Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai UPT SMP 1 Basa IV Kab Pesisir Selatan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 71 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara langsung variabel paling dominan yaitu kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan tidak signifikan terhadap disiplin kerja, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan sekolah mempunyai berbagai program yang mana sikap kepemimpianan yang belum bisa mengendalikan bawahan nya sehingga pegawai bisa sesuka hatinya untuk datang kesekolah.Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh pengaruh kepemimpinan dan pengembangan karir terhadap kepuasan kerja dengan disiplin kerja sebagai variabel intervening pada UPT SMP 1 Basa IV Kab Pesisir Selatan. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pegawai UPT SMP 1 Basa IV Kab Pesisir Selatan. Sampel yang diambil sebanyak 71 responden dengan menggunakan teknik sampel jenuh. Metode analisis data yang penulis gunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji analisis deskriptif dan uji hipotesis. Untuk meraih manajemen yang baik, kinerja pegawai merupakan salah satu faktor penting dalam memperbaiki Kedisiplinan serta pelatihan kerja yang membuat pegawai merasa puas atas pekerjaannya. Pelatihan Kerja tentunya sangat dibutuhkan untuk dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja pegawai, namun perlu juga diperhatikan kesejahteraan pegawai. Dengan adanya pelatihan kerja dan kesejahteraan pegawai yang baik diharapkan kinerja pegawai dapat meningkat. Maka dari itu penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kedisiplinan dan Pelatihan Kerja terhadap Kinerja Pegawai melalui Kesejahteraan Pegawai, jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 92 responden dengan menggunakan alat analisis Smart PLS 3 dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Temuan hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa yang paling dominan terhadap Kesejahteraan Pegawai adalah Kedisiplinan terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan, hal tersebut menunjukkan semakin baik Kedisiplinan yang ditetapkan instansi maka kesejahteraan Pegawai juga akan meningkat. Sedangkan yang paling dominan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai adalah Pelatihan Kerja terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan, semakin banyak program Pelatihan Kerja yang diikuti Pegawai maka akan semakin meningkat kinerja pegawai. Companies must be able to create a conducive work environment in order to achieve these goals managing work conflict and work stress among employees, but this needs to be done supported by paying attention to job satisfaction. If this can be implemented will have a good impact on the company and hopefully the employees performance can improve. Therefore, this research aims to determine its effect work conflict and work stress through job satisfaction in employees show. The sample size in this study was 30 Smart user respondents The PLS analysis tool and data collection technique in this research is by distributing questionnaires using a Likert scale. Findings in results This research shows that the most dominant influence on job satisfaction is work conflict that has a negative and significant influence. This shows that The higher the work conflict felt by employees, the more it can influence their attitudeson work which can ultimately result in reduced job satisfaction. Meanwhile, the most dominant influence is on employees performance is job satisfaction which has a positive and significant influence, with employee enjoyment and satisfaction regarding their role and work, This will have a positive impact on improving employee performance. The most dominant is indirect The effect is that work conflict has a negative and significant effect on employee performance through worksatisfaction. Selain itu disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai, hal ini menunjukan bahwa semakin baik disiplin kerja pegawai, maka semakin tinggi pula kinerja yang akan dicapai oleh instansi. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the effect of HR Planning, Work Placement and Career Development on Employee Performance through Work Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The research method used is quantitative research. The sample size of this study was 74 respondents and used SEM analysis tools with SmartPLS 3. In the data collection technique in this study by distributing questionnaires using Likert scale. The results showed that directly the most dominant variable, namely Career Development, had a positive and significant effect on Work Motivation. Therefore, evidenced by the increasing career development promised by the company, employee motivation will also increase. Furthermore, HR Planning has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, it shows that there is careful planning for HR, so employee performance will increase. While indirect testing for the most dominant variables states that career development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance through work motivation, that the existence of good career development opportunities will strengthen employee performance and increase employee motivation. Conversely, if career development is not good for its performance, work motivation will lower the level of employee concern regarding the progress of the company. