Method In April 2021, a survey was conducted with 1050 undergraduates from 9 universities in Jiangxi Province, utilizing Health Literacy Scales, Health Behavior Self-efficacy Scales, and Health-Promoting Lifestyle Revision Scales. Results (1) The average health literacy score among undergraduates was (66.17±10.01), with 81.6% of students having high or marginal health literacy. The average score for health-promoting lifestyles was (101.34±16.09), indicating an above-average level. The total score for health behavior self-efficacy was (89.23±18.43), indicating a general level of self-efficacy. (2) Positive correlations were found between undergraduates' health literacy, health behavior self-efficacy, and health-promoting lifestyles (r=0.259 ~ 0.759, P < 0.05). (3) Health behavior self-efficacy was found to mediate the relationship between undergraduates' health literacy and health-promoting lifestyles. Conclusion To promote a healthy lifestyle among undergraduates, it is crucial to not only improve their health literacy but also enhance their health behavior self-efficacy.","PeriodicalId":512206,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Social Development and Education Research","volume":"21 8","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140715832","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

Six weightlifting athletes from Hainan Provincial Sports Academy were screened for the Functional Movement Screen test. The test results were evaluated and analyzed by the researchers. The test items included the shoulder flexibility, the active straight leg raise, the trunk stability push-up, the rotary stability test, the deep squat, the hurdle step and the inline lunge. The average score of weightlifting athletes was 15.5 points. The average score for the inline lunge was 3 points, the hurdle step had an average score of 2.8 points, but the average score for shoulder flexibility was less than 1 point. The trunk strength and lower limb strength of weightlifting athletes were at relatively high levels, but shoulder flexibility was relatively weak.","PeriodicalId":512206,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Social Development and Education Research","volume":"16 2","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140714577","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

The Yangtze River Delta Urban Agglomeration (YRDUA) is one of the most developed regions in China in terms of economy, science and education, and culture. Quantifying and analyzing its education and research efficiency is of great significance for the development of this urban agglomeration. Therefore, this study applied Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) to evaluate the education and research efficiency of YRDUA from 2000 to 2021, and applied GIS visualization methods to analyze its spatiotemporal distribution characteristics. The research results indicate that due to the steady implementation of the Yangtze River Delta regional integration strategy, the overall scientific and educational efficiency of the Yangtze River Delta is showing a continuous upward trend. At the same time, the efficiency gap between different cities in the region is showing a narrowing trend,","PeriodicalId":512206,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Social Development and Education Research","volume":"82 12","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-04-11","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"140712968","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}

However, there is no research on Nigeria's real understanding of the initiative. Using Transitivity System and the Appraisal Theory as the analysis framework and AntConc and UAM Corps Tool as analysis tools, this paper studies the reports on the \"the Belt and Road\" by three mainstream media in Nigeria: the National Daily, the Guardian and the Leadership. The study found that most Nigerian media reports showed a positive attitude, but a few reports reflected their misinterpretation of the \"the Belt and Road\" initiative, which may be affected by the malicious advocacy of western countries.","PeriodicalId":512206,"journal":{"name":"Advances in Social Development and Education Research","volume":"20 11","pages":""},"PeriodicalIF":0.0,"publicationDate":"2024-01-19","publicationTypes":"Journal Article","fieldsOfStudy":null,"isOpenAccess":false,"openAccessPdf":"","citationCount":null,"resultStr":null,"platform":"Semanticscholar","paperid":"139612279","PeriodicalName":null,"FirstCategoryId":null,"ListUrlMain":null,"RegionNum":0,"RegionCategory":"","ArticlePicture":[],"TitleCN":null,"AbstractTextCN":null,"PMCID":"","EPubDate":null,"PubModel":null,"JCR":null,"JCRName":null,"Score":null,"Total":0}
