Bencana tersebut dapat dicontohkan seperti banjir, gempa bumi ada pula bencana non alam seperti kebakaran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana kondisi standar jalur evakuasi kebakaran pada kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya, mengetahui apakah jalur evakuasi kebakaran pada kantor BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya telah memenuhi standar. Data yang digunakan berupa data primer dan sekunder, yang diambil dengan cara penyebaran kuisioner, observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung. Pertanyaan melalui kuisioner diolah menggunakan software SPSS-23, sedangkan data hasil observasi dan pengamatan secara langsung, diolah melalui analisa deskripsi sesuai hasil lapangan. Hasil analisa menunjukkan bahwa semua pertanyaan valid memiliki nilai korelasi lebih besar dari nilai product moment /r tabel 0,632. Sedangkan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Hasil evaluasi standar jalur evakuasi kebakaran pada Bangunan Gedung BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya, belum sesuai standar Peraturan Menteri Pekerjaan Umum No.26/PRT/M/2008 tentang Persyaratan Teknis Sistem Proteksi Kebakaran Pada Bangunan Gedung dan Lingkungan bahwasanya penerapan peraturan sistem jalur evakuasi kebakaran masih pasif pada gedung BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya untuk fungsi bangunan publik serta Kesesuaian fasilitas jalur evakuasi kebakaran yang tersedia pada bangunan gedung BAPPEDA Kabupaten Nagan Raya sangat sulit dilakukan evakuasi jika sewaktu waktu-waktu terjadi kebakaran Kata Kunci : Jalur evakuasi, bangunan gedung, metode kuantitatif , kuisioner Abstract The negative impact can be in the form of material and life losses. Penggunaan sensor yang terlalu banyak tidaklah efisien demi mendapatkan informasi yang selengkap-lengkapnya terkait kondisi jembatan. Tujuan utama riset ini adalah untuk menganalisia tipe sensor, posisi penempatan sensor dan jumlah sensor yang akan dipasang pada SHMS jembatan Pulau Balang sesuai kebutuhan sensor yang efektif dan efisien. Pengamatan SHMS meliputi lendutan dek, pylon serta tegangan dek, pylon. Metode penelitian berupa pengamatan langsung di lapangan, analisa data dan diskusi dengan stakeholder jembatan. Dari hasil analisis terdapat 13 jenis sensor yang sebaiknya dipasang pada SHMS Jembatan Pulau Balang dengan total kebutuhan sensor berjumlah 87 buah. Posisi penempatan sensor sebagian besar ada di pylon, kabel dan dek yang disesuaikan dengan tipe jembatan yaitu cable stayed. Untuk sensor gempa disarankan perlu dipasang hal ini dikarenakan wilayah tersebut memiliki seismistis paling rendah yang didominasi oleh tiga zona sesar utama yaitu sesar mangkalihat, sesar tarakan dan sesar maratus oleh karena itu Kalimantan bukanlah daerah yang bebas gempa bumi.</p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\"> </p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\">Kata kunci: <em>structural health monitoring system</em><em> (SHMS),</em><em> sensor, p</em><em>ylon, dek, cable stayed</em></p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\"> </p><p align=\"center\"><strong> </strong></p><p align=\"center\"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\"> </p><p>One of the main issues in each application of Structure Health Monitoring System (SHMS) in long span bridge particularly Pulau Balang II Bridge is how to make the SHMS effectively dependable. The excessive use of sensors is inefficient in order to obtain complete information regarding the condition of the bridge. The main purpose of this research is to analyze the type of sensor, the position of the sensor placement and the number of sensors that will be installed on the SHMS structure of the Balang Island bridge according to the need for effective and efficient sensors. SHMS observations include deck deflection, pylon and deck stress, pylon. The research method is in the form of direct observation in the field, data analysis and discussions with bridge stakeholders. From the results of the analysis, there are 13 types of sensors that should be installed on the Balang Island Bridge SHMS with a total sensor requirement of 87 units. Pasar Tradisional Newtown Lamdom (PTNL) merupakan salah satu pasar tradisional di Kota Banda Aceh yang belum berfungsi sebagaimana mestinya, tidak ada satupun pedagang yang berjualan di sana. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor apa saja yang memiliki pengaruh terhadap tidak optimalnya fungsi PTNL dan merumuskan strategi dalam meningkatkan pengelolaan PTNL. Strategi dalam mengoptimalkan fungsi pasar tradisional sudah diidentifikasi dengan menyebarkan kuesioner melalui observasi lapangan dan melalui google form, data kuesioner diolah menggunakan metode analisis regresi ordinal, kemudian akan diperoleh hasil penyebab tidak optimalnya fungsi pasar tradisional Newtown Lamdom selanjutnya, faktor-faktor tersebut dianalisis dengan menggunakan metode <em>Focus Group Discussion (FGD).</em> hasil dari serangkaian analisis yang dilakukan menunjukkan bahwa lokasi PTNL memiliki pengaruh 82,1%, sarana PTNL memiliki pengaruh sebesar 74,7% dan prasarana PTNL memiliki pengaruh sebesar 22,7% terhadap factor yang mempengaruhi tidak optimalnya fungsi PTNL, untuk dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi PTNL perlu menyiapkan lokasi dan sarana sesuai dengan kebutuhan pasar seperti ketersedian lahan parkir, tersedianya transportasi umum menuju pasar, air bersih, listrik dan ketersediaan bahan baku, selain itu juga perlu ditinjau aspek kebijakan pemerintah seperti melakukan sosialisasi kepada pedagang dan pembeli untuk dapat mengoptimalkan fungsi PTNL.