Sinarmas Land sebagai developer kawasan BSD telah memulai untuk membangun Angkutan Massal Cepat yang dioperasikan khusus di kawasan tersebut. Konsep Angkutan Massal yang dipilih berupa Bus Rapid Transit (BRT). Jumlah halte bus BSD Link untuk satu koridor dengan dua arah tidak persis sama, karena rute untuk keberangkatan dan kembalinya berbeda. Hal itu disebabkan karena perbedaan karakteristik dari pola tata guna lahan dari rute BSD Link tersebut. Oleh sebab itu, interaksi antara pola tata guna lahan dengan fluktuasi volume penumpang BSD Link setiap halte perlu diketahui. Upaya ini membutuhkan pengetahuan terkait tata guna lahan sepanjang rute BSD Link dan fluktuasi volume penumpang BSD Link di setiap halte. Survei terkait hal tersebut telah dilakukan pada Koridor Sektor 1.3-Greenwich Park pada jam puncak pagi. Hasil survei menunjukkan bahwa bangkitan perjalanan terbesar berasal dari halte East Bussiness District (50%), tarikan perjalanan terbesar berasal dari halte The Breeze (45%) untuk arah Sektor 1.3 – Greenwich Park. Bangkitan perjalanan terbesar berasal dari halte Naava Park (55%) dan tarikan perjalanan terbesar berasal dari halte Sektor 1.3 (35%) untuk arah Greenwich Park – Sektor 1.3. Sinarmas as developer of BSD started to develop Mass Rapid Transit which special operated on that. Concept of MRT has been operated in the form of Bus Rapid Transit. Amount of bus shelter for one corridor with two lines not exactly equal, because route for departure and return are different. That was caused by differences characteristic of land use. Thus, interaction between land use with fluctuation of passengers volume need to known. This attempt needs knowledge on land use along the route and fluctuation of passengers volume in each bus shelter. Survey on that knowledge were executed on Corridor Sector 1.3 - Greenwich Park during morning peak hour. The result indicates that peak of trip production generated by East Bussines Distcrict (50%) shelter, peak of trip attraction generated by The Breeze (45%) shelter for Sector 1.3 - Greenwich Park line. Peak of trip production generated by Naava Park (55%) shelter and peak of trip attraction generated by Sektor 1.3 (35%) shelter for Greenwich Park - Sector 1.3 line. Penggunaan berbagai teknologi dan aplikasi Building Information Modeling (BIM) pada sektor konstruksi semakin meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kesiapan pelaku AEC khususnya konsultan perencana dalam proses adopsi BIM. Penelitian ini menggunakan survei kuesioner dengan mengumpulkan data dari 96 responden pada perusahaan konsultan di Palembang. Dari hasil analisa didapat bahwa hampir semua responden telah mengetahui istilah BIM dan tingkat kesiapan dalam mengadopsi BIM dengan nilai rata-rata sebesar 3,187 yang berarti bahwa kesiapan konsultan perencana di Kota Palembang dinyatakan cukup siap dalam mengadopsi BIM. Adapun 3 hambatan utama dalam mengadopsi BIM menurut penelitian ini yaitu tingginya biaya investasi awal; terlalu nyaman dengan budaya kerja lama; dan kurangnya pengetahuan mendalam terkait BIM, oleh karena itu penggunaan BIM pada industri konstruksi harus ditingkatkan dengan penguatan regulasi oleh pemerintah. Peranan kesadaran perusahaan dan individu di dalamnya serta ketegasan pemerintah akan menentukan tingkat perkembangan BIM. Kata kunci: Adopsi, digitalisasi, Building Information Modeling, AEC Abstract One of the industries focusing on infrastructure development is Architecture Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry. The use of technology and Building Information Modeling (BIM) in construction sector has been widely increased. This research aimed to identify the readiness level of design consultants on BIM adoption. This research used a questionnaire survey to collect data from 96 respondents of consultant firms in Palembang. Based on the analysis, it was found that almost all respondents were already familiar with BIM term and the level of readiness in adopting BIM had a mean average value of 3.187, indicating that the respondents were quite ready in adopting BIM. The three main barriers in adopting werethe high investment cost; being too comfortable with the conventional work culture; and lack of knowledge about BIM. Therefore, the use of BIM in the construction industry must be increased by strengthening regulations conducted by the