Oleh karena itu, penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM, baik pengaruh langsung maupun pengaruh tidak langsung melalui perilaku pengelolaan keuangan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif. Penelitian dilakukan kepada 100 orang pelaku UMKM di kota Medan. Teknik penarikan sampel menggunakan teknik simple random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan menggunakan kuesioner. Data dianalisis menggunakan metode analisis jalur (path analisys). Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan, literasi keuangan, dan inklusi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap perilaku pengelolaan keuangan UMKM. Kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan dan literasi keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif tidak signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, inklusi keuangan dan perilaku pengelolaan keuangan secara parsial berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Temuan menarik lainnya adalah perilaku pengelolaan keuangan memediasi pengaruh kemampuan menyusun laporan keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Perilaku pengelolaan keuangan juga memediasi pengaruh literasi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. Sementara itu, perilaku pengelolaan keuangan tidak memediasi pengaruh inklusi keuangan terhadap kinerja keuangan UMKM. This study aims to analyze the implementation of administrative service policies at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registry Office. This type of research is qualitative research. Primary data sources were obtained through interviews with 18 informants and supported by observation and documentation review at the Makassar City Population and Civil Registry Office. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the administrative service policy has interpreted the above policies. However, the arrangement for employee placement is less effective because it only places two employees at the file verification counter so that its implementation results in long queues. This shows the lack of coordination by the implementor on the existing service arrangements and procedures and the lack of socialization to the community, resulting in the weak ability of the community to adapt to the procedures and service innovations that have been made. Thus, it is recommended to apply the Optimal One-Stop Integrated Service Model so that the administrative services of the Makassar City Population and Civil Registration Service are more effective. The need to improve effective coordination between implementing organizations to meet all resource requirements so that Standard Operating Procedures and service innovations are made according to the needs of the organization and society. However, it has not got a well planning strategy to establish this tourism sites sustainably and become a competitive destination in Denpasar City. This research aims to identify the development potential along Tukad Bindu, Denpasar, Bali, using qualitative methods and applying SWOT analysis. The research location focused on the revitalization of the river as a driver of tourism and increased agricultural productivity, tourist attractions, and active community participation. The results showed that the S-O (Strengths-Opportunity) strategy can be applied by preserving river revitalization as a carrying capacity for tourism while increasing agricultural productivity and tourist attractions. The S-T (Strengths-Threats) strategy can be done by empowering the community through active participation to overcome potential threats. The W-O (weaknesses-opportunities) strategy involves providing education and counselling through the Denpasar City Environment Agency to local communities. Meanwhile, the W-T (Weaknesses-Threats) strategy emphasizes cooperation with the government and the private sector to increase tourism promotion, develop cultural agricultural attractions, and maintain the sustainability of the program in the future. This research recommends the implementation of these strategies as concrete steps in maximizing the development potential around Tukad Bindu, Denpasar, and Bali. The success of construction projects, including transmission towers, can be measured based on the triple constraint, namely correct quality, timely and cost-effective. These three things can be achieved through human resource management. This study aims to measure the influence of human resource management which includes HR planning, project leadership support, organizational structure, and provision of training on the success of electricity projects (transmission towers) in West Papua Province. This study uses a cross-sectional approach to determine the relationship among the variables studied. The population of this study is all workers involved in the transmission construction project of the work tower SUTT Aimas – Sorong (AS) and SUTT Sorong – Rufey (SR). Data collection was carried out through interviews and questionnaires with a sample size of 35 respondents determined by purposive sampling. A partial disaggregation approach with Structure Equation Modeling - Partial Least Square using SmartPLS was carried out to measure the causal relationship among the observed variables. Based on hypothesis testing, it was identified that each variable influences the success of the electricity project, where the provision of training has the greatest influence, positive and significant where the t - value is 2.269 and r0.673; human resource planning has a moderate, positive and significant effect where the t - value is 0.374 and r0.389; project leadership support has a moderate effect, but positive and significant where the t - value is 0.182 and r0.354, while the organizational structure has an insignificant and non-unidirectional effect where the t- value is 0.225 and r-0.393. To increase value for the company, the implementation of TJSL with the concept of creating share value (CSV) is an option. This is in line with the directives from the Ministry of BUMN. Pertamina is the largest BUMN in Indonesia with complete business processes from upstream to downstream. As an implementation of TJSL with the CSV concept, as well as increasing awareness regarding the use of LPG on target, Pertamina has the Pinky Movement program. This program is funding for small micro enterprises (PUMK) as well as the development of small micro enterprises (UMK). In practice, the Pinky Movement program provides opportunities for MSEs in the trade and culinary sectors for business development. For the trade sector, the targets are LPG outlets, while the culinary sector, the targets are restaurants, cake shops, and so on. The Pinky Movement program is carried out with the aim of converting subsidized LPG to non-subsidized, so that each participant is required to sell non-subsidized LPG for MSEs in the trade sector and use non-subsidized LPG for the culinary sector. This program has been running since 2020, until now in its third year, program development is needed so that the program can run optimally. The development of the Pinky Movement program uses design thinking techniques, using all five stages, namely empathy, define, idea, prototype, and test. The highest stunting is found in East Nusa Tenggara Province by 42.6 percent. The North Central Timor Regency which is a border district found a prevalence of stunting data by 51.8% in 2018 where this figure is the highest in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Looking at this problem the regional government issued a Regent's instructions Number: DPMD 413.4 / 208 / VI / 2019 concerning the budgeting of village funds and village funds for the prevention and decrease of stunting in the village in 2019. The results showed that the regent's instructions were quite effective in pressing the number of stunting where there was a decline significantly where in February 2021 the prevalence rate gradually declined to reach 26.1%. However, the stunting figure in North Insana Subdistrict and Bikomi Nilulat Subdistrict, which is the border sub-district of its prevalence figure is still below 20% of 31%.
