Communicating well will help achieve goals. The communication that will be discussed here is the importance of good communication in the office environment, as well as how it affects employees. Sometimes people don't pay much attention to communication, but actually without good communication, work in the office will be hampered. The flow of communication in the office has vertical and horizontal flows. Vertical flow is the flow of communication carried out from superiors to subordinates or vice versa, while horizontal flow is the flow of communication carried out with colleagues or equivalent. What includes communication in the vertical flow is orders, tasks, suggestions, opinions, and complaints, while what includes horizontal communication is sharing feelings, and solidarity of cooperation.This study aims to determine and see the effect of good communication on improving employee performance, especially in the office. This research uses library research method. The office is a place for data processing activities so that it becomes more useful information, while performance is the result of work or how the work process takes place. From the data that has been collected, it explains that communication has a very meaningful relationship for employees. IA-CEPA, which takes effect from 5 July 2020, is a comprehensive partnership between Indonesia - Australia in the fields of trade in goods, investment, services, and also economic cooperation. This research is qualitative in nature by collecting data through literature study. The analysis knife in this research is international cooperation and bilateral relations. Apart from discussing trade in goods, the IA-CEPA agreement also encourages strategic partnerships in the fields of investment, economy, health, increasing labor capacity, trade in services, transportation, tourism and so on. The results of this study conclude that the IA-CEPA made a real contribution to economic recovery during the Covid-19 period. In the investment and trade sector, Australia provides loans to Indonesia to help the business world. In the health sector, cooperation is focused on the production of masks, medical devices and medical personnel. Meanwhile, in the field of tourism, the two countries are trying to increase the return of tourist visits by still paying attention to health, safety and tourism needs. Thus, the signing of the IA-CEPA illustrates the realization of good bilateral relations in which the two countries contribute to economic recovery during the Covid-19 period. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. Spread of COVID-19 has brought a paradigm shift in a similar manner to the way we learn things and has dramatically altered the teaching learning process. Like any other tool, online learning was considered to be a supporting hand for augmenting the teaching learning experience by making the learning process more interactive and participative. COVID-19 has made online teaching as the sole mode for teaching learning for students and teachers. Without any doubt, when we run out of options only then we can ascertain the true facets of something. It can also be applied to evaluate the effectiveness of online teaching over traditional teaching. The present study is an endeavor to assess the stakeholder's perception for this new teaching learning environment which has emerged during this unprecedented situation. Respondents were selected using stratified judgment sampling method. 120 respondents from Delhi NCR were interviewed using structured questionnaire. Statistical tools like factor analysis, cross tabulation, t-test and discriminant analysis were used for data analysis. Factor analysis led to formation of dimensions namely awareness related to online teaching learning process, perception for decisions taken by higher education bodies, impact of pandemic on economic conditions and subsequent attendance and effectiveness of online classes. Further two-group discriminant analysis was applied to find out association among predictors and effectiveness of online learning. It was observed that awareness related to online teaching learning process, perception for decisions taken by administration, impact of pandemic on economic conditions, attendance, socio-economic background were prominent factors which significantly affect the respondent's perception for effectiveness of online classes. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. In a very short period of time, this pandemic virus has become drastic across the country. A fast detection of corona spread is necessary for both the infected and uninfected person for the further spreading. The preexisting techniques used methods like Linear Regression, Support Vector Machine (SVM) and Naive Bayes are not producing better results. Our aim is to bring out better outcomes and to produce good accuracy. Instead of machine learning we opt for deep learning approaches in our work. Image preprocessing will be done by Histogram Equalization algorithm and further the image classification is done by Convolution Neural Network (CNN) architectures such as VGG-16 and ResNet-50 by using 350 images of X-ray datasets. From the comparison, VGG-16 produce better train and test accuracy of 92% and 98.4% .Hence the accuracy of VGG-16 was further tuned using Hyper Parameter Optimization using Tensor Board which produces better outcomes. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. Mixed methods research was used for research design. Quantitative research by handing out questionnaires from a sample of 375 persons. Qualitative research was used in-depth interviews with 10 key informants and the group discussion with 8 samples. The statistics used include frequency, percentage, average, and standard deviation. Results indicated that 1) the adaptation in COVID-19 pandemic crisis in Khwao Sinrin district municipality, Surin province found that people pay attention to maintaining cleanliness, refraining from unnecessary activities, and be cautious to live in carelessness. Recognizing public policy on prevention treatment and awareness of the seriousness of COVID-19, and being vigilant in social coincide and being able to advantage communication technology innovations, 2) the problems and obstacles the adaptation in this crisis found that people were concerned with the dangers and severity of pathogens, stress. People confused with many information, and 3) the ways to improve life’s qualities in new normal according to Buddhist principles in this crisis found that the self-development by having a good relationship with the environment and with others as well as to adaptation of working life with honesty and aptitude for living in a society with peacefully.. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University.
