However, community participation in the public sector is often limited due to various factors, such as lack of access to information, limited resources, and low levels of trust in government institutions. To address these challenges, participatory innovation has been identified as a potential solution to enhance community participation in public services. This study aims to explore the role of participatory innovation in enhancing community participation in public services in Indonesia. Specifically, this study seeks to identify the factors that facilitate or hinder the implementation of participatory innovation and to provide insights for public sector organizations to implement participatory innovation effectively. This study adopts a qualitative research approach. Semi-structured interviews were conducted with public sector officials and members of the community who have experience with participatory innovation in the public sector. The data collected from the interviews were analyzed using thematic analysis. Results: The findings of this study suggest that participatory innovation can enhance community participation in public services in Indonesia. The implementation of participatory innovation has resulted in several positive outcomes, such as increased trust in government institutions, improved access to information, and increased community involvement in decision-making processes. A cultural and historical tourist area that is now in the spotlight of the world community. The Siak Sri Indrapura Palace has a lot of cultural and historical heritage from Malay kingdoms in Riau and Sumatra. The heritage site of the Siak Sultanate, the largest kingdom in Riau, is also one of the other Pekanbaru historical tours most frequently visited by tourists. Historical heritage that educates people to know and introduce throughout Indonesia. Tourists visiting the Siak Sri Indrapura Palace became popular and became educational for young people and youth to remember cultural tourism, cultural heritage and motivate young people to get to know the culture of their ancestors at the Siak Sri Indrapura Palace, Riau. Culture has concrete forms (tools, architecture, clothing, crafts and others), and abstract forms (belief systems, knowledge, values and norms). If culture is associated with tourism, which in popular terms is called cultural tourism, it can be explained that cultural tourism is a type of tourism inherited from our ancestors based on traditions, arts, ceremonies and the experience of photographing a nation/tribe and its people, which reflects the diversity and identity of a society. The purpose of this research was to find out how much influence cultural tourism has on cultural motivation, cultural heritage, and intention to return to the Siak Sri Indrapura Palace, Riau. This research uses explanatory research with a quantitative approach. Questionnaires were given to tourists who visited the Siak Sri Indrapura Palace as many as 200 people with the convienance sampling technique and data analysis using path analysis. The indicators in this study are a combination of several theories, that is theory of democracy, good governance, and information disclosure, which finally obtained research indicators, that is accountability, transparency, communication, resources, leadership, and accessibility. The results of this study, that the disclosure of public financial information conducted by the BPKAD of Pekanbaru City still not implemented properly and also still not informative, presentation of financial data with online media is still used as a side job by employees, which eventually upload documents to be late or past the fiscal year. This study aims to explore the role of public servants in alleviating poverty in Indonesia. To achieve this goal, a qualitative research method was employed, and data was collected through semi-structured interviews with public servants who work in poverty-alleviation programs. The study found that public servants play a crucial role in poverty reduction efforts by providing access to basic services, including health care and education, and implementing poverty-alleviation programs. However, there are several challenges that public servants face, such as limited resources and bureaucratic obstacles, which hinder their ability to deliver effective services. Whereas in the Panglayungan Health Center as a comparison Health Center, there are only two work cultures that need to be strengthened, namely professionalism and cooperation. In terms of service quality that has not been achieved, both Puskesmas do not have a Puskesmas quality policy. This study aims to analyze the implementation of teacher certification allowance policies in Nunukan Regency; including knowing the inhibiting factors and strategies to overcome these obstacles. The theory of policy implementation used is from Van Meter van Horn (1975), which consists of Policy standards and targets; Resources Communication between organizations, Characteristics of implementing agencies; Social, economic and political conditions. The research approach is qualitative using case studies. Data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and documentation. Informants in this study were the Head of the Education Office, the Head of the GTK Department of Education, the Principal, and each school operator. The results showed that the implementation of the teacher certification allowance policy in Nunukan Regency was carried out well, this can be seen from the policy standards and targets that are used as a reference in its implementation, the adequacy of adequate human resources, facilities, and finances. Communication is also carried out well between the education office and the school. The characteristics of implementing agents, social, economic, and political conditions, and dispositions are also going well. This study uses a descriptive method using qualitative data types, data collection is carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation, data analysis is carried out by collecting all information, reducing data, data validity and drawing conclusions. The results of the research analysis show that the use of Village Funds for community empowerment is in accordance with its designation but is not yet maximized. It can be seen from the indicators in measuring effectiveness, namely the understanding of the program where the community's understanding is still minimal about village funds. The target of village funds is in accordance with the RKPDes which has been prepared by the village government and village communities, the timeliness is still not optimal because the implementation of village funds is adjusted to the disbursement of village funds. The achievement of the goals has not been fully achieved because the empowerment program is still limited to meeting needs and providing convenience for the community but there is no new economy created that provides a source of income for rural communities. This study uses a questionnaire as a primary data collection tool and data analysis techniques in quantitative research using statistics. The statistical test used in this study is descriptive statistics which is carried out to find the effect between the two variables through analysis of the regression test. The variables used in this study are Organizational Climate as the independent variable and public service as the dependent variable. This study found that the simple linear regression coefficients from organizational climate data and the effectiveness of simultaneous general election public services during the Covid-19 Pandemic were obtained at a = 19.38 and b = 0.30. Thus, the form of the simple linear regression equation obtained is Y = 19.38 + 0.30x. The results of the analysis of variance show that this equation is linear. Wild waste is a problem that is closely related to households, where the city of Surabaya is free from the problem of illegal waste. Therefore, the participation of Surabaya City households in managing waste is the object of research. What drives households to participate in waste management activities, especially in BSIS, is discussed in this study. This research is a qualitative research with an interpretive social science approach. The research location was at BSIS where the data collection was obtained through literature, observation, documentation, and in-depth interviews with selected informants using a purposive technique. Checking the validity of the data used source triangulation and data analysis using qualitative data analysis techniques.
