Various aspects of miswak are analyzed, including its historical significance, chemical composition, pharmacological characteristics, and beneficial effects on oral health. The paper also investigates the Islamic perspective on oral hygiene and the use of miswak, as well as the socio-medical aspect of oral disease prevention. While there are studies that point out potential drawbacks of miswak usage, proper application and combination with conventional oral hygiene methods can result in good oral health. Considering its cost-effectiveness and the need for affordable oral hygiene methods, further research on the use of miswak is valuable and necessary. This paper provides an overview of modern and relevant scientific literature on miswak and its significance in maintaining oral health, highlighting its journey from tradition to paradigm. As part of the study of the Qur'an, the study of tajwid is unavoidable as a special Islamic discipline that deals with the correct interpretation of the text of the Qur'an as the God’s final revelation. The aim of the paper is to present the study of tajwid in Islamic educational institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina in the period from 1878 to 1945. The common feature of all the tajwids created in the aforementioned period is that they were written in Arebica, i.e., the Arabic script, in the Bosnian language. Proper teaching of the Qur'an was represented in all elementary schools of that time, such as in sibjan-mektebs and mektebi-ibtidaijjas. Qirāʼah or tajwid appears as a teaching subject in the lower (Rushdie) and higher grade levels in madrasahs. The primary goal of school teaching was for children to learn to read the Qur'an correctly, to learn the basic foundations of the faith of Islam, the foundations of fiqh, Sharia regulations and ethics. In madrasahs in Bosnia and Herzegovina and elsewhere throughout the Islamic world, classes were conducted in a traditional manner, and the program was adapted to the needs of that time. In some madrasahs, the program was focused on studying the interpretation of the Qur'an, in others, greatest attention was paid to the hadith, and in some madrasahs, sharia law dominated. In this paper, the work of sibjan-mektebs, mektebi-itidaijjas, rushdies and madrasahs is analyzed and reviewed with the emphasis on the presence of school subjects related to Qirāʼah or tajwid. We tried to provide an adequate and as complete as possible overview of the study of tajwid in the abovementioned Islamic educational institutions in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The principles of this paradigm are noticeable in many other considerations, e.g., in sociology - biography of life courses/outcomes, in humanities and helping professions - orientation towards providing support with the aim of self-help. It is precisely the Competency Passport as a tool in counseling work that seeks to identify individual competencies, but not only those acquired through formal education, but we can say overall competencies acquired in one’s life constellations. Sins the effect of which is limited to an individual have the potential to affect negatively one’s spiritual and physical constitution, while sins in the sphere of interpersonal relationships destroy the social fabric. Considering the consequences for the vitality of social structures, a particularly destructive sin is the sin of slander. In the theological sources of Islam, the most well-known case of slander is the Hadisetu-l-Ifk or the slander against Aisha, RA. The honorable Qur'an and hadith sources give a detailed description of this event. Based on the Qur'anic and hadith sources, this paper aims at conceptualizing categories and processes essential for the revitalization of interpersonal relationships after the state of disturbed social dynamics due to slander. In addition to the aforementioned sources, the aim was achieved by relevant insights into certain disciplinary areas of contemporary science. A discourse analysis and case study methods were applied in the paper (Popadić, Pavlović & Žeželj, 2018) as well as the methodological approach of combining traditional and rational interpretation, as the best approach for analyzing the Holy Qur'an (Halilović, 2015). The obtained results contribute to the revitalization and development of healthy interpersonal relationships and positive dynamics of interpersonal relationships. Thus, causative adverbial phrases can be derived by adding the ablative case suffix to noun phrases formed during the process of nominalization by transforming the initial clauses with finite predicates, where the function of the correlative is marked by verbal nouns ending in -DIk / -(y)AcAk. Based on concrete (con)textual examples, this paper aims to analyze grammatical and semantic structures of causative adverbial phrases derived by adding the ablative case suffix to noun phrases formed during the process of nominalization by transforming the initial clauses with finite predicates. A contrastive analysis, which also analyzes semantically similar syntactic structures in the Bosnian language, is used to indicate similarities and differences within syntactic structures expressing causation in these two genetically and typologically different languages. Reading the Qur'an by looking at it and memorizing it, as well as thinking about its meanings, are among the most valuable things that a religious person can do during life. The aim of this paper is to present hifz classes at Islamic faculties, madrasahs, and in student dormitories. It also attempts to point out the important role of the Islamic community in promoting the study and memorization of the Qur'an. Moreover, it deals with the analysis of the hard work on revitalizing the memorization (hifz) of the Qur'an in the educational institutions of the Islamic community, as well as with defining the relationship to the hifz, i.e., learning the Qur'an by heart. The establishment of hifz classes within educational institutions of the Islamic community in Bosnia and Herzegovina and beyond contributed to the development and promotion of the Qur’an memorization. The work of all classes for learning the Qur'an by heart (hifz) was analyzed and reviewed, and then reasons for their work were given, while former results as well numerous other things closely related to their work were also considered. The aim of this study was to examine the attitudes of elementary and high school students about the quality of school life and to establish whether the quality of school life is statistically significantly associated with peer violence. The research methods used were the method of theoretical analysis and the descriptive-analytical survey method, while the techniques of questioning and scaling were employed. The research instruments included the Sociodemographic Variables Questionnaire, the Quality of School Life Questionnaire (Ainley & Bourke, 1992; Leonard, 2002) and the Peer Violence Scale (Rimac et al., 2012). The research sample consisted of 300 elementary and 300 high school students, selected by a random sampling method. The research results showed that there is a statistically significant correlation between the quality of school life and experienced as well as committed peer violence: the higher quality of school life is, the less experienced and committed peer violence is. It was concluded that the results of the research can be the basis for the creation and implementation of preventive socio-pedagogical programs for the improvement of student quality of school life and the prevention of peer violence in elementary and high school, and the creation of professional training programs for teachers to enhance the quality of school life. The study included 206 participants, academics from various universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The results imply the existence of a statistically significant correlation between organizational justice and the level of academic staff resilience. However, a hierarchical regression analysis showed that staff resilience is determined by distributive justice (β=0.252, t=3.708, p=000), while procedural justice (0.693) and interactive justice (0.848) are not significant predictors of academic staff resilience. The results also imply that there is a statistically significant relationship between organizational justice (distributive, interactive and procedural justice) and the resilience of the higher education institution (robustness, agility and integrity). In addition, the results of the hierarchical regression suggest that organizational resilience with its all three dimensions is determined by distributive justice as an organizational justice segment, while robustness as an organizational resilience segment is determined by procedural justice, which is not the case when other organizational justice segments are taken into account. The paper provides an overview of the obtained results with an emphasis on the importance of organizational justice and resilience.
