Rising resource prices lead to significant increases in inflation rates internationally. Those who offer goods to their consumers must take a position for a longer-term and sustainable change in their pricing strategy, so that they generate a profit with which they manage to cover the costs of producing or selling their products. In addition to changes in profit management, it will be necessary to include marketing methods to promote products and inform customers about their qualities. Increasing the market share of the companies will not be the only goal if they desire the long-term of their business, but they will have to create strategies to increase their revenue without it being dependent on the volume of sales.","PeriodicalId":51540,"journal":{"name":"Research Papers in Education","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.7,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"81818624","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"教育学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Some of them include: an innovative 'portfolio thinking' approach, revealing the extent of the EU's innovative spirit in creating new trajectories of engagement with the Western Balkans and Eastern Partnership countries, and emphasising the importance of de-risking so that the above presented initiatives are recognised as an opportunity rather than an obstacle to the European perspective; experimental use of artificial intelligence by the OpenAI research laboratory in developing potential scenarios for the future of enlargement policy in the short, medium and long term. \u0000The study has its added value in view of the upcoming European elections in 2024, the growing geopolitical aspirations of Russia and China in Eastern and South-Eastern Europe, the need to prepare both the EU and candidate countries for future enlargements and for the challenges of tomorrow.","PeriodicalId":51540,"journal":{"name":"Research Papers in Education","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.7,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"87587809","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"教育学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Consumer expectations show a rapid metamorphosis, adapting to the new reality. The beer market, as part of the country's economy, is a function of the ongoing macro and micro processes in Bulgaria. The worsening demographic crisis, the lack of foreign tourist’s flow and physical restrictions imposed by the government have significantly changed consumer behavior. COVID-19 clearly shows that the role and importance of market research is increasing exponentially. Only through market research the business can create sustainable strategies that lead to growth.","PeriodicalId":51540,"journal":{"name":"Research Papers in Education","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.7,"publicationDate":"2023-03-07","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"80787241","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"教育学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Schools are practice grounds for these citizenship competences. This study investigates whether students' experiences with voice in school are related to their attitudes towards voice (contributing and listening democratically), and how a democratic school culture affects this relation. Overall, 5297 students, from 240 classrooms, in 81 Dutch secondary schools, participated in the study. Results of multilevel analyses revealed that students' voice experiences at school, their own and those of their classmates, are positively related to students' attitudes towards contributing and listening democratically. This relation is not affected by a democratic school culture. These findings underline the relevance of opportunities to practice voice at school for all students and of the social nature of practicing voice. More generally, this study illustrates the importance of understanding schools as practice grounds for citizenship.</p>","PeriodicalId":51540,"journal":{"name":"Research Papers in Education","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.1,"publicationDate":"2023-03-02","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pmc/articles/PMC11302574/pdf/","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"46763137","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"教育学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"OA","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

This paper examines the theoretical and socio-political development of the ‘vulnerability Zeitgeist’ in recent years and the extent to which it has been applied to both young people and teachers in schools. We outline how the instrumental and negative views of vulnerability, which dominate policy discourse, run counter to the more expansive and ambivalent understandings familiar from sociological and psychoanalytic theory and use two cases drawn from studies undertaken in England and Germany to highlight their deleterious effects. Our analysis suggests that a more relational and collaborative approach, which explores vulnerability from the perspectives of both teachers and students, is necessary to improve support for the most vulnerable young people. We suggest that there are benefits to focusing on the vulnerability of young people and teachers, which research has until now examined separately, together conceptually and in practice to help to build trust and change attitudes to mental health and wellbeing in schools.","PeriodicalId":51540,"journal":{"name":"Research Papers in Education","volume":null,"pages":null},"PeriodicalIF":2.7,"publicationDate":"2023-02-20","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"41949386","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":3,"RegionCategory":"教育学","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
