Intelligent media technology, characterized by abundant information resources, strong timeliness, and high interactivity, offers new avenues for reforming aesthetic education in higher education. The current challenges faced by this reform include the neglect of aesthetic education, the low digital literacy of the teaching staff, and the potential risks associated with intelligent media technology. Therefore, guided by the principle of \"student-centered education,\" this paper explores the pathways of integrating intelligent media into the reform of aesthetic education in higher education from four perspectives: enhancing the digital literacy of aesthetic education teachers and students; optimizing the top-level design of higher education institutions; integrating high-quality aesthetic education resources and building intelligent media platforms for aesthetic education; promoting diversified linkages to achieve organic integration; and strengthening network supervision to improve the aesthetic education support system.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"28 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141923119","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

{"title":"Research on the new media communication channels of the intangible cultural heritage \"Puppet Show\"","authors":"Wenbo Ge","doi":"10.62051/z3cqet95","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.62051/z3cqet95","url":null,"abstract":"Puppetry, an intangible cultural heritage with profound cultural significance, has experienced film and media innovations in the 20th century by Taiwan’s Perak Puppetry Company and attempted to break through the barriers of communication. However, it has not fundamentally changed its niche communication status, still being limited to circulation within specific circles. This reflects the challenges that intangible cultural heritage faces in the new media era: relying solely on film and TV transformation is not enough to rejuvenate, and deeper strategic exploration and practical innovation are required. In the context of the new media era, the rapid development of the wireless communication technology has led society into a fast-paced lifestyle, and the communication methods of traditional intangible cultural heritage have encountered unprecedented bottlenecks. In response to this situation, this article aims to explore new directions for the dissemination of intangible cultural heritage by analyzing the intangible cultural heritage represented by puppetry and exploring how to effectively utilize the broad reach and instant interaction characteristics of new media. Overcoming communication barriers can make this precious cultural wealth accumulated in history shine once more, attract the attention of more modern audiences, and promote its inheritance and promotion in contemporary society.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"46 28","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924076","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study aims to minimize these costs while maintaining service quality through an integer linear programming model for optimal employee scheduling. The model incorporates various constraints, such as the minimum number of shifts per week and employee preferences, and considers real data from RBI’s financial reports. Sensitivity analyses were conducted to assess the impact of salary adjustments, changes in the minimum number of shifts, and the reduction of part-time work opportunities. The results indicate that the optimized scheduling model can significantly reduce labor costs and improve operational efficiency. The findings provide a reference for RBI and other companies with similar warehousing needs, emphasizing the importance of flexible scheduling, employee satisfaction, and adapting to peak demand periods.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"30 18","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924770","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Ministry of Industry and Information Technology considers the integration of \"two industries\" the main line; takes the acceleration of the construction of industrial internet platforms as the starting point; and coordinates the promotion of platform system construction, benchmarking, and application promotion. Leading industries in China, as well as third-party internet companies, have successively created multiple industrial internet platforms. However, currently, most platforms offer standardized services that cannot meet the transformation needs of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at different stages. In addition, the willingness of SMEs to join these platforms is not strong, and ultimately, the desired effect has not been achieved. This article constructs an asymmetric evolutionary game model among three entities—platforms, SMEs, and the government—analyzes the evolutionary paths of the strategic evolution of each game entity and the influencing factors using the stability theorem of differential equations, and explores the evolutionary stable strategies of the system through the Jacobian matrix. Through numerical simulation, the impacts of government subsidy intensity and the platform cost-sharing ratio on the evolutionary stable strategies of the system are analyzed to explore how to promote the high-quality development of industrial internet platforms and attract a larger number of SMEs to use cloud services.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"33 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924940","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

A brand is not only a symbol of products and services, but also an external manifestation of corporate culture and values. A successful brand can evoke emotional resonance among consumers and establish long-term trust. Marketing, as a key component of brand development, directly impacts brand recognition and reputation through strategic planning and implementation. Initially, enterprises should focus on market positioning by conducting thorough preliminary research to understand market demands and competitive dynamics, thereby identifying a target market that aligns with their unique characteristics. Today, brand communication channels are diverse, allowing companies to convey their values to consumers in various ways and establish a positive brand image. Furthermore, leveraging the advantages of the internet and social media platforms through precise data analysis can help businesses quickly grasp consumer needs, adopt personalized marketing approaches, and enhance their market competitiveness, thereby generating greater economic benefits for the company.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"52 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141923917","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Through combing relevant theories, analyzing practical cases and studying the characteristics of children's psychological development, this paper reveals that children's painting psychotherapy, as a non-verbal communication and treatment method, has unique value in helping children express their emotions, solving psychological conflicts and promoting cognitive and social emotional development. Early childhood is a critical period of individual psychological development, and the experience of this stage has a far-reaching impact on his mental health and development throughout his life. However, due to the limited language expression ability of children, traditional psychotherapy methods are often difficult to achieve ideal results in children. As an innovative therapy, children's painting psychotherapy provides new ways and possibilities for children's mental health education. The purpose of this paper is to explore the application and effect of children's painting psychotherapy in early childhood education, analyze its positive influence on children's psychological development, and provide theoretical support and practical guidance for early childhood educators.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"32 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924508","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This study focuses on listed companies from 2002 to 2022 and finds that competition in the banking sector significantly promotes the digital intelligence transformation of enterprises by alleviating financing constraints. The easing of financing constraints induced by banking competition enhances the subjective willingness of enterprises to engage in research and development activities. Moreover, increased competition among banks facilitates maintaining favorable relationships between banks and enterprises, thereby helping enterprises gain more information and financial support during the process of digital intelligence transformation. Thus, it promotes the digital intelligence transformation of enterprises effectively.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"45 9","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924340","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, a collection of predicted demand figures is at hand. The retailer is required to decide on the products to place on each shelf (ensuring placement) and determine the quantities of those products (ensuring stocking) while abiding by allocation and space limitations. The primary objective is to achieve the highest possible total expected profit. We conduct three experiments and observe how the products react to changes in marginal profit.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"5 44","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141921385","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
