It is an essential key part of any organization. There is a need to understand the job satisfaction and need of employees for better output. It will help in increasing business activities. Nowadays most of the employees work from a virtual space which indented the researcher to take up this study on “Employees perception and satisfaction towards traditional (office) culture and work from home culture”, concentrating on the Pandemic situation COVID19. This study was conducted using a primary data collected from the employees of various sectors. This shows that majority of respondents are satisfied with their work from home culture than their traditional office culture and even though they are interested in doing routines only at the office culture, this is due to psychological behaviour of humans. This study focused on the current pandemic and the level of employee satisfaction towards their job and technological arrangements like communication and connectivity. The researcher used SPSS statistical software to analyse and interpret the data thereof. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. The Indonesian government states that the Covid-19 pandemic is an unnatural disaster that affects economic stability as well as state revenue, which is exacerbated by the existence of an incentive scheme.This study aims to analyze the provision of tax incentives by the government to respond to the economic impact caused by the Covid-19 pandemic, as well as the impact on tax revenue on the tax incentive scheme or policy undertaken. This research is a descriptive study with a qualitative approach, which describes an event that becomes a phenomenon, then explains the situation based on the data obtained and analyzed.From several of the incentives and tax policies undertaken, more emphasis is placed on the regulatory function than on the budgetary. This step was taken to face the difficult economic conditions due to Covid-19. Losses in the form of loss of tax revenue due to the consequences of tax incentives can be calculated through the Tax Expenditure analysis, to measure the effectiveness of the tax incentives provided. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. MSMEs have an important role in national economic development. Apart from playing a role in economic growth and employment, it also provides income to the state through paid income taxes. The government is trying to combat this. So that the government issued a final PPh change policy for MSMEs so that this study aims to find out how the legal aspects of Final Income Tax changes as tax incentives for MSMEs. This research uses normative juridical research with a one-stop approach. The results of the study provide an illustration that changes in Final Income Tax are based on Article 6 Number (1) letter (i) of the Income Tax Law, which is the basis for implementing the Article is PP. 93 Tahn 2010, PMK No. 76 / PMK.03 / 2011 as further implementing regulations, and then also required to pay attention to the provisions of PMK No. 86 / PMK.03 / 2020 with the aim of obtaining a reduction in taxable income. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University. Further, there is an examination of the chosen variables of service quality related to digital payments in terms of their impact on the customer satisfaction. Methodology: This research has a conclusive research design. The independent variables were security, responsiveness, reliability and ease of use of digital payments done by working professionals in Delhi-NCR. Sample size taken was 373 and sampling technique used was stratified sampling. Online questionnaire distribution was done for data collection. The instrument was reliable and valid. Thematic analysis and multiple regression were applied as research techniques. Limitations: Due to Covid-19 and its regulations, opportunity of physical meeting or interactions with the respondents was mitigated. Resource limitation existed as an unavoidable element. Implications: This study has got practical as well as managerial implications. This study would provide valuable information to the marketers to devise the payment facility design by adhering to the relevant elements that can enhance customer satisfaction. It would even reflect upon the status of digital payments being adopted as a tool of financial payments by the working class and how it can shape the future market. Crossing the species barrier it entered human beings with furtherance of infection through human to human transmission. As studies indicate that people perceive COVID-19 as a threatening disease, the demand for a vaccine against the disease could be expected to be high. Vaccine safety concerns might nevertheless outweigh the perceived disease risks when an individual decides whether or not to accept the vaccine. We investigated the role of perceived risk of COVID-19 (i.e., perceived likelihood of infection, perceived disease severity, and disease-related worry) and perceived safety of a prospective vaccine against COVID-19 in predicting intentions to accept a COVID-19 vaccine. Three Finnish samples were surveyed: 825 parents of small children, 205 individuals living in an area with suboptimal vaccination coverage, and 1325 Facebook users nationwide. As points of reference, we compared the perceptions of COVID-19 to those of influenza and measles. COVID-19 was perceived as a threatening disease—more so than influenza and measles. The strongest predictor of COVID-19 vaccination intentions trusted the safety of the potential vaccine. Those perceiving COVID-19 as a severe disease were also slightly more intent on taking a COVID-19 vaccine. Informing the public about the safety of a forthcoming COVID-19 vaccine should be the focus for health authorities aiming to achieve a high vaccine uptake. The Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) pandemic is a major threat to public health and has had a significant impact on all aspects of life. An effective vaccine is the most anticipated resolution. This study aims to evaluate acceptance and intake of COVID- 19 vaccinated. © 2021 Karadeniz Technical University.