government. The role of corporate, individual awareness and government involvement will determine the level of BIM development. Banyak rumah atau gedung di Indonesia dibangun dengan menggunakan material beton bertulang. Kerusakan geser pada elemen beton bertulang tersebut sangat berbahaya, hal ini dikarenakan kerusakan ini terjadi secara tiba-tiba dan biasanya terjadi secara eksplosif. Analisis nonlinier elemen hingga tiga dimensi balok beton memadat mandiri dan beton mutu tinggi dengan pemadatan mekanis dilakukan dengan software MSC Marc/Mentat. Baja dimodelkan dengan tertanam di beton. Kriteria kegagalan Linier Mohr-Coulomb digunakan untuk beton dan Von Mises untuk baja tulangan. Hasil kurva hubungan beban-lendutan untuk kedua balok beton memadat mandiri dan beton mutu tinggi pemadatan mekanis hampir sama dengan hasil kurva eksperimen di daerah elastic, namun setelah melewati fase elastik, kurva analisis berbeda sedikit dengan kurva eksperimen. Hasil analisis teoritis kekuatan beton hampir sama dengan hasil analisis elemen hingga balok beton tanpa tulangan. Many houses or buildings in Indonesia are built using reinforced concrete material. Shear damage to reinforced concrete elements is very dangerous, because this damage occurs suddenly and usually occurs explosively. The nonlinear three-dimensional finite element analysis of self-compacting concrete beam and high strength concrete beam by mechanical compaction were carried out using the MSC Marc/Mentat software. Steel is modeled by being embedded in concrete. The Mohr-Coulomb Linear failure criterion is used for concrete and Von Mises for reinforcing steel. The results of the load- deflection curves for both self-compacting and mechanical compaction high-strength concrete beams are almost the same as those of the experimental curves in the elastic area, after elasticity, the analysis curve differs slightly from the experimental curve. The results of the theoretical analysis of the strength of the concrete are almost the same as the results of the analysis of the finite element concrete beams without reinforcement. Kekurangan air akibat defisit curah hujan menjadi indikator kekeringan meteorologi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan nilai indeks kekeringan di DAS Bedadung kabupaten Jember. Metode Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) digunakan untuk mendapatkan tingkat kekeringan. Tingkat kekeringan meteorologi yang dihitung tergantung jumlah curah hujan yang terukur pada alat penakar di stasiun. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa indeks kekeringan ekstrim terjadi pada tahun 2018 dan 2019. Nilai indeks kekeringan (SPI-6) memiliki nilai tertinggi sebesar -2,69 di stasiun Ajung dan nilai -1,13 di stasiun Kottok. Hasil pemetaan sebaran indeks kekeringan memiliki kesesuaian dengan kondisi kekeringan observasi. Hal ini ditunjukkan dari nilai validasi sebaran kekeringan antara SPI-6 dan data kekeringan observasi dengan tingkat keandalan sebesar 82%. Kata kunci: DAS Bedadung, bencana kekeringan, indeks kekeringan meteorologi, SPI Abstract Drought disaster in the Bedadung watershed is indicated by the unfulfilled sociaty needs for water supply. Lack of water due to deficit in rainfall is an indicator of meteorological drought. This study aims to obtain the drought index value in the Bedadung watershed, Jember district. The Standardized Precipitation Index (SPI) method is used to obtain the drought saverity index. The meteorological drought index depends on the amount of rainfall observed on the rainfall gauge stations. The results of this study indicated that extreme drought index occurred in 2019. The drought index value (SPI-6) had the highest value of -2.69 at the Ajung station and a value of -1.13 at the Kottok station. The results of the mapping of the distribution of the drought index are suitable with drought existing conditions. This is indicated by the validation value of the drought distribution between SPI-6 and the observed drought data with a reliability level of 82%. Strategi manajemen pengendalian banjir dapat berupa upaya mitigasi struktural dan non-struktural. Adanya perkembangan penelitian menyebutkan bahwa mitigasi non-struktural memiliki dampak yang baik dalam mereduksi banjir. Penelitian ini mengambil studi kasus di daerah studi yaitu Wilayah Sungai Toba-Asahan, tepatnya