The method used in this study is a quantitative method with 100 respondents of Halodoc application users in Bandung with multiple regression analysis calculations processed in SPSS25 Windows software. The main data from the study used questionnaire surveys, and secondary data was obtained through journal publications, articles, and theory books. According to the results of this study shows that the variable Product Innovation (X1) and Price (X2) has a significant influence together on the variable Customer Satisfaction (Y). These results showed the researchers that halodoc application users in Bandung considered the perspective when assessing satisfaction in using a product such as Product Innovation and Price offered. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. IT is quantitative research-based the Unified Theory of Acceptance and the Use of Technology that is also known as UTAUT model. With the help of Partial Least-Squares Structure Equation Modeling, the conceptual framework has been tested and designed. The correlation and multiple linear regression analysis have been functioned to obtained results. In gulf region, the adoption of the customers has decreased because of some factors that have been identified in this paper. These factors also decrease the social influence, financial growth and facilitating conditions. It impacts severely on the health and life of many people all around the world. Medical imaging is a widely accepted technique for the early detection and diagnosis of disease that includes different techniques such as X-ray, computed tomography (CT) scan etc. For diagnosis COVID-19, chest X-ray is the imaging technique that plays an important role. In the recent years, deep neural networks have been successfully applied in many computer vision tasks including medical imaging. In this paper, we have experimented and evaluated DenseNet model for the classification of COVID-19 chest X-ray images. For that, a publicly available dataset contains 6432 chest X-ray images categorizes into 3 classes were used. Transfer learning and fine-tuning is applied for training the three variant of DenseNet model namely DenseNet121, DenseNet169 and DenseNet201. After evaluating the performance, it has been found that DenseNet201 achieved highest validation accuracy i.e. 0.9367 and lowest validation loss i.e. 0.1653 for classification of COVID-19 in chest X-ray images. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. This condition also resulted in a decrease in the productivity of the knitting centers of SMEs, including the Binong Jati knitting center in Bandung City, as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The purpose of this study is to analyze differences in productivity before the pandemic and after the pandemic has hit the world. The method used is to use a different test between two interconnected samples. The population in this study were MSMEs which are members of the Binong Jati Rajut Center with a sample of 9 MSMEs. Result From this study, from 9 MSMEs, only 3 MSMEs experienced an increase in productivity even though the pandemic took place. From the different tests carried out, it was found that there was no change in productivity between before and after the pandemic. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. The COVID-19 disease originated from People's Republic of China has affected 215 nations and has put the life and economy to a standstill. In this scenario, it is very important to predict the patients affected by COVID, so that the administration and the health professionals can take suitable decisions regarding enforcing lockdown, creating isolation and medical facilities and other tasks. In this paper deep learning is utilized as a method of prediction of patients in five countries. Day wise prediction is performed for a week for evaluation that can be extended for more time. It is a type of time series prediction method using deep learning approach. Three different methods are used for prediction and have been found excellent result using the Gated Recurrent Units (GRUs). The results obtained by GRUs are very accurate and establish its supremacy over other networks. Thus, it can be used as a tool for prediction of number of COVID-19 patients by the administrators and health officials. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. Many MSME Actors can not survive or in other words roll out. Various ways are done by MSMEs to stay afloat. One of them is by reducing the workforce and innovating and creativity following the developing conditions. However, there are many obstacles faced by MSMEs in the post-Covid 19 pandemic or the new normal. This is due to significant changes in government regulations and consumer behavior. So that it has an impact on the business run by MSMEs. The government that establishes health protocols to prevent the spread of Covid in every aspect of community activities and the spread of the Covid 19 Virus that still can not be handled makes consumer behavior more selective in choosing and using products. So that consumers only buy products that they need and guaranteed health at affordable prices and more are done online. This is the problem faced by MSMEs where the marketing of their products that have been marketed offline inevitably has to be done online. In addition, the required product quality standards must be guaranteed and safe Covid 19 Virus is a challenge for MSMEs to be strict in the production process activities to reach consumers. Another major problem is the business capital that is needed by MSMEs in running their businesses. The solution of these constraints provides directions and explanations related to the use of Digitalisasi Marketing for the onlinesales process. Control the quality of production and explain how to get Business Capital. The plan of such activities include preparing and implementing briefings and explanations of activities using Digital Marketing, Production Quality Control, and how to obtain Business Capital. Health protocols according to WHO recommendations by using masks, washing hands with soap in water flow and social distancing are still implemented even though some people have given vaccine injections. Making masks made by 3 D printers in the Production Systems laboratory at Widyatama University to be distributed to the public still has defects in making these masks. FMEA can be used as a way to reduce product defects in mask production to prevent the Covid-19 virus by using a 3D printer. Each stage of the process must be evaluated and brainstormed to calculate the RPN value of each failure that will result in a defective product. The highest failures were printing stopping in the middle and reducing layer shift and developing a set of work procedures for printing personnel. After applying from FMEA, the number of defective products has decreased since the 8th day of production of Covid-19 masks with this 3D printer. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University.
