The article explores concepts of Expressive Arts therapy psychotherapy, the psychology of meaning in life, and therapy through practical use. Practical recommendations for working with clients using art therapy and intermodal expressive arts therapy are offered, and an analysis of effectiveness factors, advantages and disadvantages is carried out. Utilizing art therapy and intermodal expressive arts therapy, among other modalities, to address existential issues proves to be a significant and impactful approach in providing support and guidance to clients.
