The research aims to classify peri urban saptial cluster based on the proportion of built-up and non-built land and land use of peri urban areas in Lowokwaru, Malang City in 2015–2020. Land use change analysis of the Lowokwaru peri urban area using a quantitative approach. Data processing using ArcGIS with digitization techniques on built and non-built land use in 2015 and 2020. As a result of digitization in 2015, the area of built-up land was 16.6 km² and non-built land was 6.5 km². In 2020, there was a change in the use of built-up land which increased and the shrinking of non-built land area of 0.0009 km² or by 4.9 percent. Landuse change of unbuilt land are turning into land use for settlements, industry, etc. Land use changes that occur result in changes in zones or spatial clusters of urban elves Lowokwaru. These results show that the Lowokwaru peri urban area has a spatial cluster/zone in the form of Fringe, Outer fringe, Urban shadow zone. Pertambahan jumlah penduduk dan terbatasnya jumlah lahan perkotaan mendorong terjadinya perubahan penggunaan lahan ke arah area tepi kota/peri urban dikarenakan kondisi pusat kota yang semakin padat. Tujuan penelitian adalah mengklasifikasikan klaster Wilayah peri urban berdasarkan proporsi lahan terbangun dan non-terbangun dan penggunaan lahan wilayah peri urban Lowokwaru Kota Malang tahun 2015–2020. Analisis perubahan penggunaan lahan wilayah peri urban Lowokwaru dilakukanmenggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Pengolahan data menggunakan Arc GIS dengan teknik digitasi pada penggunaan lahan terbangun dan non-terbangun tahun 2015 dan 2020. Hasil digitasi tahun 2015 luas lahan terbangun seluas 16,6 km² dan lahan non-terbangun seluas 6,5 km². Tahun 2020 ditemui perubahan pengggunaan lahan terbangun yang bertambah dan menyusutnya luas lahan non-terbangun seluas 0,0009 km² atau sebesar 4,9 persen. Perubahan penggunaan lahan non-terbangun beralih menjadi pemanfaatan lahan untuk permukiman, industri, pendidikan, perdagangan, dan jasa. Perubahan penggunaan lahan yang terjadi berakibat pada berubahnya zona atau klaster spasial peri urban Lowokwaru. One of the efforts in improving students' abilities is through the learning process. Nowadays, students need learning that involves visual representation of data to attract attention. It can be represented in interactive Powerpoint media. The aim of this study is to produce a viable product in the form of interactive Powerpoint media material on natural disaster mitigation and adaptation to improve student learning outcomes. Research procedure used is ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) model. The data used is quantitative with the collection technique through assessment questionnaires, response questionnaires, and tests. Once collected, the data are analyzed by percentage descriptive analysis techniques. Product trials were carried out in two classes, namely the experimental class (XI 6) and the control class (XI 5). The results of validating the feasibility of media experts obtained 93.3 percent and design experts 70.1 percent. The results of the product trial to students received 83.2% responses and from teachers 83.5 percent. As well as the average value obtained by XI 6 is higher than XI 5. Thus, it is known that the use of interactive Powerpoint media for natural disaster mitigation and adaptation materials has a positive influence on student learning outcomes. Fungsi sekolah di abad-21 mengalami perluasan, guru diharuskan menciptakan pembelajaran sesuai dengan standar proses pendidikan untuk menghasilkan lulusan berkualitas dan mampu mengatasi permasalahan yang kompleks. Salah satu upaya dalam meningkatkan kemampuan siswa yaitu melalui proses belajar. Saat ini, siswa membutuhkan pembelajaran yang melibatkan representasi visual data untuk menarik perhatian. Hal tersebut dapat direpresentasikan dalam media Powerpoint interaktif. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menghasilkan produk yang layak berupa media Powerpoint interaktif materi mitigasi dan adaptasi bencana alam untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Prosedur penelitian menggunakan model ADDIE (Analyze, Design, Development, Implementation, dan Evaluation). Data yang digunakan berjenis kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulannya melalui angket penilaian, angket tanggapan, dan tes. Setelah terkumpul, data dianalisis dengan teknik analisis deskriptif persentase. Uji coba produk dilakukan kepada dua kelas, yaitu kelas eksperimen (XI 6) dan kelas kontrol (XI 5). Hasil validasi kelayakan ahli media memperoleh 93,3 persen dan ahli desain 70,1 persen. Hasil uji coba produk kepada siswa memperoleh tanggapan 83,2 persen dan dari guru 83,5 persen. In