The highest level of perfection belongs to Prophet Muhammad, peace be upon him, and to his righteous successors. Every man, according to the Sufi teaching, can potentially become perfect, while the main purpose of a perfect man is to serve others making them happy in this world and hereafter. Perfect men are teachers and guides to other people. Inspired with other Sufi scholars, Bosnian Sufis wrote about the Perfect Man. Their teachings greatly relied upon Ibn ʻArabi and Al-Ru:mi. They clearly deny any form of pantheism, panentheism, anthropomorphism (a combination of God and man), the embodiment of the God, the God becoming a man etc. Shaykh Mustafa Colic, in his teaching of the Perfect Man uses a new term in the Bosnian language 'Allah's Revealed Entirety'. His teaching, also, relies on the teaching of early Sufis but it contains some new aspects as well. The analysis of primary sources of Islamic law and the views of eminent scholars show that uncertainty in contracts is tolerated in situations where there is a need for the contract and where the potential harm from the risks and uncertainties in the contract is negligible compared to the interest achieved by it. This paper defines uncertainty in linguistic and terminological terms, presents arguments for the prohibition of uncertainty, highlights the specificities that render a contract prohibited due to uncertainty, elaborates on the situations in which uncertainty in contracts is tolerated, and provides practical, contemporary examples. It is named after the tribe to which poet Džemil (Ğamīl), one of the most famous love poets, belonged. In these poems, a lover spends his whole life in longing and absence, yearning for his beloved one. At the end of the 19th and the beginning of the 20th century, European romanticists sang and composed songs following, among others, Uzrit poets. Thus, Heinrich Heine sang the song Der Azra, writing down the Arab tradition of the Banu ʻUzra (Banū ʻUḏra) tribe that \"for love lose their heads and die when they kiss\". Hajne also influenced romanticists, such as Bašagić and Kostić. We can assume that Bašagić was directly influenced by the Arab love poetry of the desert because he knew the Arabic language, studied at university, and translated numerous poems from the Arabic language. However, when it comes to Kostić, the influence was indirect. A factor that should not be excluded from the research on the influence of Uzrit love, as a phenomenon, on romanticism, but also on the entire literature of the Balkan peoples, is folk poetry, which is filled with motifs from the East, and especially the Uzrit understanding of love. We witness the unavoidable influence of numerous folk songs, which later grew into songs sung with musical instruments, sevdalinkas, which the poets of the Balkans, regardless of national-confessional affiliation were exposed to. That folk lyric sang about exactly what Uzrit poetry sang about and it often drew its motifs from the Uzrit understanding of love. Due to that, this paper examines the presence of stress in student population and the contribution of sociodemographic and academic characteristics to explaining stress that they experience. The research included 170 students from different universities in Bosnia and Herzegovina, namely \"Džemal Bijedić\" University in Mostar, the Faculty of Philosophy in Sarajevo, the Islamic Pedagogical Faculty in Zenica, the Islamic Pedagogical Faculty in Bihać and the Faculty of Philosophy in Tuzla. The research findings showed that 38.2% of the respondents experienced moderate, severe or very severe stress symptoms, which is not an insignificant result. Based on the results of a linear regression analysis, we determined that socioeconomic status is a significant stress factor (β=.204, p=.008), while gender (β=.113, p=.142) and age (β=.005, p =.950) are not significant stress factors among students. Moreover, as far as academic characteristics are concerned, GPA (β=-.017, p=.826) is not a significant stress factor in student population, while study status (β=.157, p=.043) and the year of study (β= -.166, p=.033) present significant stress factors. Using the independent samples T-test and One-way ANOVA, we determined that female students are more susceptible to stress than male students (t=2.408, p=.017), that older students experience a higher level of stress (F=3.110, p=.043), and that students of lower socioeconomic status exhibit a higher level of stress (F=3.258, p=.040). When it comes to academic characteristics, the research findings indicated that there is no statistically significant difference in the level of experienced stress based on GPA (F=1.446, p=.231) and the year of study (F=2.384, p=.055); however, the research showed that part-time students show a higher level of stress compared to full-time students (F=6.23, p=.002). The research method was designed following a qualitative research approach while a phenomenological design was used. The research study group consisted of 305 high school students selected by a purposeful and random sampling method. The research data were collected using a metaphor prepared by the researchers. Students were asked to fill in the blanks in the sentence given as follows: “A music lesson is like…..because .....” Out of 305 forms, only 202 forms containing the metaphor sentence were evaluated. The data obtained as the research results were analyzed by the methods of content and metaphor analyses, and the results obtained were categorized and tabulated. The tables representing the categories were supported by the participants’ direct statements. As the result of the study, it was determined that 94 different metaphors and 10 categories were formed. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of education and its characteristics at the time of the pandemic COVID 19. With that in mind, we conducted this research including students of the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Social Work at the University of Sarajevo. The goal of the research was to highlight the advantages and disadvantages of online access to education from the perspective of social work students. In the interpretation of the restrictions related to the access to online classes, we particularly referred to groups of young people (students living in rural areas, students with disabilities) who encountered additional difficulties, i.e. restrictions while following \"online\" classes, especially during the period of complete closure of educational institutions. The research was conducted on the basis of a qualitative analysis of audio-visual recordings of children's speech recorded during supervised and free kindergarten activities. A number of earlier studies have focused on the schedule following which communication functions develop, which is especially significant if the goal is to detect deviations from the typical child development. The focus of this paper was not on the schedule according to which communication functions develop, but their description in a total sample of children aged 3 to 6. According to the research results, the communication functions of preschool-aged children (3 to 6 years old) are classified into the following categories and subcategories: 1) referential (answering, commenting and asking questions); 2) expressive (wording); 3) interactive (greeting, calling/addressing and directing attention) and 4) regulatory (directing or controlling the interlocutor) functions. It was concluded that communication functions in preschool-aged children are fundamentally similar to, or identifiable with, communication functions in adults. The emphasis is placed on creating work programs, choosing activities in accordance with children's interests, and cooperation and partnership with educators who are in daily contact with children. The research is oriented towards a qualitative methodological setting, and the basic method of collecting empirical data is an expert interview. The obtained data were analyzed through a qualitative content analysis, and the selected participants were five educators with the professional title of a Bachelor of Preschool Education and a Bachelor of Social Pedagogy, who work in preschool institutions every day.