di Sungai Silau. Apakah mitigasi struktural dalam pengendalian banjir signifikan? Analisis kapasitas hidrolika menggunakan software HEC-RAS adanya penurunan limpasan banjir dari kondisi eksisting ke kondisi skenario normalisasi sungai. Begitu pula nilai safety factor lereng sungai pada lokasi tinjauan menggunakan software Geo-Studio yang naik sebesar 139%. Opsi usulan desain bendungan urugan juga dapat mereduksi banjir sebesar 24,83%. Sehingga, dapat disimpulkan bahwa mitigasi struktural signifikan dalam pengendalian banjir. Namun, mitigasi struktural tidak bersifat sustainable bagi pemangku kepentingan, sehingga perlu ada skenario simulasi menggunakan mitigasi non-struktural. Flood control management strategies can take the form of structural and non-structural mitigation measures. The development of research states that non-structural mitigation has a good impact in reducing flooding. This research took a case study in the study area, namely the Toba-Asahan River Basin, to be precise in the Silau River. Is structural mitigation in flood control significant? Analysis of hydraulic capacity using HEC-RAS software shows a decrease in flood runoff from existing conditions to river normalization scenario conditions. Likewise, the river slope safety factor value at the review location using Geo-Studio software increased by 139%. The proposed option for embankment dam design can also reduce flooding by 24.83%. Thus, it can be concluded that structural mitigation is significant in flood control. However, structural mitigation is not sustainable for stakeholders, so there needs to be a simulation scenario using non-structural mitigation. Salah satu hal yang penting dalam penanggulangan kebakaran adalah Emergency Response . Emergency Response dapat diartikan sebagai kecepatan penanganan kebakarannya, sebagai upaya pencegahan dan penanggulangannya agar manusia, bangunan gedung dan lingkungannya terhindar dari bahaya kebakaran yang lebih luas. Metode yang digunakan mix method menggabungkan antara kualitatif dan kuantitatif dengan pengumpulan data yaitu menggunakan data sekunder berupa peta kota Banda Aceh, Layout Gedung Kantor BPBA, Literatur-literatur, Permen PU, Jurnal yang berkaitan dengan penelitian ini dan data primer yang terdiri dari pengamatan terhadap kondisi Kantor BPBA, wawancara, kuesioner. Responden yang digunakan adalah semua pegawai yang bekerja di Kantor BPBA berjumlah 115 orang dikurangi pilot study 30 orang. Dari analisis data penelitian terhadap 26 (dua puluh enam) variable dapat dijelaskan bahwa ada 7 (tujuh) variable yang mendapat skor kecil atau kurang baik dan dapat diartikan bahwa pada bagian variabel tersebut butuh perhatian untuk dilakukan perubahan. Strategi yang dapat dilakukan berdasarkan analisi SWOT adalah membentuk tim siaga tanggap darurat kebakaran yang dibekali dengan pendidikan dan pelatihan secara terencana terpadu dan menyeluruh; menyusun Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP) penanggulangan bencana kebakaran berdasarkan peraturan perundang-undangan; melakukan simulasi kebakaran gedung secara rutin dan kontinyu; serta memperkuat sistem proteksi aktif lainnya diantaranya adalah membuat hidran air, alarm kebakaran dan smoke detector. Kata Kunci: Bencana, Emergency Response , Sistem Proteksi , Penanggulangan Kebakaran Abstract The Aceh Disaster Management Agency office is a government office that provides services to the community in implementing disaster management activities in a planned, integrated and comprehensive manner in the pre-disaster, emergency response and post-disaster stages. One of the important things in fire prevention is \"Emergency Response\". Emergency Response can be interpreted as the speed of handling a fire, as an effort to prevent and overcome it so that people, buildings and their environment are protected from a wider fire hazard. The methodology used is the mix method combining qualitative and quantitative data with data collection, namely using secondary data in the form of a Banda Aceh City Map, BPBA Office Building Layout, literature, Permen PU, journals related to this research and primary data consisting of observations of conditions BPBA office, interview, questionnaire. The respondents used are all employees who work in the BPBA office, amounting to 115 people minus the pilot study of 30 people.