addition, the 2013 curriculum will end, so an evaluation of planning is needed. This research aims to evaluate the planning of geography learning in the 2013 curriculum. This type of research is descriptive research. The evaluation model used is gap evaluation. The research subjects were all teachers of geography, with sampling using cluster random sampling methods. Collecting data using a document with percentage analysis. The results of this study were obtained from the quality of high school geography learning planning in the form of syllabus learning tools and lesson plans. In the syllabus of geography teachers in Malang Regency, the categories are very consistent with the percentage, consisting of SMAN 1 Lawang, SMAN 1 Singosari, SMAN 1 Tumpang, SMAN 1 Kepanjen, SMAN 1 Dampit, SMAN 1 Turen and SMAN 1 Sumberpucung. Meanwhile, geography teachers with categories according to the percentage of 22 percent consisting of SMAN 1 Gondanglegi and SMAN 1 Bululawang. In the lesson plans categories are very consistent with the percentage 11 percent of SMAN 1 Kepanjen. Geography teachers in the appropriate category with a percentage of 45 percent are at SMAN 1 Sumberpucung, SMAN 1 Lawang, SMAN 1 Singosari and SMAN 1 Tumpang. Geography teacher in the quite conisisten with the percentage 33 percent of SMAN 1 Bululawang, SMAN 1 Dampit dan SMAN 1 Turen. Geography teachers in the less appropriate category 11 percent are at SMAN 1 Gondanglegi. Penelitian ini didasari ditemukan guru geografi dalam membuat perencanaan pembelajaran geografi yang belum sesuai dengan standar proses yang ditentukan. Selain itu kurikulum 2013 akan berakhir sehingga diperlukan adanya evaluasi perencanaan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengevaluasi kesesuaian perencanaan pembelajaran geografi dengan kurikulum 2013. Jenis penelitian adalah evaluasi. Model evaluasi yang digunakan adalah evaluasi kesenjangan. Subjek penelitian adalah seluruh guru geografi, dengan pengambilan sampel menggunakan metode cluster random sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan dokumen dengan analisis persentase. Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh dari kualitas perencanaan pembelajaran geografi SMA berupa perangkat pembelajaran silabus dan RPP. Pada silabus guru geografi di Kabupaten Malang kategori amat sesuai dengan persentase 22 persen terdiri dari SMAN 1 Lawang, SMAN 1 Singosari, SMAN 1 Tumpang, SMAN 1 Kepanjen, SMAN 1 Dampit, SMAN 1 Turen dan SMAN 1 Sumberpucung. The mind map-assisted PBL model is a scientific model that is centered on students with the study of problem phenomena. The mind map on the model serves as a tool to facilitate student learning. Critical thinking skills are students' abilities in formulating problems, arguing, concluding, evaluating, and providing solutions on essay tests. This study aimed to see the effect of the mind map-assisted PBL model on students' critical thinking skills. The method used was a quasi-experimental posttest-only control group design which was carried out at SMAN 10 Malang City in the odd semester of 2022/2023. The study subjects were XI IPS 1 control class and XI IPS 2 experimental class. Research trials were conducted to see the validity and reliability of the tool. Instruments using SPSS 25 are declared valid and reliable. Data were analyzed using the normality test and homogeneity test. The second test was declared normal and homogeneous with a value of 0.077 and 0.423, respectively in the experimental class. Meanwhile, the hypothesis test has acceptable H1 results, which means that the PBL model assisted by mind maps influences students' critical thinking skills. The results of critical thinking scores in the experimental and control classes were 80.44 and 72.62 with different scores for each indicator. Another finding from this research is that gender also found differences in critical thinking skills. Kajian fenomena geosfer dalam pembelajaran geografi memerlukan aktivitas belajar siswa dengan langkah-langkah saintifik. Model PBL berbantuan mind map merupakan model saintifik yang berpusat pada siswa dengan kajian fenomena masalah. Mind map pada model berfungsi sebagai sarana dalam memudahkan siswa belajar. Kemampuan berpikir kritis merupakan kemampuan siswa dalam merumuskan masalah, berargumen, menyimpulkan, evaluasi, dan memberi solusi pada tes essay. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat pengaruh model PBL berbantuan mind map terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. Metode yang dipergunakan yaitu eksperimen semu desain posttest-only control group yang dilaksanakan di SMAN 10 Kota Malang semester ganjil 2022/2023. Subjek dari penelitian yaitu XI IPS 1 kelas kontrol dan XI IPS 2 kelas eksperimen. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji normalitas dan uji homogenitas. Kedua pengujian dinyatakan normal dan homogen dengan masing-masing nilai sebesar 0,077 dan 0,423 pada kelas eksperimen. Sedangkan uji hipotesis memiliki hasil H1 dapat diterima yang berarti model PBL berbantuan mind map memberikan pengaruh pada kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa. This study aims to identify the difficulties of geography teachers in public high schools and efforts to overcome them in online learning during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research method is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study were 12 geography teachers of public high schools in Kediri Regency. Data collection techniques by distributing questionnaires in the form of a questionnaire. Data analysis used the percentage technique to compare the frequency of answers to questions in each category with the number of respondents. The results obtained with a score of 47 can be classified as having difficulty. Geography teachers in Kediri Regency have difficulty delivering material, managing classes, evaluating students, low internet mastery skills, low student readiness in online learning and inadequate student learning environment situations make it difficult for teachers to optimize the learning process. Efforts to overcome the teacher by participating in MGMP activities to increase information so that the implementation of online learning is more effective. Teachers can operate applications, improve communication with students and collaborate with parents face-to-face to optimize the achievement of learning objectives. Adanya pandemi COVID-19 pemerintah mengambil keputusan dengan melakukan proses pembelajaran dari rumah melalui pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kesulitan guru geografi SMA Negeri dan upaya mengatasinya pada pembelajaran daring saat masa pandemi COVID-19. Metode penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 12 guru geografi SMA Negeri di Kabupaten Kediri. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan menyebarkan kuesioner berupa angket. Analisis data menggunakan teknik persentase untuk membandingkan frekuensi jawaban pertanyaan tiap kategori dengan jumlah responden. Diperoleh hasil skor 47 dapat diklasifikasikan mengalami kesulitan. Guru geografi di Kabupaten Kediri mengalami kesulitan menyampaikan materi, mengelola kelas, mengevaluasi siswa, rendahnya kemampuan penguasaan internet, kesiapan siswa dalam pembelajaran daring yang rendah dan situasi lingkungan belajar siswa yang kurang memadai membuat guru kesulitan untuk mengoptimalkan proses pembelajaran. Upaya mengatasi yang dilakukan guru dengan mengikuti kegiatan MGMP untuk meningkatkan informasi agar pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring lebih efektif. This study aimed to determine the effect of problem-based learning on students' critical thinking skills in geography lessons. The type of research used was a quasi-experiment with a posttest only control group design involving 2 classes based on a purposive sampling technique. The instrument used is an essay with indicators of critical thinking skills. The research was conducted at SMA Mazra'atul Ulum Paciran Lamongan. The subjects of this study were XI IIS 2 as the control class and XI IIS 1 as the experimental class. The instrument used is the independent sample T-test. Based on the test results with the t-test, the sig value was obtained. 2 tailed is 0.002 less than 0.05, meaning there is a significant difference between critical thinking skills in the class using the PBL and conventional models. The results also show that the experimental class has a higher critical thinking ability than the control class. It can be concluded that PBL affects students' critical thinking skills at SMA Mazra'atul Ulum Paciran. Kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa dapat dilatih melalui model pembelajaran problem-based learning (PBL). Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model problem-based learning terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada pelajaran geografi. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu quasi experiment dengan desain posttest only control group desain yang melibatkan 2 kelas berdasarkan teknik purposive sampling. Instrumen yang digunakan berupa tes essay dengan indikator kemampuan berpikir kritis. Penelitian dilaksanakan di SMA Mazra’atul Ulum Paciran Lamongan. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu XI IIS 2 sebagai kelas kontrol dan XI IIS 1 sebagai kelas eksperimen. Instrumen yang digunakan yaitu Independent sample T-test. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian dengan uji-t diperoleh nilai sig. 2 tailed sebesar 0,002 kurang dari 0,05 yang berarti, ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara kemampuan berpikir kritis pada kelas yang menggunakan model PBL dan konvensional. Hasil penelitian juga menunjukkan jika kelas eksperimen memiliki nilai kemampuan berpikir kritis lebih unggul dari kelas kontrol. This study aims to determine the effect of the Guided Discovery learning model assisted by Sway media on the high-order thinking ability of students in geography. The research method uses a quasi-experimental method (Quasi Experiment) which consists of two groups of classes as research subjects, namely the control class and the experimental class. Data analysis used t-test as the mean difference test to test the difference between the experimental and control classes. However, before doing so, a prerequisite test is needed, namely the homogeneity test and the normality test. The results of the hypothesis test using the t-test obtained that the value (Sig 2-tailed) is 0.00 so that H0 is rejected, which means that there is a significant influence of the Guided Discovery learning model assisted by Sway media on students' higher-order thinking skills which shows that all indicators of higher-order thinking skills High level thinking skills can be carried out well through the Guided Discovery learning model and students are able to work on the posttest questions of higher order thinking skills. This research is expected to serve as a reference for similar research and as an alternative to the use of learning models that emphasize a scientific approach in high school level schools. Model pembelajaran Guided Discovery memiliki kelebihan untuk mengembangkan penguasaan keterampilan dan proses kognitif siswa serta mengarahkan siswa belajar secara mandiri sehingga mampu meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Kajian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dari model pembelajaran Guided Discovery berbantuan media Sway terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa mata pelajaran geografi. Metode penelitian menggunakan metode eksperimen semu (Quasi Experiment) yang terdiri atas dua kelompok kelas sebagai subjek penelitian yaitu kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan uji-t sebagai uji perbedaan rata-rata untuk menguji perbedaan antara kelas eksperimen dan kontrol. Namun sebelum melakukannya, dibutuhkan uji prasyarat yaitu uji homogenitas dan uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian dalam uji Hipotesis menggunakan uji-t yang diperoleh nilai (Sig 2-tailed) adalah 0.00 sehingga H0 ditolak, yang berarti terdapat pengaruh signifikan model pembelajaran Guided Discovery berbantukan media Sway terhadap kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi siswa yang menunjukkan bahwa seluruh indikator kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi dapat terlaksana dengan baik melalui model pembelajaran Guided Discovery serta siswa mampu mengerjakan soal posttest kemampuan berpikir tingkat tinggi. Landslides have the potential to cause material and environmental damage as well as loss of life. This research aims to map the Susceptibility of landslides in Pesanggaran District, Banyuwangi Regency. The method used in this study is the Storie Index method. Identification of landslide events based on remote sensing data and field observations taking into account the criteria of slope, geology, land use, soil texture and rainfall which is then processed using a Geographic Information System. Each criterion is weighted, then the results of the weighting are calculated using the Storie Index method. The results of the Susceptibility level of Pesanggaran District are divided into five classes: very low, low, medium, high and very high. Overall, Pesanggaran District has a low to very high level of Susceptibility. Landslides in Pesanggaran District often occur on mountain slopes that are relatively close to residents' homes or close to the tops of mountains. Very high levels of Susceptibility are found in Sumberagung and Kandangan Villages. Meanwhile, the level of Susceptibility is low to moderate in Pesanggaran, Sumbermulyo, and Sarongan villages. Longsor merupakan salah satu ancaman bencana di Kecamatan Pesanggaran, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Longsor berpotensi menimbulkan kerusakan material dan lingkungan maupun korban jiwa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memetakan kerawanan longsor di Kecamatan Pesanggaran, Kabupaten Banyuwangi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Indeks Storie. Identifikasi kejadian longsor berdasarkan data penginderaan jauh dan observasi lapangan dengan mempertimbangkan kriteria