</p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\"> </p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\">Kata Kunci:<strong> </strong><em>Strategi, optimalisasi pasar, pasar tradisional, fungsi pasar</em><em></em></p><p align=\"center\"><strong> </strong></p><p align=\"center\"><strong> </strong></p><p align=\"center\"><strong>Abstract</strong></p><p> </p><p class=\"11daftarpustaka\">Traditional market is one of the supporting aspects for economic growth in Banda Aceh. Newtown Lamdom Market (PTNL) is one of traditional markets in Banda Aceh that has not been functioning properly from year to year as there is no single trader who sells there. This study aims to determine the factors causing the function of the traditional market is not optimal and to formulate the strategy in order to improve the management of Newtown Lamdom Traditional Market. The author identified the strategy in optimizing the function of traditional market by conducting field observation. Sebelumnya dikenal beberapa program bantu seperti AutoCAD, SAP, SketchUp 3D, Ms. Project dan program bantu lainnya yang penggunaannya hanya sebatas dalam satu jangkauan. Penggunaan BIM yang mengintegrasi gambar proyek, volume pekerjaan dan estimasi harga dapat mempermudah proses pengerjaan menjadi lebih singkat dan cepat. Oleh karena itu, pada penelitian ini dilakukan evaluasi antara penggunaan metode BIM dan metode konvensional pada Proyek Pembangunan Gedung Kuliah Fakultas Keperawatan Universitas Jember. Program bantu BIM yang dipakai adalah Autodesk Revit yang merupakan salah satu perangkat lunak yang membawa semua arsitektur, teknik, dan disiplin konstruksi ke dalam lingkungan pemodelan terpadu. Hasil dari Penelitian ini yaitu menghasilkan selisih biaya total untuk struktur dan arsitektur yaitu Rp242.638.340,10. Biaya yang berasal dari pemodelan Autodesk Revit lebih besar 5,33 % daripada metode konvensional proyek. Dan selisih pada penjadwalan dalam pelaksanaan pada pemodelan Autodesk Revit yaitu 15 hari lebih lama daripada metode konvensional. Kata Kunci: BIM, Autodesk Revit, Rencana Anggaran Biaya, Penjadwalan Proyek Abstract Universitas Jember, during this construction period, requires supporting technology for the process to obtain efficient results so it takes a project management performance that facilitates a more integrated design and construction process, namely Building Information Modeling (BIM). Previously known several auxiliary programs such as AutoCAD, SAP, SketchUp 3D, Ms. Projects and other assistance programs restricted to a single scope. The use of BIM that integrates project designs, workload and price estimates can make the process shorter and faster. Therefore, in this study a comparison was made between the use of the BIM method and the conventional method in the Lecture Building Project for the Faculty of Nursing, Universitas Jember. The BIM assistant program used is Autodesk Revit which is a software that brings all architecture, engineering, and construction disciplines into a unified modeling environment. The results of this study showed a total cost difference in structure and architecture of IDR 242,638,340.10. On the other hand, the Autodesk Revit modeling cost was greater than the conventional method with a percentage of 5.33%. Furthermore, the difference in the Autodesk Revit modeling implementation schedule is 15 days longer than the conventional method. Besarnya jumlah korosi yang dipengaruhi oleh laju korosi dapat digambarkan melalui besarnya densitas arus yang terjadi. Jumlah korosi yang terjadi mempengaruhi perilaku retak pada beton bertulang, oleh karen itu, pada studi ini dilakukan uji eksperimental untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh densitas arus terhadap perilaku retak permukaan beton dari struktur beton bertulang yang mengalami korosi tulangan. Pengujian dilakukan dengan mengaplikasikan variasi densitas arus yaitu 900 µA/cm<sup>2</sup>, 500 µA/cm<sup>2</sup>, 200 µA/cm<sup>2</sup> and 100 µA/cm<sup>2</sup> pada pengujian korosi secara elektrik menggunakan larutan NaCl sebagai elektrolit untuk menghasilkan ion Cl<sup>-</sup>. Benda uji yang digunakan adalah balok dengan luas penampang 150x150 mm<sup>2</sup> dan panjang benda uji 300 mm. Tulangan baja diameter 19 mm digunakan pada tengah penampang. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa perilaku retak dari beton bertulang yang mengalami korosi pada tulangannya memiliki kurva yang bilinear. Corrosion amount influenced by corrosion rate can be figured out by using current density. Corrosion amount influences the crack behavior of reinforced concrete, therefore, in this study, experimental study was performed to evaluate the effect of current density to surface concrete cracking behavior of corroded reinforced concrete structure. Accelerated corrosion test tests were conducted with various current density. It was 900 µA/cm2, 500 µA/cm2, 200 µA/cm2 and 100 µA/cm2. NaCl solution was used as electrolyte to produce ion Cl<sup>-</sup>. The specimens were beam with cross section area 150x150 mm<sup>2</sup> and 300 mm in length. Rebar with diameter 19 mm was applied in the center of specimen. The results showed that cracking behavior of corroded rebar has bilinear curve that shows the effect of corrosion products movement through cracks.
