Scholars employ a quantitative methodology. Questionnaires and literature reviews were the data collection techniques utilized to get the information required for this study. Respondents or clients who have downloaded or utilized the online travel agency application comprise the population used in this study. Purposive sampling is one of the sample techniques that the researcher utilized. One hundred individuals made up the sample. Microsoft Excel and the SmartPLS application version 3.3.9 are used for data processing. The measurement model, also known as the outer model, and the structural model, often known as the inner model, are the two models used in inferential data analysis using SmartPLS. According to the analysis's findings, user happiness is significantly impacted by and related to the content variable. User happiness is significantly impacted by and related to format variations. User satisfaction is significantly impacted by and related to the ease-of-use attribute. User happiness is influenced by and related to the perceived usefulness variable. User happiness is significantly impacted by and related to the service variable. In the meantime, user satisfaction is unaffected by the variables in this study that are rejected, specifically the accuracy variable, which is unrelated to user pleasure with the online travel agent application. User happiness is unaffected by the timing variable. The target audience for this study consists of potential users or clients who currently use or plan to use the sharia digital bank application, which is available in five Indonesian cities; the precise number of users is unknown. Probability sampling techniques were used for the sampling process. use basic random sampling to determine the sample. Thus, one hundred participants made up the sample. The findings of surveys filled out by resource persons and interviews provide this main data. Descriptive quantitative data analysis techniques are used in this study. Several more conclusions can be made in light of the data analysis and discussion findings, specifically the following: Perceived convenience has no direct impact on people's desire to use sharia digital banking. Perceived benefits have a direct bearing on people's willingness to use sharia digital banking. People's desire in using sharia digital banking is not directly influenced by trust. Perceived convenience, perceived rewards, and trust all have an impact on people's willingness to use sharia digital banks concurrently. Data collection in this research used observation, interviews, and a literature study. The population in this study were employees. Rapid Application Development (RAD) is the system development method that the author used to create this application. The tools that the author uses in system design are UML (Unified Model Language) diagrams to show the process and data flow to be designed; Adobe Dreamweaver CS6 is used to design applications; Wamp Server is used as a webserver; and Diaportable is used to illustrate UML diagrams. Based on the results of the discussion, the following were obtained: The decision support system with MPE analysis (Exponential Comparison Method) aims to find employees who are worthy of promotion. The assessment system consists of seven, including education, work performance, discipline, communicativeness, cooperation, reasoning, encouragement of achievement, and responsibility for self-assessment, which are carried out by HRD staff and supervisors, while the HRD manager is only responsible for the decision-making process. The following methods of gathering data were employed in this study: literature review, interviews, and observation. The system development approach that the author employed to create this program was called rapid application development, or RAD. The decision support system that has been developed for contract employees to become permanent employees can assist and make it easier to see and read the results of contract employee assessments, according to the research results. This is because the system is quantitative and can generate reports that show the total numerical value of each criterion and sub-criteria for candidates for permanent employment. The system that has been developed has the ability to generate a report on contract employee assessments that presents contract employees in order of recommendation. The evaluation procedure and computation results can be accelerated with the use of a decision support system for contract employees who wish to become permanent employees. Namun masih ada kendala yang ditemui, salah satunya adalah kurangnya pemahaman materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen melalui E-learning. Oleh karena itu pentingnya pengembangan E-learning dengan menambahkan fitur implementasi Model VARK. pengembangan diharapkan membantu mahasiswa dalam belajar. Pengembangan dilakukan dengan metode R&D dengan prosedur ADDIE, prosedur ADDIE terdiri dari analysis, design, develop, impelementation dan evaluation untuk membangun sistem. setelah dilakukannya pengembangan sistem, sistem akan diuji validitasnya oleh ahli untuk memastikan sistem layak untuk dipakai. Apabila hasil menunjukkan valid Selanjutnya akan dilakukan uji praktikalitas untuk melihat pengaruh model VARK pada sistem E-learning yang telah dikembangkan. Setelah validasi dilakukan pada ahli dengan rumus aiken V, hasil validasi ahli yang didapat adalah 0,78 yang dikategorikan sistem layak untuk digunakan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil uji praktikalitas mahasiswa mencapai 78,91% dengan kategori efektif. Dan hasil dari dosen mencapai 91,07% dengan kategori sangat efektif. This research employs a quantitative methodology. In order to collect data for this study, surveys, observation, and literature reviews were used. All of the participants in this study are users of digital wallets. In this study, 100 samples were drawn using simple random sampling as the sampling technique. The two types of data analysis were statistical analysis and demographic analysis. The author examined demographic information first. Second, the author used the UEQ Data Analysis Tool to perform statistical analysis. Testing for validity and reliability was done at this point. The discussion's outcomes allow for the following deductions to be made: This study was successful in assessing how digital wallets performed across the board on the user experience questionnaire (UEQ). Based on evaluation findings using UEQ, this research was successful in offering suggestions for enhancing the user experience in digital wallets. Dalam penelitian ini jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara, dan kuisioner. Pengolahan data, dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan realialitas dikatakan valid jika r-hitung > r-tabel. Kemudian dilakukan uji reliabilitas data kuesioner menggunakan Cronbach's Alpha. Dari hasil pengolahan data, maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan, bahwa: Logistic Service Quality berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pelanggan hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value dari kepuasan pelanggan yaitu sebesar 0,000 lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05, selain itu Logistic Service Quality juga memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas pelanggan hal ini dapat dibuktikan dengan nilai p-value dari loyalias pelanggan yaitu sebesar 0,0001 lebih kecil dari nilai 0,05 . Berdasarkan urutan prioritas dengan melihat nilai loading factor terbesar yang didapatkan dari Structural Equation Modeling. Jenis layanan yang dapat diperbaiki dan disarankan peneliti kepada perusahaan untuk meningkatkan kinerjanya yaitu: Indikator OP4 “saya dapat melakukan transaksi pebayaran menggunakan uang tunai, kartu debit, atau melalui aplikasi seperti (Pospay,OVO,Go-pay, dll)”. Indikator OP3 “selain dikantor pos saya dapat melakukan pengiriman paket dirumah dengan menggunakan media telepon, aplikasi, dan website”. This study used a conclusive research design and a descriptive research type, and it was quantitative in nature. This study employs a single cross-sectional design so each sample will be sampled just once. The target population for this study was everyone who had done retail shopping. There were 100 samples used in this investigation. Online questionnaires were distributed by researchers in order to gather data. Researchers processed pre-test data using SPSS and factor analysis. Research leads one to the following conclusions on the study's findings: Discounts on prices positively impact the perceived savings. Discounts in price have a detrimental effect on the perceived quality. Price reductions positively impact other price reductions. Discounts in price positively impact the perceived savings.
