Risk management system of innovative programs within the framework of corporate governance of retail chain organizations and improving its efficiency

Abstract

The article is devoted to the study of the risk management system of innovative programs within the corporate governance of retail chain organizations. In the course of the study, the following concepts were considered: retail network organization, innovation program and risks. As a result of the conducted research, it was revealed that improving the efficiency of corporate management of innovative programs is achieved by improving risk management, as well as innovative and strategic management of retail chain organizations.
