But in the case of this study, only the silicalstics of Yolde Formation are used for the Petrographic investigation. Petrographic analysis results indicate that Quartz is the dominant mineral in all the studied slides followed by potassium feldsper (Orthoclase), Iron oxide, altered feldspers, whereas Limonite and Zircon appear thrice each. Quartz framework grain is abundant due its greatest resistant to chemical decomposition and mechanical abrasion, Orthoclase is the only feldspers mineral present due to resistant than most of them. Altered feldspers is an opaque mineral visible only under cross-polar, it is believed to have been formed due to alteration of ferro- magnesian minerals. Zircon is the only non-stable opaque mineral present due to ability to withstand abrasion weathering, it is found in recycled sedimentary facies. Stable opaque present are Iron oxide and Limonite. Limonite results from dissolution of hematite and sometimes it is referred to as goethite or Iron ore. Iron oxide in this study is undifferentiated, because in theory, it represents both hematite and magnetite, then to a lesser extent, the rarer oxide mineral maghemite. It was observed in all the slides and this suggests that the Yolde Formation of the study area have been intensely weathered and most have travel some distance from source rock. Though India was the first in Asia to introduce FTZ in Kandla Gujarat in 1965, it could not achieve a desirable outcome from the objectives set by the government of India. In April 2000, India came up with modification in its earlier EPZ policy to new SEZ policy and later passed an Act called Special Economic Zone Act 2005. This policy paper was adopted and implemented with objective of development of sufficient and high- quality infrastructure by private sector, able to attract considerable amount of foreign investment with advance technology, single window clearance, liberal labour laws, lead to increase not only number of SEZs and its units but also value and volume of export and employment in the country. In this perspective, researchers tried to analyze the trend and composition of SEZ exports from Gujarat state with the help of secondary data from 2010-11 to 2019-20. Despite various efforts by the state government, the share of SEZ exports from Gujarat is relatively decreasing compared to all India SEZ exports as well as overall export from the country. SEZ export from Gujarat is volatile because a huge share of export and import of petroleum products comes from Reliance SEZ Jamnagar alone. Pleural, ascitic, pericardial, synovial, and cerebrospinal fluid are commonly analyzed samples. When a malignancy is detected in effusions, the place of origin cannot be determined merely by cytologic appearance. In the era of advanced technology, cytomorphology alone is insufficient, and hence, immunocytochemistry is the most widely used modality in cytology effusion. Application of judicious immunopanel can help determine origin of metastatic tumor, hence aiding the clinician in initiation of treatment and prompt management of wider spread disease.  Material and Methods It was a single center study carried out at Chugtais Institute of pathology for a period of one year. All malignant pleural and peritoneal effusions from both genders were included in the study. Concomitant naturally formed clots were fixed in 10% neutral buffered formalin and processed as cell blocks. Cell blocks were prepared using the complex streptavadin-biotin peroxidase technique. Immunohistochemistry was applied to 104 cases with external positive controls. CK7, CK20, Wt1, GATA3, Napsin A, CDX2, LCA, PAX8 & TTF1 were applied to determine primary site of origin.  Results Most common cause of malignant peritoneal effusion was due to ovarian malignancies in females and adenocarcinoma in males while, in case of pleural effusion, it was breast carcinoma in females and lung carcinoma in males.  Conclusion Cellblock combined with a judicious immunohistochemical panel according to gender and most common metastatic tumors can be an accurate and affordable method to determine the primary site of cancer. The study was conducted in Assumption College of Nabunturan, Davao de Oro. A qualitative phenomenological research design was employed and an in-depth interview was utilized to interview the nine (9) participants of graduate students who were grappling with challenges in their postgraduate studies. As part of the ethical consideration, the identities of the nine participants were kept confidential and anonymous. The study's findings revealed that the challenges encountered by post-graduate students were: time management, financial constraints, and the delicate balance between professional duties and academic pursuits. Amidst these hurdles, the study unveils a spectrum of coping mechanisms, ranging from intrinsic motivation and seeking support from loved ones to effective time management strategies. Based on these findings, it is recommended that educational institutions and policymakers provide targeted support and resources to help postgraduate students navigate these challenges. One of the factors that causes tooth discoloration in adulthood is coffee drinks consumed over a long period of time. Coffee drink contains caffeine which, if consumed over a long period of time, will causes discoloration of the teeth which is also known as staining. Research Objective: to find out the relationship between drinking coffee and Changes in tooth color in adults aged 19-44 years in Padang Lampe Hamlet, Compong Village Sidrap Regency. Method: This research is quantitative research using analytical survey design with a cross sectional study approach. Sample in this study are all adults aged 19-44 years who live as men in Padang Hamlet Lampe, Compong Village, Sidrap Regency and the sampling technique used is total sampling with a sample size of 30 people. Results: By using test The chi square statistic resulted in p = 0.004 which indicates a p value < 0.05 so It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the time of drinking coffee and the frequency of drinking coffee in adults 19- 44 years old with tooth staining in Padang Lampe Hamlet, Compong Village Sidrap Regency. Conclusion: Adults who consume coffee are in the good category as many as 7 people (23.3%) with no tooth discoloration incident in 3 people, there were 4 people. Meanwhile, adults who consume coffee are in the moderate category as many as 9 people (30%) with no tooth discoloration incident totaling 0 people, there were as many as 9 people. A significantly high number of pregnant women, around 85%, experience dental cavities, while only about 15% remain cavity-free.T he government's program is to carry out dental and oral health efforts which are activities that are carried out in an integrated, integrated, and sustainable manner that are able to maintain and improve dental health, one of which is UKGM. A website-based health information system that utilizes technology can support the processing of information, data and health indicators. The purpose of this study is to produce a feasible and effective Community Dental Health Monitoring Information System to improve the quality of Dental and Oral Health Services for Pregnant Women in Community Health Centers. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method and product testing using Pre-Examination Design with a pre-post one group design. The results of the expert validation test on the SIP-UKGM model obtained a V-Hit value of >0.8 with a very feasible category. The overall quality of SIP-UKGM services increased significantly after treatment compared to before (p<0.05). One concrete step taken by top management is the implementation of office automation for staff and lecturers. This automation includes the use of task management software, digital filing systems, and online collaboration tools designed to enhance productivity and work efficiency. The method used is quantitative research with a correlational approach. The population of this study consists of 495 lecturers, staff, and students at UIN SMH Banten, with a sample of 83 respondents. The data was analyzed using Partial Least Squares-Structural Equation Model (PLS-SEM) with the SmartPLS 4.1.0.3 software. Top Management Commitment, Stakeholder Engagement, and Vision & Mission were found to affect Digital Transformation, and all of them influence Strategic Decision-Making. Strategic Decision-Making was also found to affect Digital Transformation and is able to mediate the effects of Top Management Commitment, Stakeholder Engagement, and Vision & Mission. The Information System for the Needs of Tools and Service Materials (SIMAYA) is an information system that can overcome problems and improve the quality of management of tools and materials at the Dental Clinic of the Public Health Center. The purpose of this research is to produce a web- based information system for dental and oral health service equipment and materials (SIMAYA) that is feasible and effective for improving service quality and user satisfaction at the Dental Clinic of the Public Health Center. This study uses research and development (R&D) methodology, a model trial using a pre-experimental design methodology.
