The objective of this study is to manage nursing care for a patient with síndrome of hellp and hemoperitoneum with pelvic hematoma in the obstetrics-gynecology service. The present study is a research with a qualitative approach, clinical case type, study subject female, 21 years old. The nursing care process was used as a method, the assessment guide of Marjorie Gordon's 11 functional patterns was applied, by which altered patterns were found, formulating the nursing diagnoses: Decreased cardiac output, Acute Pain and CP: Shock hypovolemic. The activities were executed in a timely manner, the evaluation was through the difference in baseline and final scores of the indicators. We can conclude that hellp syndrome is a hypertensive disorder of pregnancy, however, the complication of this post-cesarean patient is hemoperitoneum with pelvic hematoma, timely nursing care against this was the main axis in the patient's restoration. We present the case of a 3-year-old preschooler who came to the health services for presenting frequent wet cough and fever of up to 39 degrees Celsius of 8 days of evolution, who was previously treated with oral Amoxacillin in his health area without resolution of the symptoms. On physical examination, the patient was found to be in good general condition, where only the presence of crackling rales in the right lung base was positive; antimicrobial therapy was started, showing clinical improvement and cessation of the febrile symptoms. On the fifth day of evolution the febrile symptoms reappeared with peaks of up to 39 degrees Celsius. Physical and radiological examination showed worsening of the symptoms. Results of nasopharyngeal exudate were received, which showed Klebsiella pneumophila. An evolutionary chest X-ray was indicated, resulting in a denser and more homogeneous opacity with radiolucent areolar images towards its upper contour that kept occupied upper and middle segments of the right lung field, showing a phase of hepatization of the process with images suggestive of pneumatoceles. Antimicrobial spectrum was extended with Meropenen associated to Vancomycin according to antibiogram and possible sensitivity according to the most frequent etiology according to age, with satisfactory resolution of the picture. Materials and Methods: The research was of a: Documentary, Analytical and Comparative nature. Three Courier companies in Venezuela were analyzed, with an intentional sample of 21 supervisors. Two indexed questionnaires were applied, the Multifactor Transactional and Transformational Leadership Questionnaire and the Multifactor Leadership Questionnaire. Results: Company E1 obtained a score of 0.2 Points, which indicates that it is below the minimum, which in this case is 0.5 points, which corresponds to non-compliance with safety standards and procedures. and health at work. Likewise, the companies are framed in a value of 3.56, 3.84, 3.72, with the highest value being 4, which allows us to infer that the type of leadership with the greatest results obtained for the three companies evaluated was transformational. Among its main purposes was the assessment of workers with disabilities with respect to their working condition. Likewise, the elements that make up occupational well-being for these workers were characterized and the quality of work life and engagement with employment in general of workers with disabilities in manufacturing and service companies was analyzed. The contextualization and classification of the information used started from a method governed by the positivist paradigm with a quantitative approach, framed in a research whose level of knowledge and depth was descriptive, under evaluative field research criteria, within a horizon of reflection on a reality that closely impacts the professional experiences of people with disabilities. Using instruments to collect sociodemographic and labor data, as well as the Working Conditions Questionnaire, the General Work Wellbeing Questionnaire and the Satisfaction of Work Questionnaire. It is likely that gamified environments generate a fruitful scenario to evoke complex processes within higher nervous activity and thus develop cognitive skills. This facilitates its application for educational purposes. The objective was to characterize the use of gamified educational resources in the development of cognitive skills. Method: a total of 27 articles in Spanish and English were reviewed, from Pubmed, Scielo and Scopus; using as keywords: gamification, game, cognition, being more than 50% of the last five years.Result: gamification improves the services in which it is applied through playful experiences, it can positively influence aspects of the student experience such as level of interest, intellectual intensity and intrinsic motivation, by providing opportunities for autonomy, relationship and competition. There is a strong need for further exploration and experimentation to provide a gamified design that meets user preferences, tailored to individual characteristics. Conclusions: Gamified educational environments facilitate learning like a game. Through gamification it seems to increase motivation, commitment, active interaction, level of interest, critical thinking, intellectual intensity and intrinsic motivation.
