waste and 6.2% in the 2% variation of the addition of plastic waste. The silica content of wood husk ash (ASK) is almost the same as RHA. The study seen effect of ASK on clay-cement and lime. Unconfined Compression Strength (UCS) is performed and compare unconfining strength values (qu) of clay, clay - cement, and cement and lime and/or ASK. Sampel was tested on four conditions. UCS results without watering, uniform qu value. Conditions non-curing and soaked, the qu values of all variations are relatively the same. In curing and unsoaked conditions, qu values range from 365 kPa to 485 kPa for ASK and lime with ASK. Adding 10% lime increases qu value more than 1100 kPa. Stabilized with lime is more optimal than ASK to increase qu. Air yang digunakan oleh masyarakat adalah air payau yang tidak layak dikonsumsi. Tujuan penelitian yaitu membuat model desalinator dengan tenaga surya dan mengetahui tingkat kualitas air. Maka diperlukan sistem pengolahan air payau menjadi air bersih dengan membuat model prototipe desalinator tenaga surya berukuran 100x100 cm, dengan skala 1:100 menggunakan metode desalinasi evaporasi. Dari pengujian destilasi diperoleh volume air yang kemudian dilakukan analisa debit aliran melalui lubang kecil yang menghasilkan debit nyata Q = 7,838 x 10<sup>-8</sup> m<sup>3</sup>/dtk pada hari ke-1 lebih kecil dari debit teoritis Qt = 7,4 x 10<sup>-4</sup> m<sup>3</sup>/dtk yang disebabkan adanya pelepasan uap panas. Kualitas air hasil destilasi diperoleh warnanya jernih, tidak berasa, tidak berbau, dengan hasil pengujian alat TDS diperoleh nilai 21 Mg/l dan pH meternya 7,3 Mg/l, hasil tersebut sudah sesuai standar baku mutu sehingga airnya layak dikonsumsi.</p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\"> </p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\">Kata kunci: <em>Desalinasi, evaporasi, kualitas air, debit aliran lubang kecil</em><em></em></p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\"> </p><p align=\"center\"><strong> </strong></p><p align=\"center\"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\"> </p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\">Meurandeh Village, Manyak Payed District, Aceh Tamiang Regency, which is located in a coastal area, makes it difficult to get clean water. The water used by the community is brackish water which is not suitable for consumption. The purpose of the research is to make a desalinator model with solar power and to determine the level of water quality. So we need a brackish water treatment system into clean water by making a prototype model of a solar desalinator measuring 100x100 cm, with a scale of 1:100 using the evaporation desalination method. From the distillation test, the volume of water was obtained which was then analyzed for flow through a small hole which resulted in a real discharge Q = 7,838 x 10-8 m3/s on day 1 which was smaller than the theoretical discharge Qt = 7,4 x 10-4 m3/ s due to the release of hot steam. The tests were conducted on two types of structures: original series (S 0 ) and final series (S 1 ). The United States Bureau of Reclamation (USBR) III type is used in the stilling basin S 0 . While S 1 is made by adding an adversed slope with a slope of 1:2 downstream and lowering its bottom elevation to a depth of 4 m. Observation results show that the S 1 model produces an average ratio of Lj/y1 (jump length) < 20-40% shorter than the S 0 model. In addition, the pattern of energy dissipation that occurs in S 1 tends to increase by increasing Q with the maximum energy loss (∆E/y1) obtained is 42.6 (greater than that produced by S 0 ). Hasil pengamatan secara langsung di wilayah studi pada pelayanan terdapat permasalahan yang terjadi pada pipa transmisi, yaitu pipa dari intake (sumber air baku utama) menuju ke Instalasi Pengolahan Air (IPA) yang akan di distribusikan ke masyarakat. Permasalahan yang terjadi adalah pipa induk tersebut mengalami kebocoran akibat umur teknis pipa yang sudah tua. Meningkatnya jumlah penduduk sama halnya semakin meningkatnya pemenuhan akan kebutuhan air bersih. Permasalahan tersebut harus ditanggulangi dengan pergantian pipa dengan jenis dan diameter yang tepat serta kapasitas pompa yang sesuai hasil menggunakan software Watercad V8-i. Dari hasil perhitungan analisa pertumbuhan penduduk pada tahun 2030 dengan jumlah pelanggan 96.770 jiwa kebutuhan air mencapai 102,476 liter/detik. Sistem transmisi menggunakan sistem pompa dengan kapasitas terpasang 90 liter/detik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis faktor-faktor dan faktor dominan yang menyebabkan timbulnya waste materials dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan metode kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner. Responden ditujukan pada project manager atau s ite manager dari perusahaan kontraktor bidang gedung di Provinsi Aceh mulai dari kualifikasi Menengah (M1 dan M2) dan kualifikasi Besar (B1 dan B2). Jumlah populasi kontraktor sebanyak 1.610, sedangkan jumlah sampel yang digunakan dalam analisis faktor Principle Component Analysis (PCA) adalah 5 kali dari 35 indikator yang diamati yaitu sebanyak 175 perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel dengan pertimbangan yang didasarkan pada perusahaan kontraktor yang telah melaksanakan proyek konstruksi bangunan gedung di Provinsi Aceh mulai dari tahun 2010-2019 dengan sumber dana yang berasal dari Anggaran Pendapatan Belanja Daerah (APBD). Analisis data digunakan analisis faktor PCA melalui software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) versi 26. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan timbulnya waste materials dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh terdapat 6 faktor yaitu faktor desain, pengadaan material, pelaksanaan, spesifikasi dan penanganan material, residual, dan pengontrolan material. Faktor yang dominan menyebabkan timbulnya waste materials dalam pelaksanaan proyek konstruksi gedung di Kota Banda Aceh adalah faktor desain dengan varians sebesar 36,922%. In order for MRT Jakarta operations to run optimally, it requires minimizing operational costs to support other costs such as maintenance costs. The research objective is to monitor the operational costs of MRT Jakarta Phase I, travel costs, and the number of passengers for the calculation of the operational cost matrix and to optimize the calculation of the cost matrix using POM QM software for windows so as to get minimum results. Latar Belakang Operasional Moda Raya Terpadu Jakarta pada saat pertama kali diopersikan berjalan dengan lancar dan diharapkan kondisi ini akan terus optimal sampai jangka panjang dan memiliki biaya operasional yang efisien. PT MRT Jakarta sebagai perusahaan penyedia jasa transportasi yang termasuk kedalam perusahaan distribusi penumpang dimana tingkat penghasilan dari perusahaan ditentukan oleh biaya transportasi dari setiap perjalanan penumpang dari stasiun awal menuju stasiun tujuan. Agar operasional MRT Jakarta dapat berjalan secara optimal diperlukannya minimalisasi biaya operasional untuk menunjang biaya lainnya seperti biaya pemeliharaan. Kajian terkait yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti terdahulu (Manurung, 2019) telah menganalisis rute perjalanan distribusi dengan membuat matriks transportasi terlebih dahulu, metode ini dapat digunakan dalam penelitian ini. Matriks transportasi dihitung secara manual kemudian di input kedalam program Production Operation Management Quantitatif Method (POMQM) dengan metode VAM.
