In English teaching in universities, cultural introduction is an important means of cultivating students' cross-cultural communication abilities. Implementing cultural introduction in language teaching is of great help in cultivating students' cross-cultural communication abilities. In English teaching, teachers can use multimedia technology and network resources to teach and introduce excellent traditional Chinese culture, intangible cultural heritage, etc. into the classroom. At the same time, teachers can also cultivate cross-cultural communication skills by introducing Western countries' festivals, customs, and habits to students. Implementing cultural introduction in college English teaching can not only improve students' language proficiency, but also increase their understanding and recognition of English speaking countries.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"39 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141922817","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Methods: Descriptive analysis and structural change analysis were used to study the development of health technicians. Results: In terms of overall development, the number of health technicians in Tianjin hospitals increased year by year, reaching 85,215 in 2022, with a growth rate of 59.15%. From the perspective of structural change, the structural change value of practicing (assistant) physicians and registered nurses showed a positive change, and the overall structural change showed a trend of first decreasing and then increasing, reaching the highest value of 4.41% in 2021 and the smallest structural change of only 0.38% in 2018. In terms of the contribution rate of structural change, the structural change rate of registered nurses among the health technicians in Tianjin hospitals was relatively active, with an average of 26.88%. Conclusion: The total number of health technicians in Tianjin hospitals is insufficient, and it is necessary to expand the talent pool. The structure of registered nurses is actively changing, and it is necessary to consider controlling the quality of practitioners from the source; The structure of pharmacists and technicians is unstable, and attention should be paid to the professional development of physicians.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"41 42","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924365","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper proposes a new universal steganalysis algorithm for image based on Genetic Algorithm (GA) and Grey Support Vector Machines (GSVM). The algorithm firstly catches characteristic of noise signal in wavelet domain of image, then utilizes GA search samples which are used to train, and finds the best characteristic of species, finally makes grey relational degree between sample characteristic and the best characteristic of species participate in training of SVM, thus constructs a GSVM to be a classifier of steganalysis. The result testing on the large numbers of images indicates that the proposed universal steganalysis algorithm has less false positive rate and better classifying performance compared to Holotyak’s algorithm which has the same characteristic with above algorithm, which indicates that GSVM can reduce effect of isolated samples.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"26 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-08-09","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141924935","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper compiles the literature on green finance and enterprise green innovation at home and abroad in the form of literature review, summarizes the definition, development history and indicator measurement methods of green finance and enterprise green innovation, outlines the economic consequences of green finance and the influencing factors of enterprise green innovation, and based on the theoretical foundations adopted by scholars at home and abroad, and sums up the impacts and mechanisms of green finance on enterprise green innovation. It is found that most scholars believe that green finance can actively promote enterprise green innovation. In terms of the mechanism of action, this paper concludes that green finance can promote corporate green innovation by alleviating financing constraints, increasing the proportion of long-term debt and alleviating the shortage of funds, etc. Differences in enterprise size, pollution level, ownership and external regional intellectual property rights will lead to different degrees of influence of green finance on corporate green innovation. In response to the above findings, this paper proposes future research directions for green finance and corporate green innovation, with a view to providing help and insights for the effective promotion of corporate green innovation and the development and improvement of the theoretical framework of green innovation.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"22 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141382660","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper empirically examines the impact of enterprise digital transformation on misallocation of credit resources using Chinese A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen from 2007 to 2022 as the research samples. Baseline regression results show that there is a significant inhibitory effect of enterprise digital transformation development on misallocation of enterprise credit resources. Through the mediation analysis, it is found that improving the quality of enterprise internal controls, reducing the management of accrued surplus and lowering the cost of debt financing are effective paths for enterprise digital transformation to inhibit misallocation of enterprise credit resources. Further, the heterogeneity analysis based on the perspectives of enterprise micro characteristics and macro market environment shows that the non-state and high-tech attributes of enterprises and high marketization degree will strengthen the inhibitory effect of enterprise digital transformation on misallocation of enterprise credit resources. The findings are of great revelation to futher promote the rational allocation of credit resources under the enterprise digital transformation.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"40 7","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141383275","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It directly promotes steady economic growth and social harmony and stability by improving the efficiency of government governance, optimising resource allocation and enhancing social trust. The existence and promotion of a culture of integrity can reduce corruption, ensure the rational use of public resources, create a market environment of fair competition, thus attracting more investment, stimulating market vitality, promoting technological innovation and industrial upgrading, and achieving sustained and healthy economic development. The favourable trend of socio-economic development in turn provides a solid foundation for the consolidation of a culture of integrity. Economic prosperity has increased the resources of the government and social organisations, allowing for more support and investment in anti-corruption work, improving the rule of law and supervision mechanisms, and raising the public's education level and legal awareness. With the improvement of material living standards and the overall quality of society brought about by economic development, citizens' sense of integrity and social responsibility have also increased, forming a good atmosphere in which the culture of integrity is more deeply rooted in people's hearts. However, the relationship between the culture of integrity and social and economic development is not always smooth and unhindered. Rapid economic growth may be accompanied by the prevalence of profit-driven and materialism, inducing some people to pursue illegal interests and leading to the breeding and spread of corrupt behaviour. Therefore, while promoting economic development, it is necessary to attach great importance to the construction of a culture of integrity, strengthen integrity education and institutional construction, and ensure that the culture of integrity is promoted in tandem with economic development. In short, there is a significant synergistic effect between the culture of integrity and social and economic development, and the two complement each other to promote the overall progress of society. Integrity culture promotes the healthy development of the economy by optimising the governance and market environment; while economic development provides the necessary material basis and social conditions for the dissemination and consolidation of integrity culture. To realise the benign interaction between the culture of integrity and socio-economic development, it is necessary to adhere to the rule of law to combat corruption, strengthen institutional construction, deepen the education of integrity, and create a social atmosphere of respect for integrity. Through the joint efforts of society as a whole, the synergistic effect of a culture of integrity and socio-economic development can be brought into full play, and society can be promoted to achieve the goals of fair, ","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"16 3","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141385926","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Digital transformation changes the operational model of enterprises, profoundly affecting their capital demand structure, profitability, and risk-bearing capacity, thereby having a profound impact on the dynamic adjustment of capital structure. Digital transformation leads enterprises to focus more on the optimization of technology investment and capital expenditure. As investment in digital technologies increases, the capital demand structure of enterprises changes, requiring them to adjust their capital structure according to actual situations to support the progress of digital transformation. However, digital transformation is not always smooth sailing. The rapid changes in market environment, adjustments in industry competition patterns, and diversification of customer demands pose new challenges to the dynamic adjustment of corporate capital structure. Enterprises that fail to transform or adjust improperly often overlook the dynamic adjustment of capital structure, leading to problems such as capital shortages and risk accumulation. Therefore, enterprises should pay close attention to the dynamic adjustment of capital structure during digital transformation, formulate reasonable capital structure strategies according to actual conditions and changes in the external environment, to achieve sustainable development.","PeriodicalId":515906,"journal":{"name":"Transactions on Economics, Business and Management Research","volume":"42 4","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-06-05","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141382439","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
