The term trauma refers to experiences that cause intense physical and psychological stress reactions. The article provides an overview of theories of trauma, the concept of existential trauma, its types, as well as modern approaches to the treatment of trauma-related disorders. The existential context of the traumatic experience is indicated. Gestalt Trauma Therapy is a step-by-step model based on Gestalt principles that integrates key common factors and elements of other evidence-based approaches to trauma treatment. Gestalt therapy covers the general factors of psychotherapy and corresponds to the three main stages of trauma therapy: assessment, trauma-related work, and closure. The described model of Gestalt trauma therapy is considered effective for working with traumatic experiences.","PeriodicalId":515124,"journal":{"name":"SMALTA","volume":"12 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141715841","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Not only the psychological, but also the medical community is sounding the alarm on this issue, since the demographic crisis is also a state threat to our time. The author proposes to consider the main causes and psychological aspects of perinatal loss. The article outlines technologies for supporting in art therapy, to help lients during both the acute stage of experiencing loss and in preparation for subsequent pregnancy. Practical exercises for working with clients using art therapy tools are proposed and signs of successful solving problems of experiencing loss in the perinatal sphere are identified. In transitional periods of society, in times of crisis, there is a situation where old meanings are lost and there is a need to search for new ones. More and more people are faced with the task of finding their meaning and understanding what is needed to feel satisfied with life. These reflections are among the existential. The article analyzes the term life satisfaction and explores the concepts of existential crisis and existential frustration. Describes the specifics of transformational games (t-games) as an existential process; their psychological content and functional significance are revealed and justified. Based on the limitations in working with the existential needs of clients is revealed. Using the example of the method of transformation-integration generation of development, the principles of t-game work with clients’ existential requests are substantiated. The methodology of nonclassical psychology by G. S. Prygina is proposed as a methodological basis. Examples are given from the practice of working with different existential queries by clients of different ages. It is concluded that the t-game is not a toy, which is why it is important to introduce certification criteria for both leading and the tools themselves. Options for researching the possibilities of t-games and the subjective reality that opens up in them are proposed.","PeriodicalId":515124,"journal":{"name":"SMALTA","volume":"226 1","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141708221","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

It is shown that the institution of family and marriage, monogamous relationships does not have an “impeccable” historical reputation, which can be contrasted with the modern “decline” of morals, that the ongoing changes in the system of sexual and marital relations, the growth of tolerance to sexual culture is one of the stages of evolution that lasts the entire history of mankind. An analysis of the causes of this phenomenon at different stages of psychosocial development according to E. Erikson was carried out from the point of view of the existential approach. The relationship with the stages of development of relationships, normative and non-normative crises of relations, classifications of the causes of betrayal has been revealed. The article shows that changing sexual partners at different stages of relationships and at different ages can both contribute to understanding and solving existential issues, and serve to avoid their awareness. An algorithm for therapeutic analysis of client cases with promiscuous behavior is proposed.","PeriodicalId":515124,"journal":{"name":"SMALTA","volume":"13 5","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-07-01","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"141709843","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