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara langsung variabel paling dominan yaitu Seleksi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kepuasan Kerja, hal tersebut dibuktikan dengan instansi melakukan proses seleksi yang baik sehingga dapat mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja pegawai dalam melaksanakan tugasnya. Dan Kepuasan Kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Pegawai, dibuktikan dengan pegawai yang sudah merasa aman dan nyaman dalam bekerja. Dimana semakin baik Kepuasan Kerja maka akan berdampak pada peningkatan Kinerja Pegawai tersebut. Laras Internusa adalah perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang perkebunan kelapa sawit yang dapat menghasilkan buah sawit. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan dan Kesejahteraan Karyawan Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan Dengan Komitmen Organisasi Sebagai Variabel Intervening Pada PT. Laras Internusa,perusahaan ini memiliki beberapa masalah seperti: Kurang tegaspimpinan terhadap karyawan, kesejahteraan masih rendah, rendahnya keahlian karyawan tentang perkebunan dan komitmen masih rendah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan alat analisis SmartPls 3 dan teknik pengumpulan data melakukan penyebaran kuesioner secara langsung ke perusahaan menggunakan skala likert dengan jumlah sampel 48 orang responden. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan mempengaruhi Komitmen Organisasi secara positif dan signifikan, jika Gaya Kepemimpinan diterapkan dengan baik, maka Komitmen akan meningkat. Kesejahteraan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja Karyawan, menunjukan bahwa semakin baik Kesejahteraan pada perusahaan maka semakin meningkat Kinerja Karyawan.Sedangkan pengaruh tidak langsung paling dominan adalah Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Kinerja melalui Komitmen. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan manajemen  yang baik, organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) merupakan salah satu faktor penting dengan memperbaiki efektivitas kerja serta motivasi kerja yang membuat pegawai puas atas pekerjaannya. Namun perlu didukung dengan di perhatikannya komitmen karyawan. Jika ini diterapkan dengan baik maka akan berdampak baik bagi instansi dan pekerjaan pegawai juga meningkat. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis pengaruh efektivitas kerja dan motivasi kerja terhadap organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) dengan komitmen karyawan sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 56 responden pegawai PNS UPTD Puskesmas Sungai Aur dengan menggunakan alat analisis SEM dengan menggunakan Smart PLS 3 dan teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini dengan penyebaran kuesioner yang menggunakan skala likert. To improve service and employee satisfaction, agencies must have good management, which includes improved HR management and better career development programs. Effective HR management is needed in encouraging employee performance improvement but also needs to be supported by paying attention to employee job satisfaction. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of HR management and career development on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable, the number of samples in this study was 41 respondents using the Smart PLS 3 analysis tool and data collection techniques in this study with the distribution of questionnaires using the Likert scale. The results of this study show that the most dominant variable, namely HR management, affects job satisfaction positively and significantly, if human resource management is done correctly, job satisfaction will also increase. In addition, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this shows that if employees feel happy and satisfied in carrying out their work, then employees can perform better. Rabbani SDIT and SMPIT Alam School is an Integrated Islamic school that combines Islamic values (Character) with intellectual abilities, building students' character through exemplary behavior by teachers and the environment, making nature the primary medium in achieving learning objectives. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the Influence of Perceived Organizational Support and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on Job Satisfaction with Motivation as an Intervening Variable. The research method used is quantitative research, with a sample size of 39 respondents. This study uses SEM analysis using SmartPLS 3 and data collection techniques through questionnaire distribution using Likert scales. Based on the results of the study exploring the influence of Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), and Motivation on Job Satisfaction at the Rabbani Sutera IT Foundation. The most dominant result of the study indicates that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant influence on Motivation, suggesting that enhancing OCB can be a relevant strategy to improve employee motivation in the organizational environment. Additionally, Motivation has a positive and significant influence on Job Satisfaction.
