This study uses regression method as quantitative measurement level. The research used objects as many as 455 observations on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and 500 observations on the Malaysia Stock Exchange. The independent variables used in this research are foreign ownership, family ownership, and institutional ownership. The results of the study using observations on the Indonesia Stock Exchange found that family ownership and institutional ownership have a significant positive effect, while foreign ownership has an insignificant negative effect on dividend payout ratio. An individual’s consumption habit is formed over time and is influenced by many internal and external factors. The consumption habit itself reflects what, where, when, why, and how to choose, purchase, consume, and dispose goods and services. When the COVID-19 pandemic hit, all consumers around the globe were forced to adapt into the never-happened-before realities, such as regional and national lockdowns, stay-at-home campaign, social/physical distancing policy, mandatory quarantine, and self-isolation. Utilizing available and accessible published materials, this paper aims to examine the significant impacts of the outbreak on consumer behavior in Indonesia and identify how the businesses respond to the changes in consumer behavior caused by the coronavirus. The timeframe of the analysis focuses on the early stages of the pandemic. Using the framework developed by Sheth (2020), the present study found supporting evidence of the eight impacts of COVID-19 on consumer behavior (e.g., hoarding behavior, improvisation, and the adoption of digital technology) in Indonesia. The doctrine of global energy transition based on the development of non-traditional renewable energy sources (NIE) has already been adopted in world politics. At the same time, according to long-term forecasts, the role of nuclear generation is not properly defined in the global context. In Russia, where the share of nuclear carbon-free generation has exceeded 20% of the energy balance, the strategic guidelines for the development of the industry beyond 2030–2035 remain uncertain and are in urgent need of additional research and forecasts. A comprehensive approach to assessing the quality of governance which involves estimating specific indices of corporate governance quality characterizing the activities of key elements of the existing management system is used. An econometric assessment of the impact of private indices on the companies' EBITDA performance was carried out, also taking into account the companies' sectoral affiliation factor. The research sample consisted of 99 largest Russian companies from various industries. A comparative analysis was made of the results of corporate governance quality assessment in companies with state participation and in private companies. Currently, the minimum necessary regulatory and legal framework has been formed for the preparation and implementation of state programs of the Russian Federation. The named Presidential Decree established the architecture of strategic planning documents. Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 786 of May, 26, 2021 regulates the general rules for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the effectiveness of state programs of the Russian Federation [4]; Decree of the Government of the Russian Federation № 903 of July 17, 2019 approved uniform rules for the formation of a Consolidated Annual Report on the progress of implementation and evaluation of the effectiveness of state programs of the Russian Federation [3]. At the same time, there are gaps in the regulatory support for the preparation and implementation of state programs that do not allow us to correctly assess the quality of state programs, which primarily means (but is not limited to) their impact on achieving long-term priorities of socio-economic development of the Russian Federation. Earlier, the authors outlined the main methodological approaches to assessing the quality of government programs, the algorithm and tools for conducting an assessment, and also published the main results of testing the recommended assessment model [7, 8]. This article develops the author's ideas of qualitative analysis of the links between the goals and indicators (target block) of state programs of the Russian Federation with the priorities of socio-economic development of the country and offers quantitative methods of their assessment. Within the framework of the research conducted by the author of the article, the following theories, methods, technologies and approaches were used: qualitative analysis of the works of domestic and foreign scientists devoted to the study of the sociology of nutrition, the concept of rationality and rational choice theories, as well as concepts of post-industrial society; methods of analysis and synthesis, classification and generalization in highlighting the general and particular in determining the quality problem the lives and places of rational nutrition in the life of students; methods of sociological research such as focus group. Results. In the presented article, the authors analyzed the directions of studying rationality, nutrition and quality of life as an economic category. The article offers recommendations to improve its level in a post-industrial society. Application. The subject of the study is the accelerated modernization of the oil industry, trends in the sale of Russian oil on the world market. The purpose of the article is to analyze the emerging anti–sanctions model of the development of the Russian oil industry and the export of oil and petroleum products on the basis of statistical data and an example of the development of vertically integrated oil companies, formulate recommendations to public administration bodies and business participants for the implementation of strategic plans of the state. Materials and methods. The methodological basis of the article consists of statistical methods, methods of analysis and synthesis for considering the role of the state in the development of vertically integrated oil companies, import substitution of the oil industry, systemic and structural-functional approaches for formulating proposals for the development of the Russian oil industry and the sale of Russian oil on the world market. Results. The analysis of statistical data on the extraction (production) and export of oil and petroleum products, the possibilities of stimulating mechanisms of the state are presented, proposals for further development and improvement of the oil industry are formulated. Conclusions. The results of the analysis of the process of transition of the country's oil industry to the mobilization type in the current conditions of sanctions and the activities of the state and business revealed the forced termination of cooperation with most developed countries in terms of oil and petroleum products exports and imports of equipment and technologies for oil production and refining. The proposals formulated by the author on the development of the oil industry will help minimize losses in the oil and petroleum products market and maintain the efficiency of oil industry enterprises. Application.
