BPS harus dikelola dengan baik untuk meningkatkan kualitas manajemen dan pelayanan. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan dan manajemen, kinerja pegawai menjadi faktor penting dalam memperbaiki etika kerja serta gaya kepemimpinan yang dapat ditingkatkan agar pegawai puas dengan pekerjaannya. Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh etika kerja dan leadership style terhadap employee perfomance melalui kepuasan kerja sebagai variabel intervening. Jumlah sampel penelitian ini adalah 82 responden dengan menggunakan alat analisis Smart PLS 3 dan metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif. Dalam penelitian ini data diperoleh dengan menyebarkan kuesioner dengan menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan yaitu leadership style mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan kerja. Oleh karena itu, jika pemimpin dapat bekerja sama dengan baik dengan bawahannya, maka kinerja pegawai akan meningkat. Jika leadership style tetap terjaga maka kepuasan kerja juga akan meningkat. Selanjutnya, etika kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap employee perfomance, hal ini menunjukkan bahwa ketika etika kerja diperkenalkan dan bisa mengantisipasi kinerja secara positif, maka kinerja pegawai meningkat dan pegawai dapat menyelesaikan pekerjaannya dengan tepat waktu. The purpose of this study is to determine and analyze the Effect of Work Environment and Career Development on Employee Performance with Job Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. The research method used was quantitative research, with a sample of 58 respondents. In this study using SEM analysis tools using SmartPLS 3. The results showed that directly the most dominant variable, namely Career Development, had a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction, as evidenced by the company having various good career development programs so that it could affect employee job satisfaction in carrying out their duties. And Job Satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, as evidenced by employees who already feel safe and comfortable at work. Where the better the Job Satisfaction, it will have an impact on improving the Performance of these Employees. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan alat analisis Smart Pls 3 dan teknik pengumpulan data dengan penyebaran kusioner yang menggunakan skala likert. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel yang paling dominan yaitu kesejahteraan pegawai mempengaruhi kepuasan kerja secara positif dan signifikan, hal ini menunjukkan jika semakin baik kesejahteraan pegawai yang diterapkan dalam suatu instansi maka kepuasan kerja pegawai akan meningkat. Selain itu, kesejahteraan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja, ini menunjukkan bahwa semakin baik kesejahteraan pegawai yang diterapkan maka semakin baik pula produktivitas kerja dalam instansi tersebut. Pengaruh secara tidak langsung yang paling dominan adalah kesejahteraan pegawai berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. First, how is the marketing strategy for the business at the Warung Angkola Kopi Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan. Second, how is the SWOT analysis in determining the right marketing strategy for the Warung Angkola Kopi Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan business. \u0000This research is a field research with qualitative research type. To analyze the data using the IFAS, EFAS, SWOT matrix. \u0000The results of this study conclude that Warung Angkola Kopi Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan in terms of product, price, procces, place, promotion and people, phisycal eviden Warung Angkola Kopi Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan has implemented a strategy that is right on target with the company's goals. However, the physical evidence of Warung Angkola Kopi Sipirok Tapanuli Selatan did the wrong strategy so it needed to be evaluated.