kemiringan lereng, geologi, penggunaan lahan, tekstur tanah dan curah hujan yang kemudian diolah menggunakan perangkat Sistem Informasi Geografis. Setiap kriteria dilakukan pembobotan yang kemudian hasil pembobotan melalui proses perhitungan dengan metode Indeks Storie. Hasil tingkat kerawanan Kecamatan Pesanggaran terbagi menjadi lima kelas, yaitu: sangat rendah, rendah, sedang, tinggi dan sangat tinggi. Secara keseluruhan Kecamatan Pesanggaran memiliki tingkat kerawanan rendah hingga sangat tinggi. Longsor di Kecamatan Pesanggaran kerap terjadi di lereng pegunungan yang relatif dekat dengan rumah warga atau mendekati puncak pegunungan. Tingkat kerawanan sangat tinggi terdapat pada Desa Sumberagung dan Kandangan. Pedagogical competence is helpful in understanding students and managing learning, starting from planning, implementing, and evaluating learning. The importance of the pedagogical competence of social studies teachers in managing learning can improve students' social studies learning outcomes. The research objective is to analyze the effect of pedagogical competence on improving social studies learning outcomes of students at SMPN 1 Kasreman. The research method used a quantitative design with an experimental research type. Data analysis used simple linear regression. The determination of respondents used probability sampling techniques, namely stratified random sampling. The research instrument used online questionnaires through Google Forms. The results showed that Ha could be accepted, meaning that pedagogical competence positively and significantly improved social studies learning outcomes. This means that the higher the pedagogical competence, the higher the students’ learning outcomes. Based on the limited research on cognitive aspects of learning outcomes, the researcher recommends that future researchers investigate the effect of pedagogical competence on the affective and psychomotor aspects of student learning outcomes. Guru sebagai seorang pendidik harus menguasai kompetensi, salah satunya ialah kompetensi pedagogik. Kompetensi pedagogik berguna dalam memahami siswa dan mengelola pembelajaran mulai dari merencanakan, melaksanakan serta mengevaluasi pembelajaran. Pentingnya kompetensi pedagogik guru IPS dalam mengelola pembelajaran mampu meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa. Tujuan penelitian yaitu untuk menganalisis pengaruh kompetensi pedagogik dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPS siswa di SMPN 1 Kasreman. Metode penelitian menggunakan desain kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian eksperimen. Analisis data menggunakan regresi linier sederhana. Penentuan responden memakai teknik stratified random sampling. Instrumen penelitian yang dipakai adalah kuesioner online melalui google form. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Ha dapat diterima, artinya kompetensi pedagogik guru berpengaruh positif dan signifikan dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Maknanya semakin tinggi kompetensi pedagogik maka semakin tinggi pula hasil belajar siswa. The Treffinger model invites students to think critically and creatively in every syntax. This study aims to determine the effect of the Treffinger learning model on students' critical thinking skills in geography subjects. This quasi-experimental study used the Post-test Only Control Group Design with the research subjects being students of class XI IPS 2 and XI IPS 3 of SMAN 1 Garum, Blitar Regency. The research instrument used was an essay test. Data analysis using the Independent Samples-Test obtained p-level data 0.03 less than 0.05 with a mean post-test score of the experimental class was 77, while the control class was 70. It was concluded that there was a significant influence of the Treffinger learning model on students' critical thinking skills in geography subjects. Pembelajaran geografi pada abad 21 menuntut siswa memiliki kemampuan berpikir kritis dan dapat dilatih melalui model pembelajaran Treffinger. Model Treffinger mengajak siswa berpikir kritis dan kreatif pada setiap sintaksnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengetahui pengaruh model pembelajaran Treffinger terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa pada mata pelajaran geografi. Penelitian eksperimen semu ini menggunakan desain Post test Only Control Group Design dengan subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas XI IPS 2 dan XI IPS 3 SMAN 1 Garum, Kabupaten Blitar. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes essay. Analisis data menggunakan Independent Samples-Test memperoleh data p-level 0,03 kurang dari 0,05 dengan rerata nilai post-test kelas eksperimen adalah 77, sedangkan kelas kontrol adalah 70.
