Social media relies on a variety of platforms, including YouTube, Google, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and Whatsapp. People use these platforms for a variety of learning and communication purposes. Younger generations are particularly interested in social media-based education, both in formal and informal settings. It makes it easier for them to interact, take part, and learn cooperatively. For professional development, teachers and students regularly employ a variety of e-format educational studies that are available. According to the study, a significant proportion of students and researchers in India regularly utilize social media for both learning and research purposes. The function of social media in teaching and learning has received very little attention in studies to far. Managing wealth is a skill and a science. Knowing the client inside and out is essential. However, the Internet has made financial management accessible to a much larger group of people, and one no longer needs a million dollars to take advantage of these services. A wealth manager's services extend beyond just stock and share management to include advising clients on the best collective funds to engage in. In addition, he can advise the investor on the best asset management strategy to pursue based on his or her unique circumstances. One can spend solely for the purpose of growing one's nest egg or strike a balance between long-term growth and short-term profits. A wealth manager's services may include providing impartial financial guidance on a wide variety of personal finance goods in addition to advising investors on the management of individual portfolios. In addition, he could aid in tax preparation, reducing expenses and obligations like capital gains tax. With their eyes on the breadth and direction of the markets, wealth managers can help their clients make swifter changes to their financial portfolios, freeing up previously unrealized capital. To further assist their clients, some wealth managers offer web resources such as research tools, investment calculators, and access to wealth management reports. For wealthy investors, whether they be individuals or organizations, wealth management is all about maximizing returns while minimizing losses. It is a marketing tactic in which a corporation presents its goods or services as superior to those of a rival. A side-by-side comparison of the features of a company's products and those of a rival company's products may be printed as part of a comparative advertising campaign. It might also include a cost-versus-value comparison. A promotional method known as comparative advertising involves the firm's advertising message making explicit or implicit comparisons to rival brands. Comparative advertising has matured and is projected to become more and more significant as a marketing tactic in India for both consumer durable and non-durable goods. The current research is a modest attempt to investigate importance, advantage, and disadvantage before assessing the effectiveness of communication based on an empirical strategy. Comparative advertising is when one party promotes its products or services by making comparisons to those of another party. This other party is frequently his rival or the company that dominates the market for that commodity or service. In order to increase the advertiser's sales, a comparison is made between the two products, either by implying that the advertiser's product is of equal or superior quality to the compared one, or by disparaging the compared product's quality. This article attempts to address the idea of comparative advertising within the context of intellectual property law by examining the various factors involved, statutory enactments, positions taken by courts of law in India and abroad, honest and unfair practices associated with CA, and finally, a comparative analysis of laws of other countries, thereby highlighting the ambiguity and lack of comprehensive laws in India.","PeriodicalId":52230,"journal":{"name":"Turkish Journal of Computer and Mathematics Education","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69777156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In India, the urban and rural markets differ significantly. When compared to urban consumers, rural consumers vary because of family history, wealth, education, as well as other sociodemographic characteristics. The green movement has increased the amount of manufactured and raw products consumed in rural areas. As a result, the market presents potential in the form of a sizable untapped market, rising expendable cash, rising levels of literacy, and broad possibilities for penetration. In order to seize these prospects, a unique marketing approach called \"rural advertising\" has been developed. Because urban markets have combined with the increasing and relative development has halted, India's rural marketplaces have undergone substantial adjustments. Marketers have seen the immense potential in rural India, and with authorities focusing more on injecting funds to boost the rural economy, corporations are becoming more eager to establish operations in rural India. Electronic banking services have enabled the banking industry to benefit from this. E-banking is the trend of the future as it has several advantages that give banks a competitive edge over their competitors and increase consumer satisfaction through better service. A number of factors may still hinder the success of online banking services, which are a major problem for consumers and financial institutions. The purpose of this essay is to review and focus on the many benefits and services offered by e-banking in the Sudanese banking sector and the associated difficulties. In the modern world, ICTs make it possible for information to be accessed and exchanged more quickly, easily, and quickly. The study examined the accessibility, mindset, and limitations of final year learners in using computerbased ICTs. With the aid of a carefully constructed questionnaire, data were gathered. Analysis of the data was done using descriptive statistics. This analysis's findings showed that the respondents' median age was 23 years old and that they had various levels of access to seven CBICTs. The interviewees attitudes for utilizing the ICTs were positive and a lack of adequate CBICT resource centers was the main barrier to their adoption. We proposed that, in accordance with the results, a resource center (or centers), if already present, be set up and operational. The presence of a facility centre within the institute should also be extensively publicized so that learners can benefit from the chance to do so and utilize the facilities to the fullest. On the opposite hand, broadband providers should expand their offerings in the region to give a more dependable connection to the internet inside the school because doing so will enable pupils to utilize CB-ICTs inside the school and also for their academic study more successfully.","PeriodicalId":52230,"journal":{"name":"Turkish Journal of Computer and Mathematics Education","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2018-01-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"69777671","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
