Hence, there is a need to review the organization’s operations and maintenance policies. This paper intends to develop a value-based operations and maintenance performance which could be implemented in Nigeria electric power stations. An attempt was made to develop a framework for effective management of operations and maintenance performance which will link results to performance drivers. Furthermore, balance scorecard concept was included. The SMC is utilized to improve the system's resilience to unknowns and disruptions, guaranteeing accurate control under changing operational circumstances. Extensive simulations and experimental settings confirm the suggested control technique, which shows improved performance in terms of stability, disturbance rejection, and speed tracking. The Tanjung Uma housing estate in Batam city was selected as the study sample site for domestic wastewater because of its role as a significant water body that receives liquid waste from a majority of activities across the city. The experiment employed a quantitative research approach and a true experimental approach, testing variables (catalyst weight, UV irradiation time, and ozonation duration) in a laboratory setting (25°C and 40-70% Humidity). The study found that the optimized parameter (a combination of 2 h of irradiation, with 2 g of TiO2 along with 5 min of ozonation) resulted in a significant difference in water quality parameters compared to before treatment with 92% effectivity. Firstly, a multi-feature-extraction (MFE) module is designed to solve the difficulty of detecting contraband with different sizes and complex backgrounds; then the Conv2d with Attention for ConvCap (CACC) is constructed in the convolutional layer of the capsule, and the weight information is computed in the channel dimensions of the feature map to give the contraband regions higher coefficients to enhance the contraband detection ability when the poses are different and the occlusion is severe; finally, a new capsule detection layer is designed by utilizing the pose matrix of the capsule to give full play to the detection ability of the matrix capsule network. MXene has strong surface functional groups, an ion exchange property, and an extremely hydrophilic surface. The most recent developments in MXene preparation and characterization for (Ti C Tx) based nano photocatalysts for water remediation and applications are summarized in this review. Additionally, there are difficulties associated with the synthesis and application of MXene for examining and discussing pollution decontamination. This emerging field focuses on utilizing MXene materials to address water pollution issues through photocatalytic processes. Challenges in designing effective MXene-based photocatalysts are explored, including issues related to charge carrier separation, electron transfer dynamics, and optimizing catalytic efficiency. Recent developments and innovative strategies for overcoming these challenges are discussed, highlighting advancements in enhancing photocatalytic performance and improving water remediation capabilities.
