The research population was class VIII students and sampling used a purposive random sampling technique and obtained a total of 6 students. This research uses quantitative research methods with a one group pre-test post-test design. Data collection uses a self-regulated learning scale developed by researchers. The data analysis using Wilcoxon UI using SPSS. The research results show the value of Asymp. Sig (2-tailed) of 0.027. It's smaller than <0.050, which means nol hypothesis is rejected. Indrawan","doi":"10.35508/jbkf.v1i3.11183","DOIUrl":"https://doi.org/10.35508/jbkf.v1i3.11183","url":null,"abstract":"This study aims to determine (1) the picture of the activeness of the FKIP Undana student organization, (2) the picture of the confidence of FKIP Undana students and (3) whether there is a relationship between organizational activity and self-confidence in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nusa Cendana University. This study used a quantitative approach with a correlation type of research. The research was conducted at Campus B FKIP Undana with an affordable population of 105 people and a sample of 63 respondents. The sampling technique is carried out by the simple random sampling method. Data collection technique using Likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and product moment correlation analysis with the help of the SPPS program version 20. The results showed that organizational activity in FKIP Undana students was in the active category with a percentage of 52.4%, and the results of data analysis of the confidence of FKIP Undana students were in the confidence category with a percentage of 51%. Based on the correlation analysis of product moment, a sig value is obtained. (2-tailed) 0.000 and r-calculated value 0.797 at level 0.05 so r-table 0.2480. This shows that there is a strong/high positive relationship between organizational activity and self-confidence in students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nusa Cendana University. The results of the product moment correlation test show that there is a high/strong relationship between organizational activity and the confidence of FKIP Undana students, and having a positive relationship means that high/strong levels of organizational activity can increase self-confidence. In response to this, the researcher aims to conduct research with a library research design related to the Implementation of REBT Counseling in directing the meaning of life of adolescents. The results obtained from the search by researchers are to direct adolescents who are at an unstable age, assistance is needed for the adolescents themselves. Assistance can be done by adults such as parents, teachers and counselors. Basically, the classification of rational and irrational thoughts is done so that the counselee is able to understand in advance which path is good to take as a guide to the meaning of life. In addition, the counselor also needs to challenge the counselee to test his thoughts. This research aims to determine the description of academic anxiety in students who are preparing a thesis, a description of self-efficacy in students who are preparing a thesis and the relationship between academic anxiety and self-efficacy in students who are preparing a thesis in the Education Science group at the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Nusa Cendana University. The approach used in this research is quantitative with descriptive correlational research. This research was conducted in the clump of Education Sciences Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, University of Nusa Cendana Kupang with a population of 500 students. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling with a sample size of 100 students. Data collection techniques using academic anxiety scale and self-efficacy scale. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis and product moment correlation analysis. The results showed that academic anxiety in students who are preparing a thesis is dominant in the high category with 38 student respondents (38%), while self-efficacy in students who are preparing a thesis is dominant in the low category with 36 student respondents (36%). The results of the product moment correlation test show that there is a significant relationship between Academic Anxiety and Self-Efficacy as evidenced by the value of r count: -0.286 > r table -0.197 and significance < alpha probability which is 0.000 < 0.05. The data analysis technique used was narrative. The results showed that: the implementation of home visits for Counseling Teachers in overcoming student delinquency at Tumu State Junior High School, Central Amanuban District, South Central Timor Regency was carried out by 2 counseling guidance teachers. each counseling guidance teacher prepares everything needed to carry out home visits starting from planning, implementing, evaluating, and following up. It is important to have interventions for victims who feel self-blaming, so that they continue to grow in accordance with their developmental tasks optimally. The aim of this study was to determine the effectiveness of the reality counseling metaphor technique in reducing students' self-blaming as a result of being victims of body shaming. The research method uses the Systematic Literature Review. stematic Literature Review consists of several stages, namely formulating questions, searching for literature, establishing criteria, selecting literature, presenting data, processing data and drawing conclusions. The data obtained related to keywords is 19 articles. The articles were selected based on criteria close to the researchers' objectives, namely into 5 articles taken from 2015-2020. This study aims to determine the description of the intensity of Facebook use with the nomophobia tendency of students, and whether there is a relationship between the intensity of facebook use and the nomophobia tendency of BK Undana students. This research uses a quantitative approach with a type of correlation descriptive research. This research was carried out at the Guidance and Counseling Study Program of FKIP Nusa Cendana University Kupang with a total population of 209 people and a sample of 70 people. The sampling technique used is the purposive sampling method or respondents who have the characteristics of the same criteria. The data collection technique uses a likert scale questionnaire. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and correlation analysis with the help of the SPPS for Windows 26.00 Version program. The results showed that (I) In general, students using Facebook are in an intermediate presentation, namely 43% for the low category in using Facebook (II) Based on the results of data analysis, the nomophobia tendency of students of the FKIP guidance and counseling study program at Nusa Cendana University is in the low category in the nomophobia tendency with a presentation of 44%. Person product moment correlation analysis shows that between the intensity of facebook use and the tendency to nomophobia has a positive directional relationship shown with an r value of 0.452 The results of the correlation significance test, showed that there was a significant relationship between the intensity of facebook use and the nomophobia tendency of students of the Guidance and Counseling Study Program FKIP Nusa Cendana Kupang University as evidenced by the r-count value > r table (0.452 >0.273). Based on the results of the study, it was concluded that there is a relationship between the intensity of Facebook use and the nomophobia tendency of BK Undana students. The researcher applied a qualitative research approach and employed a case study design. The criteria for selecting research subjects included: 1) mastering and understanding the research theme; in this case, students at the Anjungan Jayawijaya dormitory with procrastination behavior towards the completion of their final studies consisting of class 216, 2017 and aged 26, 27 and 29 years. Based on the results of the research, procrastination towards the completion of final studies is generally caused by students' laziness, other activities such as organization and hanging out with friends, and the tendency to play games irresponsibly. Contributing factors include a lack of time management in doing assignments, the priority is focused on earning money for college due to a lack of financial support from parents in supporting education, a lack of self-discipline, a lack of time management, a lack of self-awareness, the influence of involvement in an organization, addiction to playing social media Facebook and the lack of food supply in the dormitory, and the influence of the organization on the subject's personality. The impact of procrastination behavior on the completion of final studies leads to oneself and the environment. The purpose of this study was to find out whether or not there was an effect of using self-control techniques in group counseling to overcome addiction to playing online games.This research uses a quantitative approach with a quasi-experimental type of research (Quasi Experimental), with a research design of One Group Pretest-Posttest. The population of the study was 210 people, the sampling in this study used purposive sampling, namely 7 students with high addiction scores. The collection uses a questionnaire and documentation.
