摘要
我们介绍了一例患者的病例，患者曾有胸部穿透性外伤史，并发血气胸，经胸膜造口插管后得以缓解。随后，患者因血流动力学不稳定而病情恶化，被转入重症监护室，并在重症监护室进行了 POCUS（Point of Care Ultrasound，护理点超声）超声检查，结果显示患者有明显的心包积液，这是由心脏填塞引起的，并导致休克状态。
