In the management system of the royal family, the reward and punishment system of artisans is discussed with artisans as the research object. The treatment is determined by the quality of the skill and the amount of experience, and the reward and punishment are determined by the quality of the work and whether it is overdue. These are not only in line with the personnel management system, but also to ensure that the artisans can get reasonable remuneration for their imperial craftsmanship. Through sorting out and analyzing the records of the organization and management of artisans in Yongzheng and Qianlong years, this paper sorts out the basis of various systems and rewards and punishments in order to reveal the relationship between the organization and artisan service.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"7 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141923431","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

But I have a great difference with Professor Wu. Professor Wu distinguished three essences of the concept of information: signal, source and consciousness. Professor Wu's mistake is to confuse associations with signals, and he thought that signals themselves are not real. The reason why the \"catching moon in the water\" is absurd is not because the moon in the water is unreal, but because the association that people have after seeing the moon in the water is unreal. I believe that calling three fundamentally different things information is unscientific and leads to misunderstanding, which can cause serious problems. According to Professor Wu, the existence of the world is composed of matter and information, rather than matter and consciousness as the traditional world picture. Professor Wu is wrong with his description of the concept of real, and then he used this wrong understanding and unscientific concept of information to reclassify existence, which leads to his wrong direction in the study of ontology.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"23 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141925156","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

In recent years, with the increasingly complex global economic environment, frequent adjustments in national macro policies, and intensified market competition, real estate enterprises face new challenges. Investment, as the core driving force for profit growth and sustainable development of real estate enterprises, is undeniably important. However, investment itself is a high-risk activity, especially in the real estate industry, where various risk factors such as market fluctuations, policy changes, financial pressures, and management mistakes can pose significant challenges and even lead to investment failures. Therefore, it is crucial to deeply analyze and study the types and causes of investment risks in real estate enterprises, and to formulate and implement targeted and effective risk prevention measures to ensure the health and stability of the entire real estate industry, as well as the continuous growth of the national economy and the improvement of people's livelihoods.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"93 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141922027","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The community is the smallest cell of the city. Improving community services is of great significance to grassroots governance. If there are problems with the community team itself, good social governance cannot be carried out. The current imbalance in the structure of the community worker team cannot meet the needs of residents, resulting in difficulties for community workers in carrying out certain specific work. This article analyzes the causes of the problem from three aspects: the structure, management, and work of the new era community team. By drawing on the advanced experience of community work construction at home and abroad, it puts forward suggestions from the aspects of enhancing the enthusiasm of community members, improving the conditions of the community team, and innovating the system and mechanism of the community team.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"37 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141922848","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Currently there are several examples in global climate negotiation, especially in COP 26, reflected the discordance among strategies of different international entities. In international negotiation, the specific political words that delegates used is efficient for clarifying the strategies, which are called political metaphors. In this study we are looking for metaphors by analyzing the documents from EU and China in UNFCCC. This study explored the domestic and international strategies of China and EU in international climate negotiation, which reflected by the political metaphor. The researcher first collect the documents of EU and China in website of UNFCCC. Meanwhile, we use the corpus tool, Wmatrix, which created by Lancaster University. The tendency of strategy is evaluated by the data we collected and the analysis about the metaphors. Our result show that although EU and China are both in positive attitude about dealing with climate change, they have difference in details. EU tends to formulate the rigid structure under the Paris Agreement. They concentrate on the immediate and most effective measures. By the contrast, China focuses on long-term action by using relevant metaphors. They are trying to establish the new and more sustainable structure, which will be more friendly with countries have high emission and high development requirement at the same time","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"51 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141923746","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

At present, China is accelerating the effective connection between consolidating the results of poverty eradication and rural revitalisation. Based on the SLA framework, this paper constructs a livelihood sustainability indicator system and evaluates it through the entropy weight method, takes Gannan Soviet District as the study area, and based on the two-period DID model, empirically examines the impact of the policy of consolidating and expanding the results of poverty alleviation and rural revitalisation on the sustainability of the livelihoods of the households that have been lifted out of poverty, using the two-period panel data in 2020 and 2022 of the 243 farming households. The findings show that the policy of consolidating and expanding the effective linkage between poverty eradication and rural revitalisation has a significant driving effect on the livelihood sustainability of farm households, increasing the level of livelihood sustainability of farm households by 11.3%, and the conclusion remains reliable after the robustness test. Heterogeneity analyses found that the policy contributed more to the livelihood sustainability level of poverty-eradicating households whose head had a high level of education. The policy has a more significant positive effect on the livelihood sustainability of labour-led and agriculture-led households out of poverty than part-time employment","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"39 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924426","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Utilizing the theoretical framework of social capital, the Poisson fixed-effect model has confirmed the beneficial impact of inter-ethnic friendships on individuals' social capital. The research revealed a significant disparity in social capital stock between students who cultivate inter-ethnic friendships and those who maintain friendships within their own ethnic group, with the former group exhibiting a 30.5% higher level of social capital. Additionally, the study identified ethnic variations in the social capital returns of inter-ethnic friendships, with minority students experiencing notably higher returns compared to Han students.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"10 6","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141925257","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

By comparing cities designated as SEZs with those that were not, the analysis assesses the effect of SEZ policies implemented at different times. The results indicate that SEZs have a robust, positive, and significant impact on GDPc, with earlier treated cities experiencing a higher positive effect than later treated ones. This underscores the importance of timely policy implementation in maximizing economic benefits. Robustness checks, including two-way fixed effects and state-specific linear time trends, reinforce the reliability of the findings. However, the study acknowledges several limitations, such as the potential weakening of the parallel trends assumption over time, the use of a binary treatment variable, and the specific context of China's SEZ policy which may limit generalizability. Future research should address these limitations by exploring continuous treatment variables, incorporating additional control variables, and conducting comparative studies in different contexts. Despite these limitations, the findings provide valuable insights into the economic effects of SEZs and contribute to the broader understanding of regional economic development policies.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"28 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141923118","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Car boot sales, as a new type of business in the stall economy, has started to become increasingly popular among young people and has been attracting more and more citizens. However, limited by factors such as development time and regulation, car boot sales still have a few significant problems. Based on the background of the post epidemic era, this paper has conducted an extensive search and organization of related cases. A comprehensive and multi-faceted study is conducted by analyzing the case of the Shenzhen Special Economic Zone's car boot sale in conjunction with other urban policies that actively encourage the street stall economy. Through the analysis of policies and data shown by the Bureau of Statistics, the development plan of car boot sales is studied and analyzed with the intention of achieving the purpose of the study, which is to enable car boot sales to continue to develop and progress. With the analysis of this paper, the recommendations for policies related to the street stall economy and the establishment of regulatory mechanisms are obtained. This paper provides value in further developing car boot sales.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"65 20","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141922872","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
