The prototype of the patience of the righteous that we want to address is Job. The suffering that Job experienced is a picture of the suffering of a good and righteous man who fears evil. Job feared evil so much that he lived a life of obedience to God, but interestingly he still fell into a tremendous suffering. Job lost all his wealth, family and illnesses but he remained patient and always relied on God. In the face of various trials, Job accepted them willingly and did not make him angry and far from God. Job's patience in various trials is worthy to be emulated by humans in this era. Job's sufferings were sufferings where God wanted to test Job's faith and patience. The study investigates various aspects of PBL implementation, including its principles, strategies, and outcomes related to critical thinking development. Findings suggest that PBL provides students with opportunities to engage in authentic, inquiry-based learning experiences that promote higher-order thinking skills such as analysis, evaluation, and synthesis. Moreover, the collaborative nature of PBL fosters communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities among students. By immersing students in real-world projects, PBL encourages active participation, creativity, and innovation, leading to a deeper understanding of concepts and issues. Additionally, the integration of technology and multimedia resources enhances the PBL experience, offering students diverse learning opportunities and increasing their motivation and engagement. This article explores the dynamic relationship between anthropology and criminal law, highlighting the contributions of anthropological research to understanding crime, criminal behavior, and the functioning of legal systems. Through a qualitative approach, this study conducts a comprehensive review of relevant literature and utilizes library research methods to synthesize key findings. The analysis reveals that anthropology provides unique perspectives on cultural norms, social structures, and power dynamics that influence the formulation and application of criminal laws. By examining diverse cultural contexts, anthropologists uncover the complexities of crime and justice, shedding light on issues such as legal pluralism, cultural defense, and the role of indigenous justice systems. Furthermore, anthropological insights challenge conventional approaches to criminal justice, emphasizing the importance of context- specific interventions and culturally sensitive practices. This article identifies five key themes that emerge from the literature review: cultural relativism, legal pluralism, the social construction of crime, indigenous justice systems, and the impact of globalization on legal norms. These themes offer valuable lessons for policymakers, legal practitioners, and criminal justice professionals seeking to develop more effective and culturally responsive approaches to crime prevention, law enforcement, and criminal adjudication. The research method uses a normative legal approach by analyzing related laws and regulations, related court decisions, and relevant legal literature. Interviews with medical legal practitioners and experienced physicians were conducted to gain practical insight into doctor-patient agreements in ORIF actions. The importance of a holistic and adaptive approach in implementing the principle of informed consent in Indonesia not only covers legal aspects, but also considers cultural, social, and economic factors. This requires active involvement from all relevant parties, as well as increased awareness of patient rights and physician responsibilities. This study investigates the impact of utilizing interactive learning media on student learning motivation in IRE at the elementary level. Employing a qualitative approach, this research conducts an extensive literature review and library research to explore existing studies, theories, and models related to interactive learning media and student motivation. The findings reveal that the integration of interactive learning media in IRE instruction positively influences student learning motivation. Interactive media, such as educational games, multimedia presentations, and virtual simulations, offer dynamic and engaging learning experiences, stimulating students' interest and intrinsic motivation. Furthermore, interactive learning environments provide opportunities for active participation, collaboration, and personalized learning, catering to diverse learning styles and preferences among elementary students. The utilization of interactive media fosters a sense of autonomy, competence, and relatedness, which are key components of self-determination theory and motivational frameworks. This heightened motivation leads to increased attentiveness, enthusiasm, and persistence in learning IRE topics.
