Almost all components of this clove plant can be used, including the clove leaf itself. This study aims to determine the role of the village government and the factors that influence the increase in the agricultural product (Midaceng). The method of this research was descriptive with a qualitative approach. Research data was collected through structured interview techniques. The data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study indicate that the Mattiro Wallie Village Government plays an active role in supporting the condition of natural resources, establishing a clove leaf distillation factory, establishing cooperation between the government and the community, and improving the welfare of the community. The factors that support the increase in clove leaf oil production are internal factors like Human Resources (HR), the lack of infrastructure such as clove leaf storage warehouses, and Marketing Techniques for Production Results (Clove Leaf Oil). Education units are a strategic tool for building national character because they have systems, infrastructure, and educational ecosystem support spread throughout Indonesia, from urban to rural areas. This study aims to describe the character of students based on Pancasila Student Profiles at Public Middle Schools in East Tarakan District, Tarakan City. The research method used was a survey of the research population, namely all-state junior high schools in East Tarakan District with a total sample of 180 students. The distribution of questionnaires is a data collection technique, while the data analysis technique used is descriptive statistics. The results of the research on the description of student character based on the profile of Pancasila students as a whole are in the very good category. The type of qualitative research through a phenomenological approach, while the results showed that the low use of health facilities was often due to the distance between hospitals and communities too far, high tariffs, unsatisfactory services, and that influenced the level of service utilisation, namely from health service providers, namely available facilities, service costs and distance, while the community itself as a user of health services, namely the social and socio-economic status of the community. This study aims to determine the tendency of the community in making decisions on the selection of health services in Makassar city. The purpose of this study is to find out Community Participation of Development in Gareccing Village, Sinjai Selatan District, Sinjai Regency. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. The data sources of this study are the Village Chief, Chair and Members of the Village Consultative Body (BPD), Farmers Group, Chair of the Village Community Empowerment Institution (LPMD) and Community Leaders with a total of 8 people. Data collection techniques use interviews and document review. Research results of Community Participation of Development in Gareccing Village, Sinjai Selatan District, Sinjai Regency show that in terms of community participation in village development it can work well with Participation in Decision Making, Participation in Implementation, Participation in Taking Benefits and Participation in Evaluation. Community participation in infrastructure development in Gareccing Village is quite good, because the community provides assistance in the form of energy and thought. This shows that almost all community members know and are active in a series of infrastructure development activities starting from decision making, implementation, utilization, and evaluation of each stage of development undertaken. Participation or participation is basically a form of involvement and active and voluntary participation, the growth of participation in the development process requires trust and opportunities provided by the government to the community to be actively involved in the development process. Through participation, it means truly realizing that development activities are not only obligations that must be carried out by government officials themselves, but also require community involvement. The purpose of this study is to develop knowledge in the field of public administration, especially regarding the effectiveness of the implementation of the SKM in Cangkuang District, Bandung Regency. The writer chose the descriptive qualitative research method because the author wanted to describe in detail and interpret the data or symptoms obtained during the research. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, literature studies and other data sources that support the research. One of the services provided is the provision of health, where patients should receive drugs according to their needs. This is where the crime of gratification occurs. Komunitas Sarana Olah Sampah adalah komunitas lokal yang berperan dalam mengelola sampah popok bayi sekali pakai sehingga komunitas ini merupakan penggerak dalam pelaksanaan kolaborasi berbasis masyarakat. Adapun penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya agenda dan visi bersama, kehadiran dan peran dari kelanjutan atau tulang punggung organisasi, strategi koordinasi untuk memperkuat aktivitas satu sama lain dan integrasi struktur pemerintahan multilevel. Penelitian ini menggunakan fenomenologis dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan ialah observasi, wawancara mendalam dan dokumentasi. Adapun aktor yang terlibat adalah komunitas Sarana Olah Sampah, Kimberly-Clark Softex, TPST Benua Hijau, Kelurahan Pabuaran Tumpeng, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup dan masyarakat. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pemahaman bersama dan stakeholder telah berperan aktif dalam kolaborasi. Stakeholder mempunyai tujuan yang sama dalam kolaborasi, pertemuan dengan para stakeholder hanya dengan pihak swasta dan semua stakeholder tidak ada pertemuan yang sifatnya formal. Kepercayaan sudah baik antara pihak swasta dan pemerintah, namun kepercayaan antara TPST dan masyarakat setempat belum sepenuhnya. Pihak swasta sebagai leader dalam mendukung kolaborasi dan mempercayakan semua kegiatan kepada Sarana Olah Sampah sehingga kedua belah pihak dilibatkan dalam setiap keputusan. Pihak swasta memberikan dukungan finansial dan non-finansial dan kedua belah pihak telah berkomitmen. Mobilisasi pendanaan berjalan dengan baik dan telah dilembagakan dalam bentuk MoU. Koordinasi, berbagi informasi, dan komunikasi sudah berjalan dengan baik walaupun belum sepenuhnya.
