(TNCI) operates in a highly dynamic and evolving market, requiring the need for a strategic business plan to sustain growth and adaptability. The New Cyberlinktech, Inc. (TNCI) is one of the leading information technology providers for Private Emission Testing Centers (PETCs) under the Department of Transportation and the Land Transportation Office in the Philippines. TNCI faces significant challenges in the current market landscape, including increasing regulatory pressure against PETCs, the emergence of the Motor Vehicle Inspection System (MVIS) as an alternative mode of vehicle testing, and the frequent leadership changes and abrupt policy shifts at the Land Transportation Office (LTO) and the Department of Transportation (DOTr). To ensure sustainability and adaptability, this dissertation aims to develop a comprehensive business plan for The New Cyberlinktech, Inc. (TNCI) that addresses the challenges posed by the rapidly changing market landscape including a 5-year roadmap. The research design employs a mixed methods approach. The qualitative phase involves conducting interviews with key stakeholders within TNCI, including senior management, employees, and selected industry experts. Through these qualitative interactions, the study aims to identify the specific challenges faced by TNCI in the evolving market and explore potential strategic approaches to address them. In the quantitative phase, the focus is on using surveys among the current clients of the company to determine the preferred IT projects that they want the company to implement in the future. The quantitative analysis provides a comprehensive assessment of TNCI’s current performance, identifies potential risks and opportunities, and informs the development of strategic recommendations. The integrated analysis phase synthesizes the findings from the qualitative and quantitative data. By comparing and contrasting the insights gained from both approaches, a holistic understanding of the challenges and opportunities facing TNCI is achieved. The strategic business plan is formulated based on the integrated analysis, considering the specific needs and goals of TNCI. The plan encompasses strategies to address regulatory challenges, navigate the MVIS landscape, manage leadership changes, adapt to policy shifts, and recommend potential IT projects that the company can adapt and implement. Potential findings may include insights into the specific regulatory pressures faced by PETCs, the implications of the MVIS on TNCI’s business model, and strategies to mitigate the effects of leadership and policy changes. Employing descriptive research methods, the study focused on the “what” aspects of the issue, using a survey to gather data from 35 students enrolled in alternative delivery modes. Academic performance was measured using students’ average grades. The survey, divided into categories like learning resources and digital packets, revealed a significant correlation between alternative delivery modes and academic achievement, as indicated by a Spearman Rho p-value of 0.000. While various frameworks exist for other industries, limited attention has been given to developing tailored sustainability frameworks for the animal nutrition sector. The purpose of this study is to explore and analyze the best practices and implementation strategies of a strategic hiring approach that advances DEI in hiring, offering insights that can be applied across a range of industries and sectors, ultimately contributing to a more equitable and inclusive workforce. This study aims to provide a comprehensive review of the literature on DEI and strategic hiring practices, identify the key factors that facilitate the successful implementation of DEI practices in strategic hiring, as well as the common barriers that hinder success. The research instrument included semi-structured interviews, surveys with Likert scale ratings, and document analysis to gather qualitative and quantitative data. The sample consisted of HR managers, recruiters, and hiring managers from the Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) industry, with a sample size of 25 participants selected through purposive sampling. The study incorporated an exploratory, descriptive, and interpretive research design to explore the best practices and implement strategies of strategic hiring for DEI. The results indicate that organizations can adopt strategies that promote DEI through strategic hiring. By identifying and highlighting these best practices, this study can help organizations create more diverse, equitable, and inclusive workplaces, which can lead to numerous benefits for employees, customers, and society as a whole. However, high turnover rates and career change are evident not only in the Philippines but also abroad. The country is facing a shortage of accountants due to a drop in college enrollment and those licensed working abroad. The Philippine Institute of Certified Public Accountants (PICPA) reported that local accounting firms have hit a tipping point and begun hiring non-certified public accountants to fill the widening gap. High turnover rates can lead to lost productivity, increased costs, and a decline in morale. Accounting professionals help businesses track and manage transactions, including expenses and incomes, and make sound financial decisions. Without them, the world would be less safe and stable, resulting in increased fraud, financial instability, and overall economic inefficiency. Strategic management is necessary to improve efficiency and set goals. Understanding the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats of the profession is crucial to recognizing what needs to be built or empowered and what needs to be resolved and avoided. The worldwide shortage of accountants makes it easier for Filipino accountants to find better opportunities elsewhere. Pursuing an accounting degree and passing licensure examinations is not an easy feat, and the profession is not being recognized enough. A strategic management plan could make the accounting and auditing profession more attractive to potential employees and create a more positive and supportive work environment for accountants and auditors in the country. The accounting industry’s empowerment is crucial for sustainable employment, as businesses increasingly prioritize sustainability. Accountants play a vital role in creating resilient and stable jobs by adopting sustainable practices and embedding them into their business processes. They act as catalysts for change, leading businesses to make more responsible financial decisions and promoting sustainable long-term growth. This approach goes beyond financial matters, recognizing the value of environmental stewardship, social justice, and ethical practices. The adoption of English as a medium of instruction has become popular in educational institutions such as English-version schools and public and private universities due to global demands for English proficiency. Employing quantitative research methods, this study investigates the gap in language acquisition among Bangla-speaking students who are taught in English despite their non-native background. It also addresses concerns about the potential loss of Bengali identity due to the prevalence of English instruction. The research examines the use of the first language (L1) and the target language (English) within English as a Second Language (ESL) classrooms. While L1 use can help students understand complex concepts and vocabulary, excessive use can hinder their exposure to the target language. The study analyzes the effectiveness of using English in ESL classrooms and students’ academic performance in English, Math, and Science subjects. Additionally, this research explores the challenges faced by teachers and students when implementing English as a medium of instruction. The historical association of English with colonialism has raised skepticism among Bengali speakers and questions about preserving their mother tongue. This study examines how this linguistic scenario affects classroom activities and learning outcomes. By examining the development of English language skills in Math, Science, and English subjects, this research aims to determine the effectiveness of the current medium of instruction in fostering proficiency in both language and subjects taught. The findings of this study provide insights into language policy and the medium of instruction in the Bangladeshi education system. The research can guide policy-makers and educational authorities in determining the most effective approach to balancing English as a medium of instruction with the preservation of Bengali identity and language. JPM Manpower is a recruitment company bringing professionals and skilled labor force to different countries in the world. This year, a proposed expansion was thought of by the researcher who is the owner of the firm. The combination of the quantitative and qualitative methods was used. To assess if the JPM Manpower is ready for expansion, the researcher conducted this study. Using the quantitative method, the researcher used the survey method in the data gathering to assess customer satisfaction. Using the qualitative method, the researcher evaluated JPM Manpower using the Internal Factors Evaluation (IFE) Matrix where the internal strengths and weaknesses were identified. The results revealed that JPM Manpower has an internal position of 3.25, which indicates that it is in a strong internal position. The EFE Matrix depicts the opportunities and dangers faced by JPM Manpower, as well as the effectiveness of its tactics to capitalize on the opportunities and prevent threats from entering the system. The overall weighted score of 2.66 suggests that, although the firm can meet opportunities and defend against threats, it does not have a strong enough score to safely assume 100% market domination. A representation of the three key zones, each of which has a distinct strategic significance for JPM Manpower is shown in the IE matrix. Data for the JPM Manpower SWOT Analysis was derived from the results of a survey done to measure consumer loyalty and satisfaction, which was then utilized in the Internal Factor Evaluation (IFE) and External Factor Evaluation (EFE) processes (EFE). It was indicated by the SPACE Matrix study of JPM Manpower that it should take a more aggressive approach to prosper. The research in this study employed a descriptive-qualitative research design because it aims to describe the extent of addressing violent extremism in Patikul, Sulu by Sectoral Group. The study sought to answer the question specifically: To what extent does the Sectoral Group address violent extremism in Patikul, Sulu as expected against as demonstrated in terms of: 1.1. Community participation; 1.2. Youth Development Programs; 1.3. Promotion of peace and development. 2. Based on the Findings, what Peaceful Resolution Model can be proposed? The focus group discussions, key informant interviews, and document analysis are all employed to gather data for the study’s questions. It was found that the extent of the Sectoral Group in addressing violent extremism in terms of community participation was made through strengthening community participation and livelihood programs. It was also found that the extent of the Sectoral Group in addressing violent extremism regarding Youth Development Programs was conducting symposiums and sports activities.
